She ensures that her members are participating in the events going on during each week for the division. She brings her smile and positive attitude and spreads throughout her squad ensuring that all her members in the squad feed off those positive vibes and spread it to everyone else. She remembers the most important lesson of them all and that is what's the point if you cant have fun doing it.
