He has surpassed all of his peers in terms of ability and knowledge and I feel he will overtake me soon. He's the big pp mfer in the room when he walks in and I lean in on him for help much of the time. If not for his ability to do WHATEVER it takes, Calamity might not have survived the split from Doom. He has the strength, will power, and ability to continue on when things look bad. I am blessed to have him in my officer corps and I cannot wait to see what he is capable of as a General when he gets there! Not to mention how much I trust him with everything I have. KSI Swag 77 deserves this for the crazy amount of Poop I personally have seen him do. I have seen him bring the fledgling Chaos Syndicate up and make it into the powerhouse div it is today, I have seen him run this division as acting div lead while maintaining his Board Duties, I have seen him start the ES Revive which to my understanding is coming along nicely, I have seen him handle a multitude of situations that were bad and getting worse and correct those situations for the betterment of the community, I have seen this man have sleepless nights in conversation on how to better clan ops as a whole. This dude is a beast and does not hesitate to help anyone who needs it. He has a Die Hard helping and positive attitude for this community and if yall fail to give him this award, I will be highly disappointed in yall.

KSI Shatner is an outstanding leader worthy of praise for all the efforts he has put forth to not only train his people but to save his squad and make it grow into the beautiful squad it is today! This dude went from a bad situation that was only getting worse in DM to a thriving environment that he has only made better in CS. This dude not only deserves this award, he deserves a promotion. He has helped me numerous times in my brand new role as Gen over in Calamity and I couldn't thank him enough. Without his sound mind and ability to lead, I wouldn't be in a spot to help my own squad grow positively. Calamity already owes Shatner a great deal of debt for his wisdom and ability to help this community. Give this man his medal.

Gamertag / Forums Name - KSI Fenny @Fennyishere Award - Mentor Any evidence if required (Pictures are great too) - KSI Fenny is an excellent mentor, she is the General of Doom Squad in Chaos Syndicate. This lady has done everything in her power to mentor those under her and it shows in her officer corps. Her officer corps went from Herself, KSI Gosuko, KSI iChief, and KSI Devil to a fully loaded officer corps in just a little over a month. I was recruited on February 10th and I made LT on March 15th under her guidance, that's 33 days! She takes time out of her busy schedule to ensure that she mentors us whenever we need it. If someone wants to message her for advice, she responds as fast as she can. I am 11 years older than this woman and she astounds me with her level of leadership, mentorship, and wisdom. If you want to see what mentorship looks like, spend some time with KSI Fenny. Doom would not have been as successful under any other mentor because she is personally invested in her squad and her mentees. Everyone I have met in KSI has been trained by DC in one way or another and I look up to him as a mentor and educator like I did my favorite teachers in school. He is great at his job and takes on the most difficult challenges in clan ops on top of his responsibilities as Head of Education! I have been present for times when he has mentored his General to make the correct choices help the squad become a more cohesive unit. He is a multifaceted machine who has no knowledge of the word "surrender". He is an exemplary member of this community and he deserves this award more than anyone else in Senior Leadership. In a Navy point of view, his yearly evaluation would be the number 1 early promote evaluation over all of his peers! This dude is a recruiting GOD, who brings in quality over quantity. The last thing I have to say about DC is that he helped me through a huge mental breakdown I had on my birthday this year when my friends ridiculed me for joining KSI. He is a great human being overall! AGAIN. He has been up the Clan Ops chain of command multiple times but I can assure you this has been his best run yet! I don't expect him to stop any time soon! He is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and intelligent. He is on top of his stuff 24/7, and helps others with various things around the squad to help us run fluidly. Without Bane, Doom doesn't run at 100%. He is a Join Mod and in APP which both take amazing commitment. He will have another 7 in his name in the future! In summary, these people are amazing at what they do and I couldn't imagine being in KSI without these people.
