Where to begin when talking about this man. Venum has been an integral part of my journey at KSI. He not only encourages me to keep strong and strive to continue to learn he has helped shape this division. When I was just a beginning SSGT and had my first big issue to deal with he was the first person I saw online who could assist and direct the course of action even though at the time he was a retired 7 and ranked a sgt within our squad. Often times when my mentor Gambit was unavailable he was the person I turned to for advice or to vent when I became frustrated with situations . Although he would tell you his passion is not clan ops but web ops I beg to differ. He helped me come up with training strategies for my Officers and took one under his wing as a mentee and she is now the general of that squad. In his advisor capacity for the 7's he is there when we have questions and has helped me to learn to let go and allow the general to operate independently and only stepping in as needed . I truly don't believe if it had not been for his compassion and passion for this Squad I'm not sure if I would still be here. His big question is always what is your why? There were times I questioned my why and he was there as a friendly ear as I was for him when he had his down moments as we all do occasionally. His impact on this Squad is huge and he definitely helps make it better. KSI VENUM 7 definitely deserves to be in ES Divison Hall of Fame.

Division Leader @KSI Gambit 7How do I start? When everyone else was ready to give up on me he continued to believe in me and my abilities. He has taken a division that was close to failing when I joined to a growing and thriving. Two Squads have split successfully and a third will occur again relatively soon. Through his leadership and the people he has chosen to be leaders amongst the division this division will continue to grow and thrive. Cofounder @KSI Chant 7 This man has many sides and many may call him an asshole I am proud to call him my friend and partner who has helped me see things through a different perspective and helped me to grow as a leader. He brings the hammer and I bring the softer but firm side. He helped Phoenix get to the point of success and through his leadership and experience taught his amazing officers to become the best. I can't wait to see what our future holds as we continue to work together in our division. General @KSI JewelsThis I think is the hardest for me to decide. We have three lovely ladies who are each great leaders in their own right but I feel that I see the greatest growth with Jewels. We may have had our moments along this journey but I truly believe she is becoming the leader she was always meant to be. She has found her voice. She has found her niche and it has been so crazy seeing her as she is now compared to where she was as an officer in my Squad. I couldn't be prouder of this young lady. The stars are the beginning of where she can go!! Captain @KSI xJoker 7I can't believe I am saying this but you definitely deserve this dude. I watch the officer chat and see how you greet and direct your Officers. I see how you support your general and ensure she isn't overloaded with the day to day stuff. Watching you guys get 95% of your squad transfered in 2 days and encouraging your Officers to take some breathers to avoid burnout is freaking awesome. Your squad will split again I have no doubt SSGT @Black JesusThis young man might be new to this position but has been hitting the floor running. He helped transfer close to 50% of his squad within the first 34hrs of being promoted and of his squad splitting. He is hilarious to talk to and great with members . He is also very good at communicating with his fellow officers and gets things done. His career is just beginning but has soo much potential. Board members @KSI Swag 77Despite having the reputation of being the enforcer in KSI I have had the opportunity to get to know him and his dedication and commitment are what we should set as our standard. He has helped me see things in a different light the big picture so to speak. I am grateful I get to continue working with him at a higher level. SGT. @KSI DeputyOg this sgt is always in huge parties and constantly bringing recruits to his squad. He is always positive and down to game what ever the majority of the party wants. Although he has been asked to step up as an officer and he doesnt feel its a fit for him he continues to be an asset to his squad on discord and xbox He is always a pleasure to be around. Join mod. @KSI BIKRQEEN she stepped into this role just shortly before her promotion to General of Hydra which in itself is normally difficult but with the ongoing issues of developing a strong officer corps she also kept up with being a join mod . She steadily picks up applications and completes them within the appropriate amount of time and keeps up with her duties as General I am so proud of her in both positions this decision has been very difficult to choose where to nominate her as she continues to strive to be the best at what she chooses today and does a wonderful job with everything.

@KSI BIKRMOMA-Captain- Since her promotion to captain BIKRMOMA has hit the ground running. She has used her organizational skills to create a spreadsheet to help track members and their game play and activity. She has also been instrumental in the training of new officers and members. Without her ability to help bring out the best in officers and members alike Hydra wouldn't be what it is today. She also has the ability to keep our Division leader KSI Gambit 7 in line. @KSI ShootahLT-This man has really stepped up since Christmas break. He is continually asking questions and trying to learn as much as possible. His organization if our Apex and Rocket League players has reached players who normally don't feel included. He is always making sure members are feeling a part of all activities! His unique personality and charm are absolutely amazing. @KSI SwannySSGT This SSGT may have gotten a slow start but is fully coming into his own. He is always in large parties with members when on and is really good at reaching our less active members. He is getting workshops done and trying to learn as much as possible. His sense of humor is unique and engaging. KSIDATSNOOP SGT- Snoop sent me a message that made my day about how he feels like Hydra is a great group and that he felt he could come to me with an issue of not feeling connected. We were able to figure out the issue and help him reconnect with our squad. He is a newer SGT but has immense potential and is a truly wonderful person to be around. @commanderpricyCPL is interested in eventually becoming an officer. Despite his young age he conducts himself with a level of maturity well beyond his years. He is the life of the party on Xbox and active on discord.I can't wait to watch as he finishes school and continues to grow into the caring adult I know he is going to be we could use more young people like him. @KSI Gambit 7where to begin...as the only 7 in our division and despite the birth of his first child he has kept ES in the best position possible and has made some hard decisions for our division but we can already see the positive effects of his decision making and leadership in ES @Kakashii 77 Board of Directors- KSI would not be the same without his contributions. From his organization of discord and contual improvement of our forms of communication within our squads and the community. To leading one of the most popular departments The graphic artists and pushing them to making some of the coolest gamer pics. To becoming more involved in our division and giving some advice on how to improve our gamenight scheduling for ES. This man takes the time and helps keep me awake during my overnight shifts. I feel he is often overlooked and taken for granted despite all the things he does. Thank you sir you are appreciated. @The ChadMin-Forums staff Without him the forums join rejoin area would not be the same. While I was a part if his staff he always made sure I understood things and had a direct hand in my training . He always made himself available and has even been mentoring one of my captains. His impact on KSI as a whole may be behind the scenes but his impact is felt non the less

CEO-@KSI xKing 77 I believe that King deserves of the year for CEO because of his work in ES. When I first joined in July of this year not fully understanding what I was joining he took the time to help me gain a better understanding of not only the Community but his vision for ES and KSI. He helped me realize that I could best assist KSI to be better by becoming an officer and offer my unique brand of insight and help ES and Hydra to grow and become strong. If it had not been for him and several others I do not believe I would still be here. I know you have had so much on your plate and soon to become a dad for the first time. You are more than you give yourself credit for and I am proud to call you friend. I cant see there being a KSi without you my friend. COFO-@KSI Gambit 7 Where do I begin about this young man. Gambit is literally the life of the party. He reaches out to new and old KSI members he teases us and goads us into reaching for and becoming better. If Gambit had not mentored me the way he did I dont know if I would be in the position I am now. As he says I have the "it" factor whatever that means but his tutelage and drive to quickly move through the ranks I am not sure I would be GEN. it took all I could do to keep up with this young man as we moved through the rank structure and he taught me as we went and made me think as if i were already 2 steps ahead of my current rank. He is a wonderful person who it has been a pleasure to get to know. He has taken the role of mentor a step further and has become a member of my family his children are on my shopping list and his wife is adorable. KSI would not be the same without him. Captain-@KSI Nagisa although its traditional to name people from your own squad to the of the month or of the year awards and both of my captains are amazing I cant help but want to recognize Nagisa. Despite dealing with his own issues and problems he helped me learn how to game he helped me get to know our squad and has always been available when i had questions even though our squad has split and he is no longer a part of hydra he is still apart of our division of ES. I have watched him struggle with the decision to step back into the officer core and once he did to assist his squad as they struggled. He is continuing to try to help his squad grow and recover. He is being a mentor to several of his young officers and continuing to be a friendly ear for me when I just need to vent to someone who understands what comes with this position. KSi would not be the same without him Forums Staff-@The ChadMinI recommend you for the Forums and your join area. Despite not ranking up through clan ops he still makes his presence known. He has made himself available to help when needed and has given advice freely. He has also mentored me as i trained to be a join mod while simultaneously working as a captain and most recently becoming gen . He has continued to encourage and be understanding despite the fact i am currently busy with clan ops he is allowing me to slow down in web ops instead of having to step down. i consider him not only as a mentor but as a good friend. Throughout my time in KSI his presence has been needed and a voice of reason when situations arose and advising me as necessary when I was unsure how to handle situations. KSI would not be the same without him. SSGT_@KSI BIKRMOMA SSGT- you were so unsure of joining our strange little family but once you decided to you took us by storm. Learning everything you could and asking questions and participating in everything you could. Not only do you help our squad by being so active you have become like a sister to me and I highly value your friendship. You have taken the time to take nearly all the workshops needed to move up throughout all the ranks even before becoming an officer so you would understand what is asked and what is expected of each rank. You help keep myself and Gambit humble by your thirst for knowledge and your passion for our squad i couldnt picture someone else to be the epitome of what a SSGT should be. For this and many more things I truly believe that you deserve of the year award. LT-@KSIEZCHOCLAT LT- When you first joined our squad and stated you were interested in becoming an officer I was unsure of how or where you would fit in. As I got to know you I have come to value your insight your drive and passion for wanting to make Hydra the best squad in KSI. You continually ask questions and despite your work hours you are one of my most active officers and I am most pleased to watch you bloom and grow as you move up through the ranks. As much of a hard time you give me you also push me and help me be the best general I can be. Because of your passion and your drive I can truly see you moving as high up as you decide you want to just remember as you do that your story started here in Hydra and we will always be your first family. Corporal-@Killermolly8 where to begin with this young man. Despite his disabilities he out games me every time!! He is a sensitive and wonderful young man who despite the problems of the real world making it difficult for him to be as fully active as he would like and through the loss of his brother he still remains a positive young man in our squad. He is usually one of the first to greet me when I go online if he is on and one of the last to say goodnight. He checks in on other members and jokes around with the best of them in our squad. Although currently he is a corporal in our squad I would say he has become an integral part of our squad like the kid brother everyone finds adorable and wants to help. He may have only been part of KSI for a relatively short time he is definitely a member that makes being part of KSI fun.

Gamertag / Forums Name @KSI Nagisa Award Member Assistance and KSI Mentor Any evidence : When I first joined KSI he made an effort to help me feel included and not so lost. He even took it easy on me while I was trying to learn the controls and game play. If it had not been for KSI Nagisa and a few others I probably would have left KSI within the first few weeks of joining. He encouraged me to pursue becoming an officer despite my doubts about stepping up. As I started moving up though the ranks he has been a voice of reason and advice as I learn to navigate the Officer core. There have been times when I have had questions since Hydra and Angels split and he still hasnt hesitated to answer if he was able and if he was not he found the answers or knew whom I should ask. I have watched him help my daughter ( @KSIHorseride) develop her skills enough to where she herself has become a SSGT in Angels. I have also watch him assist his friend and General @KSI Hidan as he struggled with his new found responsibilities as Gen of a squad. I have seen him working with new members and playing games he doesnt necessarily enjoy but doing what is necessary for his squad. His help has enabled the transition from Captain to General to be fairly smooth despite @KSI Gambit 7 being busy adjusting to his new role and the demands on his time. Without his assistance I dont believe that I would have been able to join the officer core much less become a General in 4 months since joining and about 3 months since declaring as a potential officer. He has helped by challenging me and encouraging me. If anyone else has had the opportunity to experience his kindness and knowledge please give a testimony and evidence for I truly believe he deserves these awards and so much more. @KSIHorseride @KSI Hidan @KSI xKing 77 @KSI Nezu Profile Link if possible
