I vouch for KSI MIX3R for Head/Hunter/Sniper Award, I was in the squad, did not participate, but did watch their headhunters team. I vouch for the hot topic award as how we can improve RP did go hot, and has increased communication on a constructive level within the division through the manner of discussion

When everyone else quit he was still holding strong. He brought in all the gens necesarry to make the division better and hasn't stopped working for the greater good of RP. Very open, honest, and as a leader, willing to solve any issue that comes his way. Very accepting of criticism showing that he is a true leader, one that will listen to what people have to say and respond to it in a positive manner. I have never, in my history of being in KSI, seen someone who will go out of their way to help out the squads they are under, and squads that they are not under. He offers constructive criticism that is extremely valuable and worthwhile. Ive already seen him offer so much and do so much already, and it has only been a week if not shorter. Whoever can do that, in my mind, deserves this award the most. This guy took his squad from 20 something members to 80 in 2 weeks, He single handedly mentored and trained everyone in his squad in order that they might gain a new understanding to what it means to be a part of a squad in KSI. He mentored me countless hours on end so that I could become a succesful general as well. He never turns down a member that needs help, he is always there and extremely active. He is a knowledgable leader that deserves this award very much.

Trainer- Yes i witnessed him train alot of people in TW as I was one of them Master Recruiter- Yes I sat through and listened in on countless recruits and saw him assist many people in recruiting Member Assistance- Yes hes answered every single question of my own a good 50+ and every other member who came to him Head Hunter- Yes Is a headhunter

He took over RP after the div split and is leading it with great effort. If anyone has kept our division together it has been him. Not one sitation can't be fixed when skillz is around because he is one of the most knowledgable members I know. His attitude is beyond postitive. Most perserverant, logical, and Hard working KSI member that I know. 1st Captain- KSIxly / Warlords RP General http://www.ksiforums...er/3602-xlying/ Reasoning- Ever since I got into Warlord's I have seen nothing but hard work put in by KSIxly, he has proven a great leader and a perserverant encourager. He works extremely hard to keep the squad together by making sure everyone gets along and knows everyone else creating a friendly atmosphere that is very enjoyable to be in. He has the squad's best interest in mind at all times shown through his decisions. He is a leader by example, something that is very admirable. 2nd Captain- KSI MIX3R / Warlords RP Captain http://www.ksiforums...2198-ksi-mix3r/ Reasoning- Another hard worker is KIS MIX3R. He has shown a faith to our squad that is not of any other that I have seen before. Very capable and very organized with headhunters and all. He is always prepared and an important part of Warlords. He has shown perserverance in this new division and his will to make RP a better place is evident through his actions.
