Docness lets people know what is to be expected of them, then he helps them reach that by having himself or his staff available. He is very upbeat and makes sure that everyone around him are keeping it upbeat. He and his staff meet weekly to discuss the plans for the next two weeks and the past week, if anything when wrong he picks them up and inspires them to do better. All of this is done with the Divisional Goals being set and discussed, he and his staff are a dream to work with. Carry on Sir. Keep up the great work brother! Anyway this is about Oracle, she has shown me that nothing slows her down, not even me. She is always online in some form or fashion. Oracle organizes the weekly FI meeting and usually keeps the guys on the right path. She is accessible to her staff and the squads, and she utilizes her time very well to stay on top of everything inside the division from security to just someone quitting. Oracle is going to be a great divisional leader and its not going to be very long down the road. I know this may not count, but I have been in parties with this guy playing when he has been called to duty, and the guy just flies into action. He pulled the person into the party and addressed the issues at hand. I have witnessed on several occasions when he is taking a break form his free time to offer extra training and leadership to those under him. Keep up the excellent work brother!

I will witness for Power, he is one of my go to guys for training, anytime you need something done, just ask he is there for you. Power and I worked hard together when he was a general and I noticed a potential in him that keeps getting stronger and stronger, he puts aside his personal time to do things for others while making sure you are taken care of before ever going back to his own work. Power is also working hard to make a difference in KSI as whole, he is still to this day one of the best trainers and never misses a chance to offer a class. Keep up the great work!

I have known Sweettea since she came into KSI and I am very proud of the progress that she is making. She deserves this award because she is constantly offering her time, to train, host game nights, get with pvts, and cpls, to answer questions. She is always trying to find out what to do to earn her next position, and we always see her at the extra curricular activities to encourage more of her division to participate. Keep up the great attitude and good work!

COMMITTED: I was his general when he changed his name, and have witnessed him growing up through the ranks. Member assistance: Vitul has been my right-hand for a long time, anything that the members need from training to basic answers, he's been there. He as a general over corrupt had a training staff in place, he moved up to cofo and carried up the level of service to ensure that everyone was gaming and enjoying ET, after the DIV split. He never turns a challenge down to help a fellow KSI member, except to get COFFEE!

MEMBER ASSISTANCE- Member has taken time to sign up new recruits on forums when they are having troubles, countless times, this doesn't sound like much but when you are taking time away from game nights or holding full lobbies to do it that means a lot to everyone. He also holds short meetings with random people in the squads to make sure they are comfortable with their surroundings. Most of all he makes himself available to every person in KSI if they need him to resolve any issues. TRAINER- I personally am one of his trainers, and know that he is a great group trainer. He trains twice a week atleast one sergeants training and one officers training, We (before HD split from ET) made sure that every general and captain did their share of training and kept up with new policies and such. Mystique has done MANY of these and to look at HD now would have to be proud of what he accomplished.

I will vouch for this guy, he and I have been in KSI together since day one, his commitment to his job and dedication to excellence makes me proud to be one to say that he is not only one that I had as a officer but as a fellow 7. He and I both changed our gamer tags around the same time so its been over a year for him now, way to go my friend.

Cheddar has been my mentor since I was a private, he helped train me and teach me the the ins and outs of being a leader in KSI. Cheddar is a great mentor who's dedication I strive to match in personal life each day.

As far as trainer I apologize I sometimes forget that you don't research and get to know the people that you give the award to, but Gwood and myself have trained together in my est over 80 to 100 officer in officers trainings and in sergeants trainings I would estimate 130 or more but how do you come up with a precise number I don't know. I can tell you this much every day here in KSI he is training and we have held training two to three times a week since we became LT's and if that doesn't qualify nothing does. Now I'm pretty sure that's viable, thanks for hearing me a second time.

I will gladly claim him as a mentor has taught me many things as we have tried to make our community better.

Amuse deserves to be recognized for his service, and dedication to KSI he does a great job at recruiting, and will be a good leader in the future.

You know I find it a little funny that someone of Priest77 caliber and commitment to the KSI Family would need anything more than what was already said, when you have an individual that spends as much quality time to ensure the proper procedures, process, rules and regulations are abided by (not to mention doing all this while keeping up a job, sick family members, extra phone calls from us) all while still finding time to keep us in MW3 and playing each and every night with his Generals and their members. Always using different types of media to find out if we need anything or if we have questions. I'm pretty sure job descriptions don't come close to what Priest does and if he ever moves on you people may need to get him to rewrite the book that covers his roll here, it would be almost impossible to fill. I've been playing this game for 3 months, and in this time Priest has been the person that takes time off work to get on Xbox for special events, he has been the one person that I can honestly say KSI is indebted to the SERVICE that this OUTSTANDANING individual has given to them, the ones ask for more input before giving him the OS award look at all the 7's and Generals that this man has put out during his tenure at KSI, Outstanding Service indeed!

I take great pride in putting my name down in saying this man is one that deserves great praise for the work that he does with the people in KSI. I've never seen him back down from a challenge or from a fight for a good cause. We need more leaders like him to direct our kids and I thank him for his guidance in my growth in KSI.
