He is always willing to share his unique insight and its usually quite helpful depending on the circumstance. Director Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Gambit 7 Link to forums account - @KSI Hex 77 Reasoning why they deserve this - Gambit has always been a corner stone of ES his return to KSI coincided with my recruitment funnily enough. This division this community would not be the same without him. His vision may not always coincide with others but he is always willing to back it up with fact and experience he also stands for what he believes in and does not back down even when its in his own best interest. From his busy schedule to family and KSI he is always going that extra mile for the things he cares about. I at my age never thought that someone so much younger could be so wise beyond his years it is refreshing and inspirational. He works obscenely long hours in rl plus doing his best for our division. He handles issues with confidence and thoroughness. He also navigates the political side of KSI that can be frustrating and looks out for our squads and division helping them to be all that they can be. Co-Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Eyonia 7 Link to forums account - @KSI Eyonia 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Eyonia is my other half when it comes to this division when I am not availble which has been more often of late due to real life obligations. I know that Eyonia has the knowledge and wherewithal to make the right decision and that her reactions to situations are not knee jerk she thinks it through. She is continuing to make the effort to get to know the members of the squads that she isnt assigned to so she knows our division better as a whole. Having her up here with me makes my job easier and I know if I need advice or need to ask questions she is always willing to listen and answer as best she can. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Sassy General Cerberus Link to forums account - @KSI Sassy Reasoning why the deserve this - Where do I begin Sassy has been doing a phenominal job long before she got the nod and was promoted to General. Although like all of us in that position she will tell you that she isnt sure if she is doing a good job as there has been some shake ups in her officers but as we all know this happenns to all Generals at one time or another and she has been handling it with class.Her decision making and training of her officers has been above par and well beyond being a general she is looking at how her decisions can effect not only her squad but the whole of ES. I am looking forward to the day when she is able to step into the next role as I see her future as bright and no barriers except those in which she places on herself. As Gambit once said about me I believe she has that "IT" factor that cannot be denied. As he continues to gain knowledge he grows his understanding and input. Although his availability due to RL obligations is less than most he maximizes his time and continues to contribute to the squad. Picking up what Sassy might miss and paying attention to details that are often overlooked. Although first impression you may think this guy is super quiet its the opposite he is always watching and observing what is going on within the squad and the officers. I am super proud of the fact that he is finding his voice and is not afraid to speak when necessary. The only limits I see are the self imposed because of busy schedule and home life. He won the recruiting challenge that I had thrown out there with quality recruits and continues to keep his officers organized. His recent promotion to LT was well deserved and a long time coming. He could be the next rising star to come out of HYDRA!! I have been humbled and honored with the opportunity to work with him!! He is such a chill dude I really dont think i have ever heard him upset even with brand new players in COD or any other game. He is always patient with them and helps them learn even tho he is a super sweat and can make Gambit or Soap work hard to stay ahead of him. Psst at PSycho we need you as an officer lol I keep telling him this maybe one day I can convince him as i beleive he will definately be an asset to any officer corps if not he is an awesome member either way. @KSI Slick 7 I know we havent had te chance for much direct interaction however what time we have spent I have greatly enjoyed. You trying to take the time out of your already packed schedule to help direct me and polish some of my not so great areas I really appreciate. Its not often that higher ups take interest in persons who are in a lower position than themselves and it is treasured. Your insights into how to make our division better and how to get ourselves on the right track to success have been on point and direct. As you have told me that X factor that everyone wants but no one quite knows what it is sir you have it your self. I am honored to work with you and am ready to learn some of that modern warfare you keep talking about lol. you might regret saying that just so you know ask Gambit he has suffered a sudden headshot or 2 while trying to teach me COD. But this is also an insight to who you are and it is wonderful to see and experience.

Ok so I am still learning about some of the Aap stuff and I want a better understanding. What is the difference between a Divisional of the month award and an of the month award that states underneath best in rank? Is that community wide? What factors go into determining that?

He steps in when necessary but otherwise lets us learn from our experiences the good and the bad. His leadership has helped turn this division around and his insight has helped me to see the bigger picture and not what is directly in front of me. He also likes to remind all of us as 7s and the different Officers within ES that its not a me situation that its what is best for the squad division and KSI as a whole that matters. I dont know if I would be in the position I am today had he not taken the time to answer all my questions as I was moving up through the ranks. I am sure I drove him crazy while I was at work asking for assignments so I could learn more about this wonderful community. Until he said he was done with the assignments as I completed them too quickly and was constantly asking for more lol. Our div would not be where it is today without his leadership and his understanding. His maturity goes beyond his actual age lol and I am very proud to have him not only as my director but as my friend!! Where I may lack in knowledge when it comes to past experience in KSI he has been very straight forward when i ask questions about past members when looking at rejoin applications or when it comes to strategies in helping our division continuing to grow. I have to give credit where credit is due lol where i tend to operate on the emotional side sometimes he is definitely great when it comes to stragety. I will be the first to admit that together we make an amazing team. This gentleman may sound like a gangster with his accent but he is like a sponge soaking up knowledge and asking questions. I had the pleasure of promoting him to SSGT at the start of his career as an Officer unfortunately I was not in the position to promote him to General when the time came but thats ok as he definately earned his stripes on the way up I cant wait to see what he is able to accomplish with his squad. Dont let his easy going demeanor fool you as he is highly motivated and passionate about his squad and division and KSI as a whole. The future is his for the taking and I am so glad that I had a hand in getting his journey here started. When Harley came back to KSI and started trying to work her way back up I have been hugely impressed with her passion with dealing with our special members and her squad as a whole. Her workshops are always packed and you rarely see anyone not participating. Although she is the first to admit that she has things to work on I must give her credit as she is learning to recruit and has been hugely successful when this used to be the one thing she could never seem to get the hang of and is now one of the top recruiters for her squad. She is becoming her Generals Right hand and I can totally see her helping her build and amazing officer core and steering their squad into a successful split eventually. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Tubular Link to forums account - @KSI Tubular Reasoning why they deserve this - Where do I begin..from moving to a squad and helping until it was decided it was best to close to going to another squad and transfering close to half the members at the time of a split to traveling to europe as part of his rl band that he plays in highschool ect ect. This young man has been through the ringer over the last month. However he continues to recruit continues to try and keep his head held high despite unusual circumstances it is often easy to forget he is only 15. He is definately an asset to whatever squad that he is a part of now dont get me wrong there are always things that need work but a lot of it will come with maturity as he continues to grow as a person and an officer. He is also another youngster in our division that has been shining through the split of Hydra to create Cerberus and helped to move alot of the members. The only cap on his career will be the one he places as he continues his education in RL. @KSI DC 77Sassy has trained more than 30 members in CEP workshops

@KSI Sassyhas been the main trainer for hosting multiple workshops for several different POS. She has been an important part of honing Hydra officers to be the best they can be. She is always available when asked and if she isn't right then she makes arrangements for the workshops to be completed and for the potential officer to receive training beyond the workshop. Hydra wouldn't be what it is today without her contributions. I am proud to have her as a part of my division and my home squad!!

ES Link to forums account- @The ChadMin Reason why they deserve this- Venum has been mentoring hydra staff since before I joined KSI. Although at the time he jokingly called himself a retired 7 he really couldnt help himself. He has been the person I vent to when frustrated and whom I go to when I need advice in navigating the waters here in KSI. Its not easy learning the ins and outs here his help has been invaluable. He has helped advise the 7s staff when Gambit/Hex was unavailable and questions us to help us continue to develop and do better and be better. If you ask him for his WHY he is here its fairly easy he wants to make a difference and make this community better ...I would say you have succeeded in doing so. I am so very proud to not only be your friend but your mentee because of you I am still here when many times I came close to walking away. You help me to remember my why and where I started from. So thank you very much I could not have made it this far without you and the many other great leaders who have contributed their knowledge to me. Hex has helped me look at the bigger picture and how to use the skills that I have learned in my everyday career and apply it to the business aspect of KSI. If anything there are many times when we are telling each other to take a break and breath and just enjoy gaming as sometimes it feels like every time we are on we are handling something going on. The leadership skills I now possess in many ways are in thanks to him as he helped me to find my voice in a way that isnt the bossy momma telling you what to do but the mom that gives advice and allows you to make the mistakes necessary to learn and grow. Between handling a busy division technically acting Gen and training a new 7 staff taking care of his wonderful family and working his ass off to support them he is either an angel in disguise or a crazy man I havent decided yet. She inspires all who are around her with her sparkling personality miss sassifrass has helped develop a long list of POs who are trained well and ready to step up to the plate at any given time. Oni went above and beyond when it came to workshops taking them a few times to make sure he understood the material. He is a beast at almost every game I have seen him try to play. He has made so many friends here in such a short time. His loyalty and work ethic is above par. I see him in parties all over with members from every squad in ES not just Hydra. He is a well rounded dude I can see him continuing to take the ranks by storm and rocket to the top. I cant wait to see what the future brings. SGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) -KSI Clock Hydra ES Sgt Link to forums account - @KSI CLOCK Reasoning why they deserve this - Clock is just a chill dude always down to game. He is also realistic with his ability to commit time. Despite having the ability to become a wonderful officer he has chosen to stay a SGT for now while he focuses on school and secure himself the best education possible and I totally can respect that. He is as important to this squad as some of the officers as he has built relationships with damn near everyone. For such a young man the way he conducts himself restores my faith in todays youth as it is not seen as often as it should be. He makes me proud to be a COFO and proud to have started from Hydra. He has started enjoying his squad again joining parties and hanging out. He has been really efficient with getting apps completed so they can join their squads as quickly as possible. It is wonderful to see him flourishing again. @KSI Gambit 7Divison Leader Although you may not always be vocal you are very observant and push us to do better and be better. You make us think and look at the bigger picture not just how things effect our place within KSI but how things may be perceived by all members and officers. As someone who has gone through the ranks right to the top before you still have an insight and passion for our members and making this community the best it can be. Your vision and views have helped ES become the place it is today. You have helped me become a better leader and I thank you for everything you have done even though at times I thought about walking away because of real life situations you were still there for me. @The ChadMin Senior Leader Despite having stepped away from Clan Ops to focus on the bigger picture your influence on our division and officers has been extremely helpful. You are constantly helping officers connect with their why. You have been a source of knowledge and insight and at times a kick in the ass when needed. You have made your stamp on our division and it would not be the same without you. @KSI BIKRQEEN Where do I begin to give you your props. First and foremost you have been able to do what I was not. You have been able to get forward momentum with a Squad of well over 100 members with minimal officers. You were able to make the decision to let some go for the greater good. You have a goal and the drive and determination to make it happen. I couldn't have chosen better for my replacement. You have been my confidant when I was going through some stuff and reminded me if my reason why!! Lady you are an original and I am so grateful for you. You constantly see him in different parties getting to know his squad members and is an interesting person to talk to despite not always playing the same games as his squad he hangs out and has a blast. He has joined our welcoming Committee and is usually one of the first to greet you on Xbox or discord. I can't wait to see him continue to grow and learn more I have a feeling we will be seeing him as an officer in the near future!
