Witness. Oni deserves this award because she does everything she possibly can to better GZ. She is currently over 3 squads, but that doesn't stop her from doing everything she possibly can to better every squad in the division. With the things that happened and some people having to step down from the Co-Founder position, there are currently 3 7's. Oni isn't just helpful in GZ, she is instrumental in the success of this division. Instead of slacking because more work needs to be done, she does more work so that the division can still operate in it's full capacity. She is constantly working out the small problems that occur on a day to day basis. She is always there if you have a question. She will literally help you with anything you need. GZ owes a lot to her, and that is exactly why she deserves this award.

He does everything he can within the Division to keep things running successfully. He is constantly talking to the Generals and Officers to keep all the Squads running smoothly. He holds game nights for all of the GZ members to keep everyone's fun and morale up. He will answer any question you have, and if he doesn't have the answer to it, he will get it for you. He truly does anything he can in order to keep GZ running the way it does. Cannibal is a true leader, and his daily endeavors show this. He deserves this award! She is an amazing Co-Founder. She fulfills all the duties of a Co-Founder and exceeds those duties. She is over 3 Squads right now, and she manages them all without a hitch. I don't think there is one member in any Squad in the entirety of GZ that will tell you Oni does not deserve this award. There ins't one day that has gone by that I have not seen Oni helping a member of GZ out with questions. She is very dedicated to her duties as a Co-Founder and she takes those duties seriously. I can not think of another Co-Founder that is more deserving than Oni. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad)-KSI RED EyEsS / GZ Conquest Link to forums account -http://www.ksiforums.org/user/10511-ksi-red-eyess/ Reasoning why the deserve this - I joined Conquest a month ago. Since joining Red Eyes has done nothing but lead the Squad in the right direction. He took the Squad from 33 to 83 members in the course of 4 weeks with his leadership abilities. He is always out there recruiting with us. He always makes sure there is a Game Night for the Squad, and leads quite a few himself. If a member has a problem, Red Eyes makes sure it is solved. If they have a question, he makes sure it is answered. He talks to the officers daily and let's us know what needs to happen in order to keep the Squad running in perfect sync. There isn't a day that goes by that the entire Squad isn't informed of what's going on within the Squad and the entire Division. He has the qualities and ability to make it far in KSI, and in my opinion is the best candidate for this award. Every task he is given, he fulfills it. Since training him, he has picked up the information and ran with it. He is not going to stop at Lieutenant, and will make a great Captain in the near future. He is an all around great Officer. He recruits with ease, knows everything he needs to know, i.e Rank Structure, Code of Conduct, Process of Orientation and Training. He will answer any question a member has, and will complete any task you give him with no problem. Forum Staff Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI RiiOT 7 / Web Ops Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/46-riiot/ Reasoning why the deserve this - If it weren't for RiiOT, these forums would not be what they are today. He works his dang butt off to make sure the forums are running correctly If anyone deserves this award it is RiiOT. I CONSTANTLY see him helping users on the forums out with little problems. If you are spamming, he lets you know. He really does keep the forums cleaned up. He is the Head of AAP, which runs with no problem. He is a Senior Forum Mod, and a Court Judge. He is the member of 3 Departments, and he is constantly fulfilling the duties of all 3 of those Departments. He is truly a selfless person, and I don't think anyone would argue that he deserves this award.
