How do you say thank you or reconize the sacrifices made. I feel the best way is to put them up for an award that allows you to have everyone chime in. KSI Hefner 7 has been through his share of ups and downs in this community. One thing that sticks out is that he often does what needs to be done without a lot of fan fare or attention seeking he just does what he feels is right and because of this his works are often overlooked. Hefner has been an integral part of helping to rebuild and establish new things that benefit the officers and members of this community. He has stuck it through when the officer core of a squad he is over decided to leave. He has been steadily working towards rebuilding the squad. He has not rushed because he wants it done right. Hefner is one of the few current 7s that has recently successfully split a squad. The newest squad is flourishing and growing. It was the first split in nearly 2 yrs. Hefners helped to come up with some changes to our google docs that help the officers track activity of their members and assist with training up coming officers for the positions like Gen and a 7 because of the details that they learn to attend to through the docs. Because of his intuitive way of handling things and his ideas many of our officers will be better prepared to move upwards into leadership areas if they so choose. Hefner is one of the quieter 7s however when he does speak on issues his insight is on point. I have known Hefner since his days as a captain in Samurai and I can truly say that this community would not be the same without his presence. I whole heartedly feel he deserves the OS2 and so much more. Thank You @KSI HEFNER 7for all that you do. I know that often times we feel like we aren't given credit where credit is due. From this Division Leader I hearby nominate you for your OS2 which has been a long time coming and should have been given a while ago. Thank you

I can attest to the creation and usage of all the documents on google docs and the revamping of the workshops and creation of the new workshops. These are used as training for KSI officers to help with honing leadership qualities and organization.

I am privileged to have the opportunity to witness on this nomination. Where do I begin.. turn back time to Samurai although I was not in WD I was aware of some of what was going on. As Hefner would come to me on occasion with questions whilst I was gen of Hydra seeking knowledge from wherever he could get it. Hefner is one of those few that are self driven not afraid to ask questions. He works hard to provide the best experience for his members. His dedication to his squad and officers is something to be admired. He helped take all the squads of WD to form Fallen then helped to direct the officers from each squad as they formed the core of officers for fallen and helped them come together as a unit. I have watched and assisted where needed as he trained his officers new potential officers and kept the members engaged throughout the transition. He did not let the size of the squad intimidate him he saw it as a challenge to over come. If you pay attention often Hefner is the quiet guy in the party listening to his members and helping them figure out what they need. I have watched him help new members form connections with the squad to become like family. Hefner is the example of what an officer in KSI should strive to be, his dedication, his strength and integrity the core values of this community are a part of who he is not what he does and there is a difference if you pay attention. His flexibility to roll with the punches and turn the punches into success is to be commended. I cannot think of anyone at this moment in time who I feel deserves an OS nomination more. So please @KSI HEFNERknow that we appreciate what you do every day I know the late nite hours you put in and that you set aside so much time for this community. Thank you for all you do, all that you will do in the future for so long as you will have us as a community we will gladly keep you as you are the heart of your squad without you I am sure Fallen would not be what it is today.

I hearby second this nomination for an OS1. I have known @KSI Shootah since he joined our community. Shootah is the funny guy whom I always tease about being gangsta because of his accent. Shootah has brought in many members who play Rocket League and Apex which are now games that most of the members play one or the other throughout KSI. Shootah created a Rocket League group in his early days and had big following within his squad which was unusual as his squad Hydra was mostly a first person shooter squad. His first bid as an officer was not an easy climb. He dealt with alot of drama that was occuring with in the community at the tiime while dealing with issues in his own life. SHootah always kept it real and had the best interest of his members at heart even when he eventually stepped down because he felt he was letting his members and his squad down. Once his life stabilized he became the SHootah we knew and loved again and was very present in his squad hosting game nights recruiting and starting his climb again as an officer. The biggest thing you will always remember of Shootah is he may not be the biggest speaker and a bit rough but he has the biggest heart and wants what is best for his members and this community. He has helped Valkyrie become the squad it is today. He has had a hand in training of almost every officer currently in his squad and some who have moved on to other positions. Shootah has the heart all officers should have. If he doesnt know something he takes the time to find out what he doesnt know and tries to pass that knowledge on to his officers with his own little added flair. His career here may have had spurts and stutters but most in this community know who he is and welcome his presence in their parties or game nights. I can only hope that he continues to grow and become more polished as he moves forward within our community because at the end of the day he actually gives a f*** and that counts for a lot. Shootah more than deserves the OS1 for what he is doing currently and what he has done in the past. Ask any of his officers who did your workshops or who taught you how to do something and Shootahs name will come up time and time again. Shootah is my friend and someone whom I have come to love like a brother. May we have many more accomplishments within the community andmay we continue to enjoy what we do!!

Without his support through my family crisis I am not sure if I would have tried to continue to do my position while handling family issues. He has worked tirelessy and been open to all the changes that have been made. And if you know Swag he doesnt always do well with change but this time he was helping to spear head many of the changes. I would not be where I am today without his support and belief in me. His dedication to utilization of discord is setting the standard you see him and his major Tiger you almost always see them haning out in a discord chat and encouraging others to do so as well. The comradiery you see in Fallen is so fun to see especially at gamenights they be silly. I cant wait to see what his future as a leader in KSI will bring Major Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Tiger 77 Link to forums account - @KSI Tiger 77 Reasoning why they deserve this - Tiger has been working side by side with Hefner since the begining of Fallen!! Their partnership benefits the squad in a huge way!! If one isnt available the other is Tiger brings her experience and a different view point that helps the leadership in Fallen to have a well rounded view and style. I am so proud of Tiger for stepping out of her comfort zone to recruit and working with her officers to ensure they are properly trained. I have high expectations of the partnership with her and Hefner in fallen I forsee Fallen growing and thriving under their leadership. It is fun to watch as he starts coming into his own power force within his squad from his funny gangster type voice to his silly comments Shootah is slowly becoming an integral part of Valkyrie it would not be the same without his funny voice to his insights on what needs to happen in his squad for it to be successful. He does a lot of work behind the scenes that often goes unnoticed. He may not be your typical recruiter but he is an amazing teacher friend and confidant for members and officers alike. He comes accross as an asshole but really is a big ole softie so dont let the exterior fool you. I am looking forward to watching him continue to grow as an officer and leader helping his squad overcome and develop into all that it is capable of being!! His goofy demeanor and flat effect when telling jokes may be odd at first but eventually you get it and he is a riot to be in a party with. Crayons has been a recruiting monster of late bringing in many recruits and sending a few to the forums. He continues to strive to be the best in his position and I cant wait to see what the future holds for him as a leader. I have enjoyed watching him grow he is a bright light in his officer corps hopefully he will continue to inspire his fellow officers to strive to be all they can be!! When this gentleman told me he wanted to transfer to Valkyrie I never in my wildest dreams thought he would step up as an officer and be soo successful. @KSI Akame 7 you are proving all the nay sayers wrong and doing a wonderful job as general of Valkyrie. Your enthusiasm and your energy have been a much needed breath of air. Your dedication to your squad and your position as Head of T and E are to be applauded. You could have said that you wanted to try for HDM but you chose clan ops and your squad instead. I am super greatful that you did. We have had some bumps along the way but you have learned much about being a leader and a good person. You call yourself the asshole but in all honesty your not good sir. I think you hide a big heart behind the smart ass coments. Valkyrie would not be the same without your leadership and your tenancity to not give up. Leading such a huge squad is not an easy accomplishment but you and your officers are to be commended as you have made it appear easy. Thank you for all that you do throughout the community and I cant wait to see you continue to blossom.

@KSI DEMON 9 has been an integrel part of the success of Valkyrie. Since returning to KSI he has been blazing a trail and making an impact on not only his squad but KSI as a whole. Members from all squads hit him up for Apex or just to hang or ask for advice. Demon works hard at being the best officer he can be and sets the bar high for the rest of the officer staff. Their isnt an Officer in Valkyrie that wont say that Demon has mentored them in some way and this includes the current general. I know their have been time that he questions whether he is doing the right thig=ng or doing enough for his squad. He does this because he cares and wants his squad and all of KSI to succeed and continue to evolve into the best version of itself as possible. I know he deserves an OS and so much more for all his hard work. He is one of those give a Poop people who make this community one of the best places to be. @KSI DEMON 9 thank you so much for all you do. May your journey continue to rise and may you continue to make your squad shine!! Thank you sir for a job well done!!

KSI xAsuma 77 came to ES for a short time but he had a huge impact on how I was able to navigate the politics of being a new co founder. He has always been there for me to vent to when I was going through things here in ES. Asuma is a totally cool dude who is always wanting to help. He mentored me and helped me become the leader I am today. I have had many mentors over the short time I have been here and each has taught me something different.

I didnt meet Assuma until I had been promoted to Co founder.We had been assisting with the transfers of SL to our division and he helped with reaching some of the members and at that time Assuma became the Founder of ES. Assuma helped to train me in some of the basics and I helped him make the connections within ES and its members. Which was made more difficult by my counterparts in ES as they did not make his job easy. But with his intellect and his unassuming nature he just pushed through and did what he could at the time. Assuma taught me alot about perseverence in the face of adversity and not allowing others to influence my experience. He also taught me quite a bit about departments and their roles and how they can improve the KSI experience. He is always willing to listen and reaches out a helping hand when able. He so deserves this OS. @KSIxAsuma 77 my friend thank you for all you do here and I hope you get this award it is way past time you recieved it.
