He helps members when ever they need a helping hand or even someone to talk to. I have watched Heero go from a captain to all the way where he is now. He has been improving Impulse since then and still continues to do so now, he has also began to help every other squad in TW since becoming a cofo and improving all the squads. Now as our co-div he has began to implement new techniques for us as leaders to get ahold of one another in a very fast manner allowing for us to solve problems with in minutes now.

Legal has stepped to a point where when I was his general he was trying to do my job and help me in every way possible. He has came up with numerous ideas that have benefited the squad he is over. Once legal took over as the general he quickly found new ways to increase activity both on the xbox and the forums. Which has boosted his squad as one of the most active throughout the entire division.

Member has taken his sqaud overload right from the spily and filled it up with very active and awesome members after which he had a mini split to save another squad. He then found and filled up again with even more awesome members and yet again had another mini split . Yet again no matter how many times he has a mini split he finds more and more dedicated and awesome members.

Member is the current captain of the outlae headhunters team and also had a gamerscore of 27190. Member has stepped up as a officer refusing to let his dqaud go down taking on all the responibilty of the general when the former general had stepped down. He is constantly having gamenights getting his members more and more active and aslo mentoring the newer members teaching them how to one day become outstanding officers.
