In that regard this man has made it seem like nothing has changed what so ever. He immediately filled his role and just kept building off the momentum the division is rolling with and continues to keep everyone active. He's always in parties bouncing around the div and getting Invovled which shows great leadership. He's been great. He's been in constant parties promoting growth and improvement. Hes also been co hosting game nights with the officers In his squads which is a very hands on approach i commend. Forum Staff (ADMIN/MODS/DEPARTMENT HEADS) Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Greenday 7 Forums Moderator/HSI Co-Head/SGT/SL/Knights Link to forums account - @Greenday 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Greenday this month has been phenomenal in her roles as a forum mod and as co head of HSI. She's constantly active in both sections always offering help and assistance to everyone who needs it. She has been really hands on with assistance and it's truly a relief to see a member give that dedication with so much going on in their life while not letting it effect anything at all. She's there for everyone and has showed it. We are very grateful. Department Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Arc 7 HSI Staff/SGT/DW/Samurai Link to forums account - @KSI Arc 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Arc is a Newer addition to my staff but since joining and this last month especially this guy has been the first to gather and post his needed information and the first to be on top of his assignments. He's been the first to ask questions and try to help and learn from his peers. He is one of the few who jumps to volunteer for anything. He's shown an amazing work ethic with his role and I appreciate it. I look forward to see where this guy goes. Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Starset 7 HSI Staff/SSGT/DW/Elysium Link to forums account - @KSI Starset 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Starset has been unstoppable this month across the board In HSI he has been very hands on and involved in every facet he can get into. He gets his assignments done on time and jumps to take on what he can and help out where he is needed which I find very commendable and value the asset he has been. He has also recently transferred to Elysium to assist the squad earning an officer position and helping his general already drastically improve the squad. He's always there if you need him and very dedicated to what he does. Nothing slows him down and that is inspiring.

King oh king where art thou King. This guy does so much for this community had has for so long. He is phenomenal div leader for ES right now and been a huge help to that division after being moved over there. He goes above and beyond for his people non stop and while being rough around the edges he still manages to keep that level of love we all know. As a senior Forums mod he is also very on top of doing stuff on the forums on a grand scale and keeping it well organzied and running smoothly. Also as a leader on the in the Join section he is super helpful and a integral part of training and continuing the proper way of running the section. As an HSI member and one of my longest standing guys he is always helping others and giving insight to the newer staff. He stays on top of his duties and is very active. This guy has gone above and beyond in the past as well in multiple divisions and even saving DR. The guy is outstanding in my opinion and will continue to be for a long time.

I will witness for this easily. Harmony has been around this community for quite some time. Back in 2014 I had transferred from Divine Reign to Demonic Mayhem for a fresh start and to be in a place that shared my love of halo. Upon my request I was pulled into a party by KSI HAVOC 7 and introduced to my new Co Founder named Harmony. She immediately talked to me about my goals and ambitions and the squad I was going to be transferring to and really guided me to finding my place. She went out of her way to invite me as a guest to the Lethal Squad meeting and introduced me to the squad and helped me make friends and get essentially a orientation to the squad. I was a returning member at the time and transferring from a Cod division to a predominantly Halo Focused division which ran very differently at the time. So Harmony sat down with me 1 on 1 and re trained me on how Halo Squads worked at the time and how DM operated. Under her leadership as co founder with her guidance I was able to become an officer and eventually a General of the squad bringing it back to life and back into a powerhouse. None of this would of been so smooth without her very hands on approach and involvement. She goes out of her way to always be hands on and be a solid mentor now and then. She will always hold a place for me as a mentor and I will forever be thankful of her guidance and proud of her growth in that regard. She is also my partner on the News team as the Other senior news writer. Her work is phenomenal and she has gone above and beyond for the department for a very long time. Frankly I was astonished she didn't already have this award. In my opinion she is an outstanding member and deserves this award.

Where to start with December. Man when I first met this guy my initial thoughts were something along the lines of wondering why this guy seemed to think he could tell me how to play PUBG lol. Over the last year I've gotten to work with December and really get a feel for who this guy is and am thankful to be able to call this guy a good friend. He has got to be one of the most dedicated and innovative leaders I have ever seen in this community hands down. We we're both writers together in News and watching this guy come in and earn the role of Head of the team while constantly improving the team around him was truly inspiring, I mean this guy literally worked with everyone of the active members of the team and worked hard to build the News department into the powerhouse it is now. It truly improved in content, activity, and variety and it's all thanks to this guy. He also was a huge factor and player in the revamping and transition of the history team into HSI. Building the foundation for HSI was no easy feat and it could not have succeeded how it has without him. I'm forever thankful for that. He's also been heavily involved in so many other departments and has had his hand in so many innovative ideas that it's almost easier to talk about what this guy doesn't Do. He is one of those leaders that really show a bright future of KSI and doing all this stuff while continuously being there for the members around him and working in real life without letting any of it get in the way is truly inspiring. He will continue to set an amazing example for the members of this community and in my opinion has shown what it takes to be considered outstanding. Thank you for the awesome ride Mr winter months I look forward to the future with you my brother.

We all know Greenday in some way or form. Some know her as that chick in SL that squeals a little too loud in parties and flails at people for looking at her funny. Or perhaps you recognize the high pitched fox lady herself giving you all types of "furrrocious" attitude. Now this attitude is exactly what is landing her this nomination. I mean have you ever had to dodge flying objects coming from a tiny cursing girl ? Cause boy I sure have to almost every day. I'm gonna watch what I say from this point before she FIs my div and let the other witnesses speak for her drama filled rage.

Hatter is one of those members who you can sit down in front of and explain a problem and she will find a way to fix it. She's so dedicated to this community often sacrificing her sanity and time. She is an amazing Co Head in news and is always there to help everyone in every single way. She edits all the articles along with December that get posted on global on it's honestly mind blowing watching how much effort she puts in with that. Now juggling that with being a court judge as well and being a Co-founder in ES who is very hands on with the division, I honestly admire her dedication to it all. Being able to juggle all of this and continuing to move forward non stop is outstanding. She is outstanding and very appreciated. Thank you my twin

Where to begin about Mr Havoc's service. Let's see. First off this guy has gone from recruit all the way to the B.O.D. in that original time he was a phenomenal officer climbing the ranks and helping build his squad up. He was a great General not only helping his squad out but others as well which earned him his 7. As divisional staff in DM this man built an amazing legacy of people under him who to this day some are still around carrying that with them. Eventually climbing to Division Leader of DM he built a powerhouse that could withstand anything which is also why it still stands to this day. He made it all the way up to the board before having to leave the community for real life reasons. Eventually returning to DW and building that same legacy up here now. He is currently a very successful div leader in a division that is arguably the most active and retention prone divisions around. He's truly an inspiration to the members under him and really teaches the equality and worthiness of every single person regardless of their rank or time in the community. In department ops this man has been a successful leader of multiple departments such as T&E, PO, HR and being head of Education and so forth leaving a wonderful imprint on each place and a last effect on the community. This man sacrifices so much of his personal time and life to be dedicated to this community and honestly that dedication is inspiring for all around him. If anyone is outstanding it's definitely our current Performance Ops Ambassador.

Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI HAVOC 7 Div Leader DW Link to forums account - @KSI Havoc 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - this month I can honestly say I've never seen somebody so active with their members as this guy as a div leader. He literally knows just about everyone in the division or of them if not hands on. He's always there to lend a hand and be a shoulder to lean on and is a friend to everyone. He has had a way this month of mentoring so many of the SGTs and officers and it's truly inspiring to see a div leader show that connection and stick by his convictions. He is truly one of a kind and this month he has shown it. He recently got a new job and instead of it impacting his work this month it seems like it's been the opposite. He's truly so active and it's amazing to see that this month. I've personally sat and watched him handle issues within his squad and professionally handle issues amongst members in a professional and calm way. He is super involved with his squad always in parties with members and hosting events and that has been shown so much this month. This guy has a drive in him and a fire that is building to go so far and after seeing the work this man put forward this month I can't wait to see where he goes but i know it will be far. She has gone above and beyond with motivating the staff below her and inspiring so much growth in myself and other staff members. She is one of the biggest back bones of the department and we could not do what we do without her. Truly nobody else in my opinion has inspired like her and Because of that I feel she deserves this. Link to forums account - @KSI T1GER 77 Reasoning why they deserve this - Tiger has really stepped out of her comfort zone as a representative of HSI this month. She stepped up and volunteered to do our spotlight interviews we do even though she was not necessarily looking forward to it and learned how good she actually is at it. She is charismatic and a prime example of showing how sometimes stepping outside of your zone you can learn so much and enjoy it. She is going so many places in this community and I really look forward to working along side her in HSI. Have you ever seen someone threaten to throat punch someone in a classy way? If not then you haven't met nebby. I mean seriously the grace that this guy caresses people's neck with his fist I mean what a guy right?. Truly no better man can clear a party then the nebster in his flying furry of words in cod lobbies. He truly is a master of the wordy arts and things of that nature.

I was around in DR back in the day when mr Kakashi here was trying to regain his sanity from all the drama in CO it was almost like we had to take shifts in taking care of him in DR. Years later we were together in FI and had to go through the whole debacle that ended up sadly killing that Division but he has stood strong through it not letting it break him and is still here.

King went out of his way dealing with bringing DR back from death with almost nobody in it building it back up to a split. He has gone through alot of stuff in his time here and still keeps going strong regardless of what he faces. Most people in a situation like that works just give up and walk away but he didn't and it turned out great. He learned a lot from it and that die hard dedication makes him the amazing leader he is today.

If you are ever in a party with me and bane you know I give him a lot and I mean a lot of crap. But honestly bane is one of the members I'm most proud of. I met him when I rejoined into Hellcat FI he was my first Captain and now he is my Gen in Samurai DW I can't escape him but thankfully in this case that's a good thing. Since bane took gen iv watched him change into the leader he is now. He completely turned the activity in his squad around building a stellar officer roster and a ridiculously active schedule for his squad. Meeting attendance is amazing and everyone in the squad knows bane. He is always in parties pulling people in and willing to get to know everyone. He really cares and it shows. He is also doing great things as productions co head and watching this growth has honestly been inspiring. I find it outstanding but that's my take.

Minion is a very dedicated member of this community and her squad. She goes above and beyond as a captain always talking to the members and making sure they are all being involved and as happy as possible. She hosts gamenights/workshops constantly and works very hard at them. She is always in parties with people trying to help on any level even personal ones which I can say has been a blessing for many in multiple occasions. She doesn't let the time difference of being a UK member of a predominantly US based squad get in the way. This girl works so hard she legitimately falls asleep in parties from the exhaustion of it as I'm sure anyone can vouch for. She is also an amazing editon to the News Team really showing some awesome creativity and talent. She shows amazing promise for the future of KSI and if anyone of the other up and coming members are half the officer she is then we are in good hands.

When I was recruited back in 2012 into DR I met Mr Airborne here. He was my Co founder. He was taking a very hands on role with Rebirth DR that had just lost about 80% of itself to a J2H hit. I came into squad wanting to help and to learn. I explained my recruiter (KSI THOR 7) at the time did not read me the CoC or explain anything to me and that I wanted to help but had no clue how anything worked. So this guy airborne offered to read it to me and explain it and teach me. So he took me under his wing and taught me everything he could. With his guidance we built up Rebirth splitting it into Valkyrie. With his guidance as a leader I was able to become a successful General and eventually a 7 myself. This man went out of his way to guide me whenever I needed help I would confide in him and get his advice because of his dedicaton to the members and knowledge. As founder he completely fixed our recruiting procedures and got our recruit tag actually working and helped guide the Co founders and squads through them. As Co Division Leader he ran the div when our div leader could not be around and kept us on track and constantly moving forward. At the time DR was one of the biggest most active divisions in the community and honestly it would not of been possible without his leadership. This guy guided so many in DR that eventually become leaders throughout the community that without a doubt I owe this man everything and I would not be the member I am today without him and what he did in DR. This is why I feel he deserves this
