What is there say about Lux, well more like where should I start. I remember when this member got recruited and he hit the ground running. He is always looking for more responsibility and ways to help out TW and KSI. He started a new TW tradition with CoD Elite Friday nights where members get together and go out and get CP for clan wars. This has made our Friday nights a lot more interesting. Now that he has become the newest Co-Fo here in TW here is already thinking of ideas to improve his three squads. I am proud to say that I am this member’s Division leader.

Nighthawk is one amazing member he has been through thick and thin to make these squads in TW even better. He has shown his dedication by taking a demotion to move to a squad that would better benefit from his great leadership and recruiting skills. His game nights are legendary they progress on for hours and are so entertaining it will make you cry from all the laughter. He is always posting on the forums and encourages others in the squad to join in on the fun.

Pink is one of those members that even since she was a recruit was looking for a way to get new people in and try to make KSI a better place. She began moving up the ranks always looking to improve her leadership skills from any source she could find. By helping her former general in anyway she could.

Since day one Terrors has came in to TW looking to make it a better place. Even when the squad he was in was failing and about to get merged he looked at us and said wait I got this. That is exactly what he did he turned that dying squad around to a squad that is now thriving gaining new members steadily and have non stop game nights an fun. I am proud to have this member in my division.

I can witness for Nico’s trainer award, since this man has trained tons of people. As for outstanding service he has shown time and time again why he became a co founder. He is a great example of what a leader should be, by always being there for not only his squads but all the squads of TW. He will take out his time for anyone no matter who they are to help them with any problem or even just to talk to the members. He looks to brighten the future of TW one day at a time.

This member uses her time very wisely by learning from leaders when they are talking and finding ways to use these things in her own leadership. She takes the positive from her leaders and uses them to create a great leadership style. She welcomes everyone in KSI whether that person is in her squad or even division. Her leadership skills are excelling in every area.

Toxic has always pushed herself to make this division and her squad a better place to be. She looks to the future finding ways to make the future be brighter for her members, she does this by training her leaders to be better and by also learning from them at the same time. She takes her time out to just sit and talk with members making sure that they are ok and have no problems.
