Whether it be casual conversation just because they need someone to talk to, or all business within the Division or Squads, he gets it done. Personally was in a tough spot, and he saw this. He worked with me, and gave me the push to be the officer I needed to become. He doesn't give up, but isn't overbearing. Very understanding.
