She cares about every member in the Division and maintains a family like atmosphere, unlike any other. Her personality can light up a room, as she commands parties with her presence and fun attitude. She passes down her knowledge to the rest of the 7 staff, and strives for DM to be the best Division in KSI. She continues to lead by example always, and never does anything without doing it first by herself. With all she has on her plate, in real life, and on top of what she takes on in KSI, such as being the head of T&E and was DM's rep for CEP up until recently, sometimes I honestly wonder how she finds the time to do it all. He has come into his own, and implements ideas and game plans with great detail, always thinking them through thoroughly. He is as genuine as they come, and when he speaks, his words of wisdom really help. In the past month alone this man has passed down so much literal knowledge, strength and integrity to all of us, as corny as that may sound. He always is there for all the people in DM, regardless of what rank they are. He'll pull an all nighter if he has to, just to be there for his Division. He is one of the main reasons I originally earned my 7 back last July, and worked my best to re-earn it just recently. His inspiration and "never give up" attitude helps the entire Division, which is why so many people respect Gruntier. He is always thinking ahead and has shaped DM into his own mold, working alongside everyone else. He continues to amaze and astonish me. From his simple asking daily " Are you ok", checking up and making sure people in the Division are doing well, to his joking ways, he passes down so much knowledge and is a breathe of fresh air. His ideas are unique, but yet effective and implemented very well and carefully. He has been there for his squads, one being mine I was just recently General over, almost every second of the day. He'll wake up in the middle of the night and jump on Xbox if you need him. I have seen him treat both squads he was over, like family. He is protective of all of DM, and provides a safe and fun environment for us all. He ran all the CEP workshops in a day, just to help out all the officers in DM. Since splitting Cruelty with him, he has grown into his own as a General. He is currently understaffed, but is doing his best to work and find new officers on a daily basis. When people say lead by example, they need to look at ROMEO. He is a prime example of what a General should be. He has a strong head on his shoulders and is always looking out for all members in his squad. He works many long hours, but still finds the time to recruit for his squad, train, promote and also train up potential new officers, as he is showing his squad the most important thing in KSI, which is to have fun, and the fun in being an officer as well. ROMEO is a sincere, caring individual, who will always go the extra mile without hesitation, nor being asked. With his squad just being around a month old now, it has already come into it's own, and I can't wait to see it continue to grow and flourish underneath him, as he is as real as they come. He encourages growth and is currently in the process of splitting the squad with his General. Since first meeting this guy a couple of months ago, I knew he was a natural born leader. He has literally helped out so much in the past month, being there for his entire squad. You'll always catch him in a party full of people having fun and helping out. He helps new members learn the ways of KSI, while gaming with them in the process. He is a super friendly guy to all, and comes across professionally to all as well. He truly cares for DM as a whole too, and will play/help anyone that asks him to. He is there in a second if you need him, for anything. Whether it be recruiting, promoting, training and helping train up his other officers, Rage is ready, willing and able, quite literally. He proved without a shadow of a doubt that his past leadership in KSI and also another gaming community as well was truly earned. He may come across as shy at first, but when you get to know him, and since he came out of his shell, so to speak, he continues to impress me each and every day. He strives to make all of the people in DM proud, and wants to always better himself as a leader. Eli and I have been working with each other for almost a year now. I've known this great man when he was first recruited, and had the honor/privilege to train him. I say that because, Eli is like no other leader I've ever come across in KSI. He's a rare individual that keeps me going till this very day. He is one of the reasons I earned my 7 in the past. People may have said I trained him, but he came in with natural born talent, with skills that remain unmatched to this very day. Back when we both were in Cruelty DM together, it didn't take very long at all to realize that Eli was a man of what KSI truly comrpises of, that being, Knowledge, Strength and Integrity. He has all three of these traits, and much, much more. Our leadership styles always compliment each other, especially when it comes to caring about all of the people in the squads. Eli never once compromised himself, nor his beliefs, as he quickly rose the ranks, deservingly so. He does so much for clan ops, day in and day out. He earned everything he achieved through hard work and dedication. He knows rank is just a responsibility too, and at the end of the day, he is just here to make a difference in everyone's lives, personally and KSI related. Through his teachings and hanging out with him, we learned from each other, hence, both claiming each other as perspective mentors. Eli is a prominent member that all of DM and KSI is lucky to have. This man literally cares about KSI so much, and it shows each and every day. He pours his heart and soul into everything he does, which everyone around him could obviously see. Kitty is an outstanding individual in KSI. There is no one else out there like her. She literally does her all for not just DM, but for all of KSI. She is involved, or has been involved in almost every department throughout KSI. She strives to make this Community a better place for us all. She has the utmost respect from all of her peers, people in DM and throughout all of KSI. She is a dominant force to be reckoned with. She cares about each and every member equally, giving her all to this great Community, each and every day, along with all of the people in it. Sometimes you just have to wonder where she gets the time to do all of this. It's astonishing. She's done so much good for DM since I've known her way back when she was a Captain. Watching her climb and blossom, she has just gotten better, and still continues to do so, regardless of what rank she is. In the past few months, re-climbing the ranks and hanging out with Matt, I have really grown to not only work well with him, but respect and look up to him as well. His fresh, great and sometimes out of the box ideas work amazingly well. He is an amazing person as well, always there when you need him. I have learned that through the good and bad times, that Matt is always there as a friend, no matter what. He' helps me out with the drop of a hat, if needed in any way. I have even learned from his leadership ways, which happen to be somewhat similar to mine, and learned some new ways thanks to Matt as well. He leads by example always, and has the respect of all of DM, lower and higher ranks. I am thankful to have such a great friend and person I could rely on here. He is someone that you could really look up to and trust 100%, which is not always the easiest. Working with Blood, whether it be KSI related or personal, is always a pleasure. He was one of those people who came into KSI with natural born leadership skills. After he changed his GT, it didn't take long for him to start utilizing them. He quickly made his presence known by hosting game nights and running workshops to help members, which he all still does to this day. Just recently he has taken on the reigns of getting his much earned Promotion to Co-Div Leader. He literally will pull an all nighter, just to be there for any member in DM and KSI. He is always hanging around all of the squads in DM, and his friendly, warm and approachable attitude have earned him the utmost respect of all the members within DM. Regardless if you're a recruit, officer or a 7, he will treat you equally and help out whenever needed. He always leads by example, and will never ask anyone to do anything that he himself won't do. He always checks up on people and things pertaining to KSI on a daily basis, to make sure they're running smoothly and accordingly. He always leads by example, and is one of the most blunt, honest and passionate Division Leaders I have ever come across. His constructive criticism is the reason I give credit for him paving the way for not just me to earn my 7, but many of the other 7's that came up in DM when they were under him. His voice can command a room/party, and his actions always spoke even louder than his words. When he implements a game plan, it goes through solid. He thinks over things thoroughly, and has a back up plan with another back up plan. W1CKED is prepared for anything. While he takes things seriously, he never let rank get to his head, as he taught many others that it is just a responsibility, which is something I completely agree with. He made his presence known throughout DM, always hanging out with anyone and everyone. He was in parties daily almost every time I saw him on, always hanging out, giving his words of wisdom and most importantly, having fun and gaming with everyone in DM. W1CKED's workshops were super informative and entertaining as well. Everyone always looked forward to them, because he put a spin on them that he could only do, ensuring DM would grow and strive from them, which it always did. When I had the pleasure of working with him on the DM 7 staff, he always made me strive to want to be better, along with all the other leaders as well. He has weekly meetings and make game plans and strategies for the entire Division. Gambit is exemplary in all he does to help better DM. Never have I seen someone so professional. Most importantly, he is there when you need him. When I had something personal going on, Gambit was there for me personally and professionally. He always is honest, loyal and trustworthy to all who he comes across. He tells it like it is, and gets the job done right away. Seeing this individual climb the ranks and not change a bit is refreshing, as he is a role model to all around him, myself included. We have always worked together, as he was my right hand man through it all. Watching him grow into his own on the 7 staff was amazing and refreshing to see. His outstanding leadership is something that you don't come across every day. He hosts some of the most informative and interactive workshops ever, along with still hosting game nights for squads. He is always there for anyone and everyone in DM, whether it be to give them advice, help them out with any situation pertaining to KSI or even personally. He will play with anyone and hang out in a party, always having a witty sense of humor unlike no other, that gives off an aura that make others respect him and want to always hang around him. It's impressive and outstanding to see him produce such a great officer staff, while maintaining an environment for all the members of his squad to enjoy. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is always running smoothly, and will drop practically anything if you need him. If he doesn't know the answer to something, in which he almost always does, he will get it for you almost instantly. I have witnessed him helping so many members on so many different occasions, it is astonishing. He only wants what's best for the squad, and it has been so great to watch this individual come into his own as a General, and flourish. He makes jokes with all his members, and treats each and every one of them with individual respect. He shows them the time they need, and more. Watching him grow into such an amazing officer from when he was first recruited, astounds me. When he had to fill in and run a squad meeting, to filling in for hosting game nights, he would do it without hesitation. His shoes are really hard to fill, as he out shined and did such hard work, helping split Cruelty into Discord as well. It's wonderful to see an officer take such pride in the work that they do. He knows how to make anyone laugh, and feel comfortable around him. He trains and promotes newer members so effectively and straight from the heart. People feel right at home. Mitch is also very professional in his ways, always striving to do more and learn more from anyone. He knows how to show others how to have fun and really gets a party going with his game nights unlike no other. Many new and up coming officers take note of Mitch's work ethic, and see him as a role model. He did so much for Cruelty DM this year, and it makes me happy to see that he continues to carry on that legacy. He'll take a bullet, so to speak, for someone he is sticking up for. He has natural born talent and leadership as well. He runs things so smoothly and efficiently, shining through and through. I have never seen someone speak their mind with such charisma, helping benefit not only the members in his squad, but the entire Division of DM, and even tries to benefit KSI a whole. He is also always there to listen and give advice if needed, to myself and even others he is close with within the squad. He helps out the squad even without any official rank, which obviously can be done, just by being there for all his perspective members, whether it be playing with them, or listening to some of their personal issues or KSI related ones. He has done so for myself and others in the squad as well throughout this year, which I have personally witnessed. He'll listen and give advice when needed. He is as genuine and kind hearted as they come. He'll gladly join a party and help individuals out with a raid, nightfall, even if he's already done it a few times that week. I've known Pliers for almost a year now, and met him back when he was a Director. Regardless of rank, he always remains true to himself, and will help out any member. He truly shows what the open door policy is all about in our Code of Conduct. He will help any member with anything, and is there for members in KSI all the time. He also has some of the most fun and informative workshops I have ever attended. Just by hanging out with Pliers, you could learn a lot from him, and he'll always implement the fun in doing so. He has a very good and unique way of doing so. Back when Pliers was Director over DM, he did so much to benefit and help it. He truly cares about all the Divisions and squads in KSI, always willing to lend a helping hand and give advice when needed. His quotes are very meaningful and helpful as well. His parties are always filled up with members from all different squads and Divisions, as he meshes in with just about anyone. He is someone that is very highly respectable and not only someone I look up to, but many others do as well. He greatly benefits this entire Community as a whole, which is why he is truly deserving of this award.

Pliers inspires everyone in KSI, from recruits and up, to myself of course. He teaches people his knowledge and passes down his overall KSI wisdom every time you're in a party with him. Any time I've had a question about anything, or have witnessed anyone else having one, or in need of assistance, Pliers is there. He was Director over DM, my Division for some time and truly made an impact on DM, all in a positive way that left a mark to this very day. Pliers continues to run so many different departments throughout clan ops and web ops, making a difference to better this Community. I've never seen a Senior Leader so active and engaged in all he does in quite some time. I personally respect Pliers a great deal for all he does, and truly believes he deserves this award.
