He has help any one that has come to him with any and all problems. Legal has never turn any one asking for help, and he has gone up and above his rank to make sure everyone in his squad Is happy and know what there doing.

I enjoy just sitting and talking to her about everything, she always seem to have a answer to any question that I ask . LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) –KSI South51de LT/TW/Recoil Link to forums account -http://www.ksiforums.org/user/13392-ksi-south51de/ Reasoning why the deserve this – Southside, has done nothing but show greatness, from traing, recruiting, answering question, gamenights, HH and much, he and others have help take a squad that was dead and weeks from being shutdown and turn it around and made it become one of the most activites squad we have, and he is still growing and becoming and better leader. Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Bolt Action SGT/TW/Recoil. Link to forums account –getting it unbanned soon. Reasoning why the deserve this –Even thought bolt action account is banned on here and he cant move on the ranks, he has show great leadership and helping members out no matter what is was, he put aside anything negative and turn it into something positive, and made sure all his squad member where happy.

Brosedion has show so much work for his squad, it didn't matter what it was, either helping guys train, or doing games nights and recruiting he was there, and work his butt off, he didn't even let the fact his gen step down, he came to us and said he not going to let outlaw get shut down, he took hold of the squad and has been doing nothing but great work, as there 1st capt and showing everyone that we can make outlaw great again.

What to say about Killaflow, well to start to off, back when i was gen in Impulse i heard of killaflow and how he always helping out, doing anything for his squad and being there for his gen and squad if it was just sitting in a party asking question, to showing them how to recruit and train, and even doing one on one session talking about what it take to be a leader and a great person, When Killaflow got his own squad he took it and ran, he fill his squad up and had 2 mini split to help other squad, he has dealt with problems but it seem no matter what killaflow has face he took it on and made it positive, he as don't a outstanding job and just kept on showing how great of a leader and person he truly is.

I have to say every since i saw southside come into KSI, i have seen him do great work from show guys how to recruited to helping them train, and answering any and all question that they have brought to him, he took each rank he was given and went up and over what is thought of him, he is there for every member of his squad and other to, he is a great teacher and will help anyone if he is given the chance.

Sworn had don't nothing but show great for his squad, he was a 1 st capt in invasion and he ran it like he was the general and made it great and help it grow to be a great squad with great leaders and when he got move to impulse and promoted to gen over it, he took his rank and become great he brought Impulse back up to the top, he was there for all of his guys and help each and every one of them to become great officer and wonderful leader in there squad and even future gen and 7 of TW. I also saw that vouched for sworn and that he has 30+ train.

KSI Heero 7 will be trying out.

I would like to witness on this, every since i came into KSI, Cole has always been there to answer for me and support me on me matter that have come up in real life and on xbox live, he answer all question i have ever had and explain alot of thing and help me become the leader i am today, i know cole has work his butt off is deserves these awards in my mind.
