Ending of a Director review of myself in 2009

I would like to remind everyone that just because a senior spot is technical open does not mean that a promotion must be made. these decisions must be well thought out and communication amongst all relevant leadership before being enacted. and on a side note i believe fuzzymeep and hyctic to be capable leaders who may eventually be eligible for a senior directors position.

Anyways. I personally beleive Fuzzy needs some work. To me he is like a director that is simply that, a director. he dosn't stand out like sylexiel did. I would like to see our senior team made up of people who lead the director team before they left like me and munkee and apollyon and so on and so fourth.

 

Hektek has it. Once he gains experience in the director position, i believe his transition will be easy and swift.
