As two of my immediate leadership have both been so supportive and listened to my ideas for this division. But I had to go with SLick this time because he is always so supportive of this division and squad. When I bring him ideas or ask questions he is always willing to listen and answers in a timely fashion. Now for someone who says he used to not say much he truly has a lot to say but if you really listen you can hear his love of this community and what it can be and is willing to put in work to get it there. I swear sometimes he is my biggest cheerleader thats righ Slick we need to get you some pom poms but honestly he is helping me to continue to develop into the leader that I hope makes him proud to work along side as I continue to grow and learn in my newest position. Akame if you look through out his KSI Career has had many ups and downs but what he is doing today you would never know it. He is learning how to just enjoy being with the members whilst still getting his job done. He is motivating his fellow officers to constantly improve. The passion and love he has for not only the community is a joy to see. He is always working on training for himself and the officers and potential officers. I cant wait to see what the future brings not only for him but this division and KSI as a whole as he continues to reconect with his passion for KSI!! LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Sprinks Link to forums account - @KSI Sprinks Reasoning why they deserve this - Sprinks has really stepped into being a LT with working with PO's and mentoring our newest SSGT. He is very funny with how he vibes with the members and you are bound to have a good time in his game nights. His thirst for knowledge is fun to see and how he bugs the captains for workshops and asks questions reminds me of myself as I was coming up the ranks. The difference is he had previous experience from other communities however instead of letting the past jade him he is approaching KSI with an open mind and heart and I love that about him. I am super proud of the kind of officer he is becoming he will be a force to be reconed with as he grows and matures within this community. SSGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI ZigZag Link to forums account - @KSI ZigZag Reasoning why they deserve this - Zig gy is the quiet guy that is often overlooked who works diligently at his duties as an officer but just doesnt talk about it much he just does it. The gamenights he hosts are often the funny goofball games on gamepass and everyone has a good time. He is definately sweaty on COD games is a good teacher. I always enjoy our conversations and I am sure our members do as well. He isnt what I would call ambitious but at the same time he wants to make a difference for the members and help their voice be heard. His future is bright here in KSI. SGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Baddog96 Link to forums account - @Badd0g96 Reasoning why they deserve this - Baddog is at almost every game night and you always see him bee bopping around to different parties he is always willing to game and often checks up on the members. Dont let his soft tone of voice fool you his insight on games is funny and he is always willing to help someone learn a new game with him teaching the ins and outs. I appreciate you bro thank you for being everything a SGT should be!! You have been a total rock star signing up and participating in almost every event of Spirit Week You represent ES in the best way possible thank you for all you do!! Wu Tang is one of those people who really and truly cares about his members and his squad well being. I can honestly say that i was the lucky one when I grabbed his application off the forums and brought him to our division much of our success is due to his ability lead and how he cares. May he continue to grow and lead as he has been as he is a much needed breath of fresh air to not only his squad but all of KSI his potential in all leadership throughout KSI is unlimited. Any task he you ask of him he gets it done efficiently and effectively. Top is still learning to use his voice in leadership and his goofy side hides an intelligence that suprises you everytime. Top is fun to hang with and members love to tease him. Somehow he has unlocked the code to recruiting in these tough times and literally has it down to a science tell him what you need and he finds it! LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI EZ Link to forums account - @KSI EZ1 Reasoning why they deserve this - EZ returned to KSI and has hide his sights on climbing back up the ladder and getting and surpassing where he was when he had left off. Although he will tell you things are truly different in the way things are operated now he is giving it his best. EZ works a ton of hours in rl so his availability on Xbox is not the greatest however he is all over discord answering questions helping to give direction to not only members but officers alike. I cant wait to see what the future holds. SSGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Akame Link to forums account - @KSI Akame 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI Akame 7 transfered to ES a few months ago and seems to have found his passion for the community once again. He is trying to come up the ranks in Clan Ops while being a department head in KSI. He refreshed himself on the workshops and started working towards becoming a SSGT shortly after coming to ES. I dont know when this man sleeps as he is constantly available on discord and games into the early morning hours UK time whilst also holding a full time job. I look forward to seeing him blossom in his new found passion and watch him become the officer I know he is capable of being. SGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Ghostface Link to forums account - @KSI GHOSTFACE Reasoning why they deserve this - Ghost went from only being in a few parties to becoming extremely active with in his squad. He stepped up in a big way on friday during Spring break hopping in literally as soon as he had gotten home from work and I am greatful for his efforts. He is now expressing interest in becoming an officer and I am interested to see where that road leads for him as I know he cares and could be a huge asset to his squad. He is always a bit sweaty on MW2 even though he claims he isnt but always catches me off gaurd. He talks in the chats and is super friendly and a positive voice to hear. I love to see new members joining in and having a good time if you didnt know better you would have thought he had been here for a long time. Department: T and E Gamertag KSI Sub 7 Link to profile: @KSI Sub 7 Since I became a member of tournaments and events department if Akame wasn't available for questions @KSI Sub 7 has been available to answer those that I have had. I have known Sub since I joined KSI almost 2 yrs ago and he in general is wonderful to work with. He can be a bit quirky and is definately one of those that makes you smile with his unique perspective and his exuberance for what he does. There is no one else like him that I have come across in this community except for maybe Swag whom can match him for his passion for KSI as a whole and what it means to him. His journey here has not been easy and it has had its ups and downs but Sub has become an asset to every department he has joined and he continues to push in Clan Ops. For his efforts his love of this community and his commitment to making this a better place I feel he deserves to be in the T and E hall of fame!

My inner Irish is always apparent if you saw me the freckles and auburn hair give it away. But my favorite memory of attending a ST Patricks day event was in middle school when we had Irish dancers coming in to do the jigs and hear the bag pipes I always thought it was so cool with all the foot work involved in those dances. I practiced for months afterwards trying to get the steps right. We couldnt afford for me to join the Irish dance team to really learn how it was done but I did my darndest to teach myself. This was nearly 40 yrs ago and I remember it to this day that feeling of awe and inspiration has never gone away when I think back on it! Spring Break for me will be if the weather cooperates the season to get my flower beds and garden areas cleared up and ready for planting. The semi retirement is going to give me alot more time to get my yard and gardens the way I want. Designing the look and begining to execute it will be how I spend my spring break unless I am out on the river fishing and filling my fridge and freeze with some delicious perch and crappie. Spring has truly arrived when I am able to go fishing and enjoy the wind and waves peacefulness of watching nature waking up after a long winter!!

You would truly think he is the one running away from the bad guy or getting shot at lol. I think we have caused him to lose his touch with reality! Valo rejoined during a difficult time in a division that was struggling dont get me wrong he has worked so hard to help us save the division but in doing so he may have lost his sanity! Whether is the sound of him getting out of breathe while fake running or soft screaming because he is getting shot at and then suddenly he is speaking in his normal voice yep @KSI Valo has lost his mind and needs to be locked in a padded room for his safety lol Mad Max award he doth deserves!!

Where to begin about @KSI Swag 77 ! We have been through alot over the course of my journey here in KSI. From just starting out as an officer and having to give this man evidence of an issue I reported to the last few months working closely with him to rebuild ES. His leadership and his dedication to this community is above and beyond what is asked for as he truly believes KSI is important in so many ways. His attention to detail and the development of those around him in this community who want to learn is truly inspiring. He handles situations fairly and decisively. He is always looking to the future and setting goals for this community that are challenging yet achievable. He not only someone whom I consider to be a mentor but I also consider him a close friend. This community would not be what it is today without him. I can only hope to be half the leader he is and I would still be doing my job very well lol. @KSI Swag 77 you are an amazing human being sir thank you for being your goofy self I am so grateful to have met you and you truly deserve this award!!!

Since rejoining the community a few short months ago @Mr. Wu Tang has done everything he can to get involved literally everywhere! From working hard to become an officer to learning AAP and becoming a part of our T and E team. Not only did he step up in a huge way to help pull his squad together and eventually the division as we consolidated to improve the chances of success he has changed being an officer from a drag to being fun again. Currently we have members stepping up and having fun with being an officer. With his direction and nonstop work ethic we went from possibly closing the division to looking at splitting a squad in the near future and having a setup that will enable those squads to split again shortly thereafter. I couldnt be more greatful to have him not only an officer in our division but someone whom I consider to be a friend. Words cannot express how much his help was needed when he rejoined as I was begining to lose hope that we would be able to turn it around. If you have had any interaction with him you know he is well deserving of an OS level 1 and so much more. So please if he has had an impact on your journey here bring forth the testimony and let @Mr. Wu Tang know how much his dedication, hard work and positive attitude have improved your journey here in KSI.
