He's help me learn the ropes with showing me how to handle my Squad on my own, how to control my officer core, looking into Join/Rejoins and how to Recruit them, etc. This man will not leave me alone and I love him for that. He's always been on top of his game and helps me with training the other Officers below him aswell as training our POs. This guy just doesn't stop the grind and will continue to improve his skills to show why he's the best. I went on LoA for 10 days (3rd - 13th this month) and made him Acting Gen during those days I was gone. When I came back, the whole Officer Staff was improved in every way and our member retention was better then ever. I don't know what this man did during those 10 days but he's help make Oblivion a better home then what it was before. I'm proud of what he's done and I know he's still got more tricks up his sleeve. This man very much deserves this Award. Keep up the good work homie and don't stop the grind! When I was 12, me and my dad would get a box of 20 fireworks each (2 for me and 2 for him) and I would get on his shoulders and he would light up both boxes on each side and he would run around like a Tank Malfunctioning and the fireworks would shoot all over the places and that sh!t was fun asf. May or may not broke a window or 2...

How about an award for having the most amount of games installed? Installation Novice: Awarded to SGT and up for having 25 games installed. Installation Pro: Awarded to SGT and up for having 60 games installed. Installation All-Star: Awarded to SGT and up for having 100+ games installed (The names could be changed to something better..)
