Witness to all. For OS he has literally saved multiple squads from failing completely, all at the same time. A month ago in DL we were beginning to crumble and several squads were losing high ranked members and not doing what they needed to be doing, however Lazar pretty much on his own came down and straightened everyone out, promoted new sevens that did what they needed to, and ultimately saved half the division from collapse. That is why I believe he deserves the outstanding service award, though I'm sure there are multiple other examples.

Al Capone has taught me many aspects of being a leader and dealing with people in KSI. He's a very intelligible person and is easy to learn things from. I believe he deserves the mentor award

I would like to also apply for Master recruiter. I just got my 120th recruit and he is officially a member. Lazar or another 7 can testify to this.

I think there should be a Squad Creator award... Kind of like a division creator. It would be awarded to those who could start up a successful project squad in a KSI division. Just a thought

I can also testify for Monoxide being a mentor to me. Even though we are not in the same squad he has set a great example of how to lead and shown me some pointers.

i can vouch for both gamerscore hoarder and member assistance. he has over 20000 gamerscore and has helped me and many others wih day to day problems

That's the general of sythe, even though he hasn't changed it yet ALSO: I would like to go for the Mentor award. I don't know if you have to be a specific rank but I will get 5 members to post here if that's ok. Reason- I've tried my hardest to connect and teach all of my privates-Staff sergeants the fundamentals of how to be a good leader, and many of them have said and put on their bio that I am one of their mentors.

There's been multiple problems that he has solved whether it was as simple as two members in an argument to as difficult as a squads dishonesty about member count. He treats us all in DL as equals, and puts us back in line when we get rowdy. He has successfully split a squad and division in the time I have been here, and even though he only just got the rank of Division leader I believe he is the most outstanding.
