His goal of showing all members, not just in DM, but all around KSI, that leaders are here to play, have fun and help at the same time really shows, which is appreciated by myself and many others in the Community as well. She goes above and beyond her duties. From having three squads under her, she showed each one equal amount of attention, and even helps out ones she is not over whenever she can. She is always there, anytime, to answer anything, quickly and effectively. Her knowledge is incredible, and she passes that down to each and every member of this Community, whether it be in DM or not. She is helpful to people professionally and as a friend always, and has helped myself and many others. She is always looking to improve on things, especially the forums, which is extremely helpful to all. She is advocating forums activity to everyone effectively to all of DM. She takes her time to check on everyone and everything, in a caring way that makes people feel a family like atmosphere. From his informative and fun workshops, to his competent and structured organization of running a fun Headhunters Team that has it's members laughing and having fun all throughout, he is a person that makes people want to come around more. He is highly respected by all the members within his squad. He knows how to delegate responsibilities equally, and somehow never forgets to implement fun unlike I've ever seen with an officer. Behind the scenes, he takes things very seriously and gets the job done. Any task given or asked of him, he will do it almost immediately. There are times this individual puts his own personal stuff aside I have witnessed, whether it be to just help members within the squad, or to just make them feel Welcome by jumping on a game to play with them, or Welcoming in new recruits like a one man Welcoming committee. He also has been going out of his way to recruit lately, to help benefit the squad, and puts an emphasize to quality over quantity. I myself have learned a lot from this individual, and it's always a pleasure to work with him on anything, anytime. His eagerness to learn and listen to others is amazing. He compromises everything a Lieutenant should be, and more. He gets people trained and promoted up almost immediately when they are ready, informing them everything they need to know. His ways of also showing members within his squad of how to have fun, while teaching them things he's learned, is very beneficial to all the members. He knows how to fix a problem at hand too, and will go to anyone he has to, in order to do so. He goes beyond what his duties require, and is extremely humble about all he does. He has a bright future in this Community, and I look forward to seeing what he will accomplish next. He literally is there for any member. Even after the split, there were times I have witnessed him helping others out, transitioning them into the new squad, and always playing with members throughout all of DM, regardless of what squad they are in. He is very friendly, and always willing to help out any member within DM as well. He is a great asset, and gets the job done effective and efficiently. He is extremely good at organizing stuff, like writing stuff down that needs to be done in the future in an organized fashion, posting it for others to see and help with. He has an aura that makes others always feel comfortable around him, which is a great trait, as many members go to him for advice, which he has plenty of knowledge to give them, whether it be KSI related or personal as well.

I have witnessed W1CKED purchase multiple things for other members of this community. He has also helped answer so many questions for me, since the first day I met him. I have also seen him help others out on multiple occasions, regardless of even what Division the members are in. He is indeed deserving of both nominated awards.

I remember the very first day I met this amazing leader. She was inspirational then, and she has never compromised herself to change at all. She is a true born leader, with a natural talent and greatness that cannot be obtained by many. She cares about DM and KSI as a whole, and brings raw emotion to everything she does. She is super friendly and so nice, to everyone in the squad she comes across, and even other squads and Divisions I've seen. She recruits quality over quantity members, and takes her time to get to know each and every individual for who they truly are. Whether you need advice, or just someone to ask anything to, this person knows how to answer any question given to her, and so well too. She words things to almost pure perfection. It is so rare to see such a great leader like her to come in and grow so fast. Everyone in the squad can attest that she strives to be the best, and only wants things to get better. She puts her heart and soul into everything she does. She makes the leaders want to better themselves, always. She has a great future in this community, and will only continue to get better in time.

I can verify this one. KSI Romans 7 has been a mentor of mine since my first day in SH, back when I came to Phantom. He has been there to guide and show me the ways of KSI, and without his help, I would have never have gotten so far, like I did. (past GEN of Mist, but left for personal reasons.) Thanks to him, I am also back in SH now, and he has mentored me to show me how everything works, and helped me out so much, on several occasions, including, coming back to SH.

Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Romans 7 (SH Co-Div) Link to forums account- http://www.ksiforums.org/user/940-rom/ Not only is this guy the best Founder I've seen from three different Divisions I've been in during my tenure in KSI, plus, seeing and knowing some other Founders, he is outstanding! I am honored and privileged to call this guy not only a great friend, but a mentor to me as well. He will come in a party with just about anyone, and always play games with us, talk and chill out. He is one of the most laid back, nicest people I know. He is working and doing so much for SH, and finds the work to be fun, which is something that is so respectable about him. He goes out of his way, any time of the day, to look out for the entire Division, and he even cares about other Divisions, and helps out. He is on top of Division transfers, and helped me come back to my home Div; Shadow Haven. He deserves this award more than anyone else I know, because not only does he work so hard, but he cares so much about KSI overall. This guy is the best, all around!

I did a Division transfer on Aug. 31st, and I consider this place to be my KSI "home", so to speak. KSI The Dragon is a large reason I feel that way. He is on a lot, very active, helpful and plays Reach practically every day, whether it be him hosting custom, or multiplayer games. He knows how to get a large group of us together here in Phantom SH. I have seen the activity pick up in the last 3-4 weeks almost, drastically. It is amazing. KSI The Dragon has also been very helpful to me, telling me a lot of tips and pointers that have helped me out a lot. I was recently promoted to 2ND LT; and I do thank him for partially helping me get there. His advice and words of wisdom help a lot. He gets around to all the new recruits, corporals and pretty much everyone in our squad, to maintain an active, fun atmosphere.

KSI Pressure is one of the most active members of this entire squad. He's hosted around six Halo Reach custom game nights in the past week, and is constantly on top of things, even jobs that he doesn't need to be responsible for. He helps out everyone in the squad, to the best of his knowledge, and is extremely dedicated.

He goes around meeting and orientating all new recruits, and is very helpful to the newer members, as well as all the members of his squad.
