He has a great connection to all of the members in HD, an attribute that not many leaders have. Worm shows the essentials of an amazing leader and HD is soooo lucky to have him as our Co-Division Leader. Honesty is a great leader and that is why he deserves this award. He looks over some of the best squads in HD and he just has a special connection with the members. Sman has some of the best recruiters in KSI and he has helped multiple other squads within HD. He has shown great initiative in wanting to take over more responsibilities. With the right guidance and a little more maturity, Sman will become a great leader in KSI.
