My aspirations for this year is to further build my general contracting company and hire another good knowledgeable guy so I don't have to kill myself on the daily at work and also get out of my current living situation into something with a bit more room and some shop space.

After taking the position we pretty much immediately went into transfer mode to start the new Division and Squads. Fenny has maintained order in the midst of what could easily have become utter chaos. She is a great example of a excellent leader and always willing to help out and go that extra mile. He has always gone above and beyond the call of duty for anyone that needed help with something.
