HOPE this is where I post this. I was a Head Hunter for siege in july and part of August. The squad was disolved do to issues with the HH squad capt. Does this qualify me for the HH award?

I will witness to the silver outstanding. The few months I have known Anatomy he has helped me out with sevveral things and still continues to help out when needed and he's not our cofo. He takes time out of his own to help people and his guidance and leadership are unquestionable.

He joined back 2 days ago. New name is KSI DELIVERANCE. Believe that's how it spelled.

I haven't talked to him a whole lot BUT I had a situation that came up not to long ago and my wife was VERY close to taking the xbox out of our household because my children had gotten invovled with some very bad content from my messages! Very hard to explain and may sound kinda retarded , BUT WHEN I SAY that HIS professional manner & attitude SAVED me from having to quit KSI and XBOX. I'm NOT kiddding!

I know I'm not 1 of his supiors but pls allow me to post on this: people can go on and on about everything he does and has done! To me KSI Ludacris 7 is a staple representitve for KSI! His drive, dedication , leadership and training are by far above all others! He has been my mentor for close to 2 months now. His recruiting is insane! He has this persona about him that make people just want to folllow in his steps! His training isn't just a 10-15 minute talk- he takes time out of his day to actually talk and walk you through anything and everything! While training with him if he comes across something that he thinks is beneficial to some1's training he inccludes them! He goes out of his way to help his members, recruits and trainees! Ex: we had a member leave and this member owed micro points to several pvts for a tourny that was held in our squad, Ludacris 7 has stood up and is paying these out! Its not even his debt! To me that is outstanding leadership and outstanding service for KSI! When I think of KSI and its solid people , KSI Ludacris 7 is always the 1st person that comes to mind! He leads by example and to me , that's the only way it should be!

I was mentored by KSI Element; When I 1st joined KSI , siege was just comming out of the rubble, I was a SGT when I started talking to Element, at that time I didnt really know to much about the recruiting,training and mentoring. He took me aside and talked about everything, He sat in on my recruiting after traiing me to recruit and train, I was trained by others but his training and leadership qualities are grade A! Like I said I was a SGT and for him to take me into his fold and show me the ins and outs of a squad.was above and beyond what he could have done! Even as a General now, I still look for his guidance on many things! Every positiom I held and have from SGT to GEN he has been there to help me learn the responsibilities of each rank, that included teaching through actual scenerios on everything, from promotions-demotions, squad meetings-game nights, tournies, everything!! His General trianing is EXCEPTIONAL- his testing is accurate! His Dedication is admirable! He's a stand up Leader and I too vouch for KSI Elements outstanding service!!
