The way impy treats his responsibilities in KSI would make you think he was getting paid a six figure salary to do so. From the moment I joined KSI, i knew impy, who was a cofo at the time. He helped me learn about KSI, got me interested in the forums, and inspired me to strive to become a member of higher stature within our gaming community. Impy plans for things weeks in advance, keeping our 7 team prepared for the future and able to fully utilize their position in the present. He has always been committed to making ethically sound decisions, recognizing hard work and achievement before time or level of acquaintance. Impy knows how to talk to a group of members, keep them interested in his every word, make sure they are taking notes, and leaves them hungry for more info and ready to implement what they have learned. Since I have joined GZ Impy has quelled numerous conflicts bringing peace where there was once disturbance. He has overseen Unity's successful split to pride. He has kept GZ sailing smooth through the almost simultaneous loss of our old co-div and div leaders, ninja and mufasa. In addition he has seen to it that squads that have lost generals have had back up leadership trained by himself and his the GZ 7 team to insure a new quality leader is chosen within a timely manner.

Cannibal, this has been mentioned countless times in our division by every one of our 7's: you dont win the of the month awards through votes. There are no votes. There are only nominations. The most important part of said nominations is the reasoning The only people who actual vote are the AAP staff after nominations are closed

Centurion meets the criteria for all three of these awards. He is constantly helping myself and others and is readily available to talk to anyone

This dude has helped me on the forums a few times, namely regarding the economy section and proper use of the sb. It seems like he is always trying to actively help people, even besides myself

Perhaps a Mr. Popularity award for people with over a certain amount of profile views and/or friends

Rukia has been a huge help to our division and her presence has been pivotal to our success I can attest to each of these awards

Perhaps there could be an award designed for people who donate prizes for KSI hosted events. For instance, MS points for weekend warfare or for Division Tournaments. It could be proven by a credible witness who can attest to the fact that a member received the prize and who the prize came from.
