She continuously strived to achieve what ever she set out to do! she was constantly on helping when no other was 7 was on! she works from the time she gets on xbox till 4 am at night always giving her wisdom to every member she come in contact with along with continuing to make Gz grow she has helped tremendously throughout her time as a cofo and has gone way out of her way to help the other 5 squads that are in GZ! without her GZ wont be where its at today Standing strong at 435 Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI PACDAWG420 (now KSI PACDAWG13 Link to forums account -http://www.ksiforums.org/index.php?/user/4066-ksi-pacdawg420/ Reasoning why the deserve this -Pacdawg has been a strong motivator for his squad no matter what questions that needed to be answered he was always the first to give an answer this member as a CPT set a Goal for himself which was to train and help any newcoming SGTS and members with anything they needed always abiding by the COC he gave me great ideas to boost the morale for the squad while i was General over Honor and he never stopped working with out him there as a CPT Honor wouldnt be where its at today! i can vouch for him he is a great asset to Ground Zero he has trained well over 30 members and he is always answering questions for the lower ranking members he has helped his squad grow and become knowledgeable on things they did also he is on a headhunters team and they regularly have squad practices

I can also vouch for rukia se is a very helpful cofounder no matter what kind of questions I have she is always the first one to answer! She was an amazing general when i was under her she step up to the plate when our old general don't blink was stagnant the moment he got his general position as a major she had every one under her she was always training new members and setting up private matches for tournaments. When she became general she brought a failing squad back to at that time it's all time high of 80 members if it wasn't for her continues efforts the gears squad probably wouldn't be here!! I would also like to nominate her for the head hunters award as she was cpt of the 5v5 head hunters team when she was general. She takes pride in all her work Nd I say yes she deserves all these awards

one more thing i have to ask even though i dont meet the requirements for silver does it matter? even if i had my think of me as the general while the general at the time completely disappeared for the two weeks of his suspension and that i was still able to keep the squad numbers up along with the activites? will it need to have more witnesses or no? if it does i can ask a few more people who have been a witness

Name: KSI xLeG1oNx Honor squad Ground Zero Link to Forums Account: dont know how to Award-/-Achievement: Outstanding Service Lvl1, Silver Outstanding Service Lvl2, Most Outstanding, Member Assistance, and HeadHunter Reason-/-Evidence: HeadHunter- I am the captain of a 4v4 HeadHunter team for Gears! For Outstanding Service Lvl1, Silver Outstanding Service Lvl2, Most Outstanding, and Member Assistance- During my Generals rank suspension of two weeks i worked really hard to keep the morale of my squad up! which ended up turning out Great!! i had revised the whole entire training program for Honor which made my General at the time very impressed with my work! The Entire officer staff along with sgts now know how to recruit and orientate along with knowing each of there duties! along with this training program i decided to host Honors very first recruiting tournament which brought the squad from 68 members to what it stands today at 82-83 Members. Also during the time of my Generals rank suspension i took charge of everything in my squad and even hosted a Workshop for the Entire division of Ground Zero(at the time of all of this i was only a CPT) my partner who was also hosting this meeting with me was unable to attend so i had to host the meeting by myself which turned out great with a total of 24 members that got alot of my knowledge passed down to them which in turn has helped out alot in their squads i also had KSI IMPERIIUM 7 who is now the Founder of GZ say that during that time all he he got was nothing but good compliments with my workshop! also KSI ACIDVAPORZ who is now General of Courage(he was a CPT at the time) said that it was one of the best workshops that he has ever attended. I take dedication in my work and i now have become the Major of Honor squad with all of my service and have been noted as one of the Best Trainers who is organized and knowledgeable within GZ by KSI IMPERIIUM 7 I am Currently still trying to help other squads in my division giving them the best advice that i can to turn KSI around! My squad was without a General for two weeks and when he came back alot of members still went to me for everything in turn my general stepped down and i was promoted to Major and im still working hard for GZ keeping everything organized and to finish the app i would like to say even though i was a cpt at the time of this i almost had my squad split and now that i am a major i have alot of promising officers that will be able to move up and have the squad split soon =)
