It's very rare to see a Division Leader around the entire Division with all it's members, day in and day out. He takes the time to get to know all the members, best he can. ROMEO is there for the officers and others on the 7 staff, always. He will always get on his app at work to help out with any situation, practically at any time. He is the rock that holds up DM, plain and simple. From spreading his vast knowledge of KSI to others, to just showing the members in all of DM the fun, ROMEO is a well rounded individual that does it all, and gets the job done efficiently and effectively. Co-Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Shockr 7 (Co-Founder) Link to forums account - @KSI Shockr 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Shockr is a guy that his truly come into his own as a Co-Founder. He is currently an acting General and Co-Founder of another squad, but always finds the time to make for anyone that has questions. If he doesn't know the answer, he'll actively seek it out till he gets it. Shockr has a no give up attitude, which gets things done. He trains up great officers and never asks anything of anyone, that he would not do himself. He truly cares about all the members in all the squads, and helps out wherever needed, always keeping a close eye on things. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI DntAsk 7 (Co-Founder) Link to forums account - @KSI DntAsk 7 Reasoning why they deserve this award: Where can I start about DntAsk. She is like the angel that watches over everyone in DM, figuratively speaking. She cares about KSI, DM and Venom, the squad she just came out of, like family. DntAsk helped mold Venom into the amazing squad it is today. With her taking on attention for members that have rough times and helping them with KSI related stuff, making them want to stay and feel at home, DntAsk is a prime example of what every Leader/General should be. She has trained so many up and coming great officers too, past and present. She not only taught them KSI knowledge, but is like a life coach to them as well. DntAsk will move mountains to help any member out. She is outstanding and amazing in all that she does. With her recent Promotion to the DM 7 staff, I'm looking forward to seeing all the great things to come. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI LadySatan (General-DM/Wrath) Link to forums account - @KSI LadySatan Reasoning why they deserve this award: I've had the honor to recently get to know this incredible woman recently. She is one of the main reasons her squad she just got recently promoted to General of, is still up and running today. With her never give up attitude, she has been the backbone of her perspective squad. She recruits, promotes and trains up new members, as well as trains up new and upcoming officers within her squad. LadySatan spends a lot of her time engaging and playing with the members. People in her squad look up to her and respect her a lot, as well as members from other squads as well. LadySatan is already an amazing General, and is doing the best she can to make her squad grow and flourish.

General @KSI Shocker Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Shocker (General - DM/Cruelty) Reasoning why they deserve this: Shocker is a General that truly leads by example. He never asks anything of his officer staff that he doesn't do himself. He constantly engages with all the members in his squad. He promotes a fun atmosphere while spreading KSI knowledge through and through whenever he's in a party. Shocker has continued the DM family like ways and passes that down to everyone he comes across. He is on top of all his General duties, and is still always available for anyone, even if they're not in his perspective squad. Shocker is genuine and professional, and has so much respect from his entire squad. Captain @KSI refined Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI refined (Captain - DM/Sinister) This member has truly come into his own with his amazing Leadership abilities, not just as a Captain, but is a prime example of what an officer should be. When he reached the status of a Captain, he really took control of his duties. He is always eager to learn more, and is one of the most caring and professional officers I have come across in KSI. refined recruits, trains and promotes accordingly, while hosting fun game nights to keep all the members of the squad engaged. refined will be there as soon as he can when you message him for something. If he doesn't know the answer, he will actively seek it out. As the proud creator of Sinister, I am hoping he will take over as General one day soon with the way he is going. Member @Scorpion0017 Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - Scorpion0017 (Corporal - DM/Sinister) Scorpion comprises what a quality CPL/member truly is. He is always willing to help out with any game that he plays. He will literally jump on a game, if he has it, just to help someone out. Scorpion has such a positive attitude as well, and spreads that positivity in any party he's in. Every member in not just Sinister, but other squads in DM as well, know who he is. People join his parties to play with him, and everyone appreciates him for his continued support in KSI. Sometimes we all can forget what we joined KSI for, especially when you take on rank. Scorpion will play and help remind everyone of that, spreading his positive vibes, even to some of the current 7's in DM. Scorpion reminds us all, regardless of rank, that we joined to play games and have fun. So many people are thankful to him for that.

From working behind the scenes with the Board, to all the stuff he does with DW and DM, as you always see him in invite only parties with the members from both Divisions, Grunt's work ethic shows through and through. He truly cares for all of KSI and ensures that it remains safe and fun for all the members. He is still there when you need him for advice as well one on one, as he always makes time for anyone in a professional like matter that only he can do. Grunt is on top of everything, from the paperwork, to being there for all the members. I've seen many Division Leaders throughout my time in KSI, but none unique like Romes. He truly is there for each and every one of the members. He doesn't care about his rank, and only is doing his position to unselfishly help all of DM out. He loves DM so much, along with the members, and is practically there for all of DM, basically 24/7. He still recruits for squads when he has the time and hosts game nights for squads and the entire Division as well. He treats KSI like family. From being acting General, to Co-Founder, Romes never complains and does what's best for the Division, first and foremost. He is extremely Professional in all he does and only asks others to do things that he himself does first. DM would not be thriving as it is right now if not for him. It's hard to pick which category Michelle is the best of, as she truly is an embodiment of what every good Leader in KSI should be. Michelle truly cares about all the members in all of KSI. She is active with all the members in all the squads, hosts fun game nights for any squad that needs it, or asks and is there for the Generals anytime they need anything. Michelle will be there for basically any member in DM. Just send her a msg or party invite, and she'll drop what she's doing and jump in to help. Her guidance and advice helps out a lot too, and she is a wonderful addition to the DM 7 staff. She continues to show all the members in DM why they joined, and that is to have fun and play. Michelle will play any game she has with anyone too, and always make the atmosphere in the party fun too. DM is very thankful to have her here, always helping out with something. She is the member that watches over all of the other members in not just DM, but all of KSI. From her encouraging msgs she sends to people privately, to being there for other members when they need someone, DntAsk is a driving force that motivates, nurtures, mentors and just goes above and beyond in all she does. She is a life coach to us all. No one is as selfless and kind as DntAsk. She literally puts other members before herself, always. The advice and vast amount of knowledge this woman has is utterly amazing. She is someone that basically anyone can look up to. Everyone is so thankful to have her around. The DM Discord server is filled with positive vibes, because of her as well, as is any Xbox party or anywhere else is. She is without a doubt, one of the best members/leaders I have ever seen in all of KSI.

Gamertag: KSIDntAskImAwfl Forums Account: @KSIdontask Award: Outstanding Service lvl. 1 Reasoning: DntAsk, also known as Pam to many, has established quite the name for herself in DM and all of KSI. This woman is a mother figure and role model to many people in DM. She takes on the role of a counselor, mentor, helps people with their in real life problems, bought countless amount of stuff for people when they are on hard times and needed it. She pulls all nighters to stay with one single member and help them if need be. She was a former General of Venom, DM. She helped split a squad of 106 members to make Sinister, DM. She put individual time in each and every member. Sadly, she had to step down shortly after the split, due to real life. She stepped up again for a bit to help out. Always training, promoting and recruiting quality members. Leading by example, showing everyone once again, why she is one of the best Leaders there is. Her game nights fill up to 16 in a party almost always, with people from all squads attending them. DntAsk is a force to be reckoned with. None of this ever went to her head either. She only did all this to show the members the fun in KSI, and to be a caring person. I've personally sat through her officer training parties, back when she was a General. Never have I ever seen such Professionalism and class. She made the up and coming officers feel good about themselves, always building them up and encouraging them to do their best. She does this with anyone, regardless of rank. New recruits flock to her, because of how warm and Welcoming she is. DntAsk is an honest, loyal and kind hearted woman that helps so much in not just DM, but got herself pretty well known on the forums as well. She writes some of the most emotional and inspirational material on all of the forums, earning her a lot of recognition on here, especially on the SYTYCW topics. She also helped out tremendously on the AAP staff at one point. DntAsk is an asset to this entire Community. She is a rare gem that many literally deem a guardian angel. She is well overdue deserved for this award, and so much more.

KSIxROMEO 7 @KSIxROMEO 7 Outstanding Service lvl 2 ROMEO is one of the best Leaders I've seen throughout my tenure here in KSI. He is the heart and soul of all of DM. He's there for every single member, no matter what. From small things, to major, he'll jump on the Xbox app to help out. He's been basically managing Venom, the squad he came from, as acting General on and off since he became Co-Founder. Now he's acting General over the split, Sinister. He somehow manages to maintain training up new officers from those perspective squads and others when needed, be acting Co-Founder over 3 squads in DM, and maintain an active Division with over 400+ members with 7 squads currently. I've never seen a Division Leader take on so much. He never complains either, and always has a plan to make things better. ROMEO is an outstanding person, unlike no other. Everyone flocks to him, as his game nights are always engaging, interactive and fun, are as his workshops. He sticks his neck out for DM and is outspoken, but all in a good way. He only wants the best for his members. During his spare time, you'll catch him actively recruiting for DM. He always manages to put members in the squad they fit in best too, personality and game type wise. He is a mentor to all the current Generals and officers in DM. ROMEO leads by example always, and will never ask anyone to do something he hasn't already done himself. He has an answer to practically every problem, which he thoroughly thinks through beforehand. If anyone is deserving of this award, it's ROMEO.

I could vouch that KSI Vonner 7 has been in KSI for well over 3 consecutive years. I knew him back when he was in Menace DM, on the 360. We were in a Halo 4 squad together briefly. It was in 2014.

Division Leader KSIxROMEO 7 (Div Leader/DM) Link to forums account - @KSIxROMEO 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - ROMEO is a man that never backs down, and fights for what's right for the Division, even if it means him getting slack. His willingness to be Professional, yet put up a debate to get things done is refreshing to see. He genuinely cares about all the members in DM, and goes out of his way to make sure each and every member is being treated right. Some may see him as stubborn or strict, buy but he's a super caring individual, with a big heart. He does so much for the members in DM. No one else has so much respect as ROMEO. Thanks to his great Leadership, he's leading others to go above and beyond, by leading by example and training anyone from what he knows. DM is lucky to have this member as a Division Leader. Co-Founder KSI MeShell 7(Co-Founder/DM) Link to forums account - @KSI MeShell 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - MeShell, better known as Michelle to most, has come into her own as a Co-Founder, and really helps out whenever needed. Whether it's to be there for members, host game nights, or just hang out and play with us, she is there. I could rely on her to be there whenever I message her. She will drop whatever she's doing to help someone out. She genuinely cares about everyone in DM, and is always striving to make things awesome, which she does a great job of doing. Not to mention, she recently got promoted to Productions Head, and helps out with Marketing too, advertising important stuff for us in DM, as well as keeping us up to date with things going on in Productions. If she can't get on Xbox, she gets on her app, to come to whatever is needed. I don't know where she finds the time to do it sometimes. She has a very bright future ahead, and is continuing to grow and flourish each and every day. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Gallifrey 7 (SGT- DM/Sinister) Link to forums account - @KSI Gallifrey 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Even though he just recently stepped down due to real life, he was one of the best Captains I ever had, during my runs here as a General, which I am thankful for. He was my right hand man. Always checking up on the members, especially the shyer ones who don't flock to the bigger parties. Gallifrey shows them that extra special attention that they deservingly need. He went the extra mile to do so. Gallifrey is there in a second, regardless of his rank. Even with his extremely hectic work schedule, he somehow managed to be there and help whenever needed. He made a very helpful spreadsheet for the members in the squad, to see who needs help with what in a game. Gallifrey took time to help people learn new raids on Destiny, and did so for hours at a time, not giving up. As I always say, in real life always comes first. Gallifrey had the integrity to step up and help so much, even with his super busy real life. Sinister and DM is lucky to have such a selfless member. Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSIDntAskImAwfl (2LT - DM/Venom) - Link to forums account- @KSIdontask Reasoning why they deserve this - DntAsk, better known as Pam to almost all, is an inspiration to many in not just her squad and Division, but throughout all of KSI. I've never seen a more caring, nurturing and great woman such as Pam. Members flock to her from all of DM and KSI. She gives everyone one on one attention, making them feel important. You not only rarely meet such nice, kind hearted people like Pam in KSI, but off Xbox as well. This woman is an amazing attribute to all of KSI. She is the embodiment of what every member in KSI should be, and that is why every member looks up to her with the utmost respect.

When I first met MeShell she was struggling with many problems in her former Division, which sadly folded, Crimson Dawn. She was sticking it out there and one of the few who was trying to keep the positive vibes going, regardless of what she was facing. Then she transferred to Hellborn DM. She quickly transitioned well in DM, and then moved to Cruelty DM, where she is currently Co-Founder, plus acting General. I have personally witnessed her take over Cruelty during a really bad time, and completely re-shape the squad back into the family like ways, with a bunch of awesome members, and a well rounded trained officer staff, within a few months. Cruelty continues to thrive, because of MeShell's tenacious and positive, friendly vibes. No matter what obstacles MeShell is faced with, she always sticks around and tries her best to come up with a solution to fix it. She is a very dedicated respected member of KSI, truly deserving of this award.

This member is definitely deserving of this award. Nevermore gets around all of the Division. He enjoys to be the center of all drama that he causes. He's always causing a stir in our Discord chat with his wild and insane antics. We all get a good laugh, as you never know what he's going to say, or what his nickname will be. Nevermore will always draw attention to himself for all others to be in awe and astonishment over. Everyone in DM deems him a literal drama queen.

Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSIxROMEO 7 @KSIxROMEO 7 Founder - DM Reasoning why they deserve this: ROMEO has already molded DM into his envisions of a family like atmosphere, just like back when he was the first General of Venom. He leads by example always, and ensures every member is treated equally and having fun, from recruit and up. He will spend time and go out of his way for anyone in DM, anytime. He is always passing down his knowledge of information to others and has the respect of all the members in this Division, understandably so. He knows how to get down to business and be Professional when need be, and knows how to have fun with all the members as well. He jumps in parties all the time, to say Hi and greet everyone, everyday. ROMEO knows rank is just a responsibility and we're all equal, and keeps up that attitude, regardless of what rank he is. She is quickly getting to know all the members in DM, and I'm very lucky to have her as my Co-Founder. She is always there if I need a second opinion on something, or to talk about anything KSI related or personal. She is a fountain of knowledge. All the members in DM love hanging out with her, as she could get people interested in pretty much anything, even ROBLOX, which I always joke around with her about. She also knows when to get serious and down to business, in a very courteous and professional manner. Michelle also is still currently acting General of Cruelty, taking on double duty. She has been a gem to DM since she's arrived here, and just keeps on getting better. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI TyraTreXxuS @KSITyraTreXxus 3CPT - DM/Cruelty Tyra has been amazing since she stepped up as an officer, and really has come into her own since getting promoted to Captain. She loves to do her officer duties of recruiting, promoting and training. She also runs fun game nights that everyone in her squad love to attend. All the members in Cruelty respect her, as she's fun to be around, and helps out any member she comes across. She is super nice and sweet to anyone she meets. She'll go the extra mile to help out whenever needed. Tyra is literally the backbone of her squad, and epitomizes what a true Captain should be, from leading by example and teaching other members the things she has learned, and then some. Lieutenant Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Tallonss @KSI Tallonss 1LT - DM/Cruelty Reasoning why they deserve this: Tallonss is a very solid officer who is amazing at all he does. He always does his officer duties, going above and beyond. Tallonss really is a great asset to his entire squad. He runs fun game nights and ensures everyone participates who's in the party. He knows how to show the members the fun, while getting his officer responsibilities done as well. He even goes to other squads game nights whenever he can, and is always a pleasure to hang around and play games with. He is very respectful and nice to all the members, and proves respect is definitely earned, as he has done his share in earning and maintaining it from the members in his perspective squad. He is always willing and wanting to learn more. He is a very sincere and genuine guy that others tend to love to be around, as his hospitality is amazing. He treats everyone with such kindness and emotion, which is so rare to see. He truly cares about all the members in his squad. He jumps on the Xbox app when he can't get on his Xbox, just to hang out in a party and check up on others. He truly cares for people genuinely, and looks out for everyone in DM. He is humble and sincere to all he meets. He makes sure everyone is having fun, and things are running smooth and accordingly. Gruntier is extremely Professional. Having known this man since I was recruited, we have learnt from each other. Gruntier will always jump in a party with members if need be, whether it be to be there for them KSI related, or in real life as well. Everyone really appreciates Gruntier for the fun, friendly and safe environment that DM has become under him. Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSIxROMEO 7 - Founder @KSIxROMEO 7 Reasoning why they deserve this: I was really excited when ROMEO first got Founder, as I knew he was perfect for this position, and it's shown ever since. ROMEO is so Professional in how he treats situations. He also isn't afraid to speak his mind when need be, and does so in a fashion that is unique in a refreshing way where his point comes across clear and considerate. That is why the entire Division respects him. He shows all members, regardless of rank, the fun in KSI, by playing with them, teaching them KSI knowledge, or just joking around with them. Members feel comfortable to go to ROMEO with just about anything, as he's very approachable and kind. Co-Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Dragons 7 - Co-Founder @Dragons 7 Reasoning why they deserve this: Dragons is over 3 squads currently, and shows them all equal attention and utmost respect. All of DM knows and looks up to Dragons. He hosts game nights for his squads weekly, along with being acting Gen. over one of them, really helping it out. He is there through it all, with extreme kindness and Professionalism. He has been around KSI awhile, and spreads all his KSI knowledge to others, always. Dragons truly cares about all the members in DM. Just like the rest of the current 7 staff in DM, Dragons treats everyone equally well, from recruit and up. Anyone that comes across this amazing woman is lucky to have met her. In all my time in KSI, I have never, ever seen a General that cares about the members in not just her squad, but all of DM, such as her. She takes time out to check on members individually, whether it be messaging them, jumping in a party to see if they're ok, or spending one on one time with them, helping them. She makes everyone feel at home and is like a guardian angel to all of DM. On top of that, she does all her General duties and is so humble, kind and sincere. She is one of the best Leaders I have ever seen, hands down. No other person takes so much time out of their life for members like she does. She'll be there for you in a minute, always. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI UppishB592 - 4CPT, DM, Hellborn @KSIUppishB592 Reasoning why they deserve this: Uppish was originally a Captain over in Venom, where he had a super successful start. He was always there, recruiting, promoting and training others. With his recent transfer to Hellborn, he has come into his own more, showing members the fun of being in KSI. He has come to understand that rank is just a responsibility, and treats it such as. He is respectful of others, and jokes around with members, plays with them, to show them the fun in KSI. Everyone is thankful to him for that. Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Sol 382 - SSGT, DM, Venom @KSI Sol 382 Reasoning why they deserve this: This member has gone above and beyond, ever since I first met her. She is one of the most kind, sweet and genuine people that you can come across. Even before stepping up to be an officer, she was always trying to help out, whether it be in video games, or any kind of KSI related situation. If she didn't know the answer, she would go seek it out immediately. She truly cares about all the members in her perspective squad, and recent split. It's very refreshing to see someone as kind and caring as her. From learning to hosting game nights, to training others, she is always listening and willing and wanting to learn more. Venom is extremely lucky to have this precious gem.

Since stepping up to be an officer, he has helped rebuild a few squads in DM, by recruiting and making people feel at home. Whether it be training them, or just showing them the fun, that's what he does. ROMEO was trained extremely well, already coming in with natural born talent, and has been passing that knowledge down to everyone he comes in contact with, ever since. With his recent Promotion to Founder, ROMEO has been helping train the up and coming officers in all of DM. He shows members from RCT-whatever rank, the utmost respect. He has mentored so many people during his time here in KSI, one of which is a current outstanding General. He also treats everyone like family in KSI, and considers many to be his online family. ROMEO will go the extra mile and stay up all night with someone, just to help them out with a personal matter. He does the same for KSI related stuff. Before I stepped down, we spent countless all nighters talking, while he's at work too, how to better and improve on things within DM. He takes action right away, and has such amazing Professionalism, that astonishes many, myself included at times. This award is way overdue for him to receive. ROMEO comprises every aspect of what a Leader should be in KSI, and more. He helped me personally in real life with a very personal situation, actually meeting with me in person. That's how amazing this guy is. He will help members out in KSI personally and professionally. He has offered help/advice to several members who respect this great man to no end. He uses the Xbox app to get on at work, was acting Gen 4-5x recently, as I lost count and will drop anything to be there for the members of DM, even family time. Category: Senior Leader Gamertag: KSI VeRiiTaS 7 Forums Account/Link: @VeRiiTaS 7 VeRiiTaS is one of the Senior Leadership in KSI who has gone above and beyond. He treats everyone equally and was there personally and professionally during a hard time for me, that also led to me having to step down ultimately a second time, when I was on the DM 7 staff. I have personally witnessed him helping members during bad times, like with helping keeping them safe from attacks from blacklisted Gaming Communities, to helping them out with dire, life situations. VeRiiTa's advice and just him chilling, is always helpful to me and others. Its easy to take notice of that. Rita cares about KSI through and through, and I truly believe he deserves this award for his dedication and hard work that he puts into all of KSI. He always knows how to show people the fun, especially with his one liners. I had the pleasure of working with Eli this past year once again, and even more so the pleasure of seeing him come into his own as an amazing Division Leader. He is quiet and humble, but will get right to business, making tough decisions, when he has to. He cares a ton for DM, as well as all of KSI. He shows all the members the fun, no matter what. Eli never complains, and even if something is going on in his personal life, he'll put that aside for any fellow KSI member, regardless of rank. We've seen the ups and downs of things together. Somehow, Eli always knows how to take a positive and turn it into a negative. He has made DM into a family oriented Division that people feel is a safe haven, like their home. Myself, and many others, are very Thankful for that. Category: Co-Founder Gamertag: KSI Dragons 7 Forums Account/Link @Dragons 7 Dragons is very well respected and has done a lot for DM this past year. I remember his furst run as a Co-Founder. He hasn't changed since, which is a great thing. He is very Professional. Always making sure to punish in private, and promote in public. Witnessed him doing both, and he does it with such Professionalism and charisma. He took on the cap of web ops over this past year, among taking on a lot with clan ops. He helped fix up an entire squad when he transferred. Thanks to him, it's still alive and flourishing under his leadership. Dragons is a fountain of knowledge, always willing to pass it down to others. He is passionate and dedicated to KSI, through and through. He'll play anything to please the members and branches out to all of the squads in DM, not just the one's that he's over. Category: General Gamertag: KSIxROMEO Forums Account/Link: @KSIxROMEO 7 This category is hard to choose, for me especially, as some know how highly I feel the General rank is held. Not this time. ROMEO is one of the best Generals I have seen in my 6+ years here in KSI. His skills are a force to be reckoned with. ROMEO practically ran his squad solo at one point in time. He slowly built it up to be one of the best squads I've ever seen in DM. When I stepped down, the second time from the DM 7 staff, I surprisingly chose to go to Venom, because of how ROMEO built this squad up, after he made it from a squad split. He recruited, trained, promoted people and growth in his squad, while successfully having amazing member retention. Everyone is always hanging around Venom, as it's infectious, and he turned it into a primarily Destiny 2 squad that every Destiny player wants to be a part of. He makes everyone in his squad feel important. He leads by example. He is a man of utmost respect that not only helps his members out with anything and everything KSI related, but also anything non KSI related. Everyone feels comfortable going to him, as he's non judgmental towards anything, and will even pull an all nighter to help anyone out. He has branched out to do this with all the members in DM now, but trained up some amazing officers and taught his entire squad how to respect one another. A very rare trait to see. Even at work, he'll jump on the Xbox app to check on how things are going. Not to mention, he's been acting Gen twice over his squad now, and once over another squad in DM, always happy to be there to help. ROMEO deserves this award and has all the aspects every General in all of KSI should be. Category: Lieutenant: Gamertag: KSIDntAskImAwfl Forums Account/Link: @KSIdontask First off, I must say I never met such an amazing, warm hearted soul such as Pam, aka, DntAsk. She is an amazing and aspiring person. She does it all. People from the Board of Directors have taken notice of her, with good reason. They see the kindness and genuineness that this woman upholds. She is nice to everyone, no matter what. I've never seen someone go out if their way like her, as she jumps on to see if game nights are running smoothly, jumps on when it's inopportune for her, if she sees someone needs a Promotion, putting her own self aside. She hosts weekly open game nights, to ensure everyone in her squad is having fun. She gets to know every member, and spends time with some struggling, whether it be KSI related or in real life, truly offering and trying her best to help them, any way she can. Pam is so respected in her perspective squad and all of DM. She helped me once, and had me tearing up, all in a good way, during some really hard times. This woman exceeds officer expectations. She mentors others to be the best they can, especially when they first take on rank/responsibility. People respect her to an outstanding extent, with good reason. She even buys games she wouldn't normally play, just to play and get to know members in the squad. She even does her own "Member of the Week Spotlight", where she asks a member every week a series of questions about themselves, so they could be known throughout the squad, posting it in the squad chat server. She makes people feel special when promoting them to PVT, CPL, and SGT. She is a true gem that DM is lucky to have. On top of that, she is super active on the forums, always posting encouraging things and participating in stuff. She thrives to learn more and more. I can't wait to see what the future holds for her here in KSI, as it will for sure be a bright one. Category: SSGT/SGT Gamertag: KSI MetalPlains Forums Account/Link: @KSI MetalPlains This guy is a role model SGT and SSGT as well, making him the perfect candidate. He came into KSI trying to put up a tough shell. Didn't take long too see through his "tough" exterior. He is an upstanding guy, always jumping into any party, showing the members of DM what having fun and gaming is all about. He helps people in games, and even by listening and offering advice in real life situations. MetalPlains is always inviting others to parties too, making them feel Welcome. He attends many game nights, even if he doesn't have the game. Recently, he's been trying his best to learn what it takes to be a great officer, no matter what. He listens to constructive criticism, and tries to better himself from it. He truly cares about KSI and bonds with people to just be their friend and be there for them. We are all thankful to him, for that and much more. Category: Member Gamertag: KSI MeShell 7 Forums Account/Link: @KSI MeShell 7 Michelle, known to some better as MeShell, is such an asset to all of DM. She is super sweet nice, and infectious, especially her personality. People love being around her, understandably so. She even infected DM with a love for ROBLOX, myself included, as she knows how to get a party of people playing and having fun like no other. Michelle stuck it out as long as she could in her old Division. She came in and bought all she learned and experience to a great squad that many in DM call home, as it's basically like the flagship squad. She rose up to General again, very deserving of it. She compromises everything any member in KSI should be, and more. She spreads all her fun and awesomeness around the DM Discord server and the squad she is currently over. We are all happy and lucky to have her here. She has gained so much respect here, very quickly at that too.
