Gamer not to step on the AAP toes here but the of the months was done as a people are nominated for the of the month award for X month and they the AAP staff would then discuss and hand out said awards at the start of next month. With recent changes in the AAP staff there haven't been some of the months for a bit which is why you just so happen to find yourself in that time period where what you posted makes 100% sense. BUT yeah those awards are selected after nominations and then voting by the AAP staff in their secret area to who the winners are. Here is a link of the last one: and that is Feb's one so yeah the staff right now is back in place to setup the of the month award system back in place but that is why recently you saw openings in the AAP posted uptop the forums because they were way understaffed and couldn't do it.

I would like to witness the bright idea for this because I can honestly say I have never heard of anyone else doing this for name changes via squad tags prior to this and am honestly amazed at how we had not figured this out yet lol. So would like to say this is an orginal idea that I have heard for the first time and this technique will be passed at the next div leader meeting to start using this on all levels. This will get these generals more sgts to have them have options as a LT instead of being forced to chose between the lesser of 2 or 3 evils.

I was unable to get the 2nd vote to BL him because at the time LE was a mess and no one had half a clue what they were doing in there. It was easier to not even have to deal with them because every 2 mins the stories changed. So to clarify because for some reason this award seems to be so complicated and has already reach 2 pages of replies for some reason: Member must have been rank suspended or DNH'ed multiple times and have yet returned to KSI - YES. (Even though that makes no sense to have yet returned? WHAT?) . *Must be a Member for atleast a year and also a Current member of KSI to be entitled to it - YES (then how are they suppose to have yet returned again WHAT?) -[-Blacklisted members are disqualified from this award-]- As you have stated there is no record because they are lost and is NOT on the BL so therefore qualifies. Lets keep in mind here guys at the time LS and LE were all jacked up so telling someone if it was official or not is grey since half the leaderships in both sides of those houses were not doing things right. In no way should that be held against the member here because things were not being done right by his upper leadership. Sidenote regarding comments about LE since this is not the first time I have seen that posted on this forum of people should not be posting about LE unless they are in the know of said division I am 100% in the know of the situation and issues with LE and am one of the ones that shut LE down and why it is no longer a division.

Yes I kicked him out! Dnh'ed, BL'ed and kicked out all in the same month.

I can vouch for the members assistance since not only does he help out his members I have had to have "chaos talks" with him about over helping his guys. So 100% can vouch for that award!

I can vouch for his mad max. Double J had to deal with LS when it was at its worst and I am sure lost his mind. He went through so many different leaders in LS watching them run it into the ground while he waited patiently for his chance to lead it. I don't know many other cofo's that would have just sat there and waiting for 6 months waiting for the day to be able to fix it and get those in the way out of the way. No offense to the leaders before him in LS but I am 100% sure it was never racking and all he could do is wait.

I can witness to all of these only issue is not sure if you all have a time wait between the outstandings or not so that would be your guys call if he needs to have time between them or not but given he should have had them before just never got around to them or not well you know

Okay I can witness to that not just based on AAP but that he has been doing the LB division stuff we have asked him to do as well as is on the boards and on the hall of fame. I mean pretty much always goes above and beyond his job which is why we just keep giving him more of them

Okay well can someone from the staff let us know which ones still needs witness's still so we don't just turn this into a spam thread

She is also on the HOF so wanted to let the AAP know not only do I think she deserves her gold she never got a silver either so if we could do both in this thread that is great if not I will start another thread if needed.

I don't think the thread is closed yet but nice work AAP I love the organization I saw in this thread keep it up! I love the updates by the AAP staff on what all was still needed!

I can vouch for recruiter he does have that and alot more. Same for outstanding not sure if we are doing a wait between them or not but do feel he has gone above and beyond his job description being he is already a project head and running his own department that has nothing to do with his clan ops title.

Here as a witness for some of these: Silver outstanding service: Not sure if he has to have outstanding service first or not that is a AAP call but I can agree I have seen ALOT of great things from this member going above and beyond his job and has had the chance to build a division from the ground up after a few issues and now is helping run a successful split off that division. Member Assistance: I can vouch for this he has helped me tweak some of my own approaches to doing things based on his style of leadership and how he runs things. Master recruiter: Yes he has the requirement. Mentor: Unknown on this one.

While I feel a bit slighted by hop off quitting recently he still earned this award would have had it earlier then this week before he quit so while yes he quit that doesn't change the fact that he did infact hit all the requirements for said award. So I know some are feeling a certain way about it take emotions out of it and ask the basics did he hit the requirements the answer to that is yes. Same for para for this award while he was not there from day one has been a massive help to this division getting them where they are today and is the one taking the div split soon so 100% agree with him being added.

NO - Not really alive and as it is setup now would not work but....... I have had talks with more then a few divisions and while the idea and intent for HH teams on a squad level seemed like a good idea of the past thats just it the PAST. The issue with HH now how its ran is squad can get them around 50 members by the time they have tryouts and actually get a team together the squad is around 65 is members. Then there might be a challenge or 2 they MIGHT play somebody (most of the time they play no one and just say they are on HH) then the squad is at 90. O great squad split time so now you just lost half your HH team to another squad so you have to have tryouts to fill those holes...... Repeat pattern over and OVER again. Honestly the generals and captains we have now days are doing such a great job and the squads are growing so fast HH can't keep up on a squad level. Some arguements could be said to NOT split up the HH team issue with that is then you keep on the good players in one squad and send the not so good ones to another squad then do things like this and wonder why they always win. HMMMM maybe because we indirectly stacked that one woops lol. Now I have heard some trying Div HH which that could work and would allow the Div's to go at it which I think could work with this idea but issue with that is alot of Divs went to the crown systyem which is more individual based not squad or team and don't have any form of HH at all.

Was running the largest division in KSI as well as just did his 2nd successful division split. During his time as Div leader has set the bar for training across divisions that have had no match so far in the least year that I have seen. Since becoming a Division leader instead of just being content with that has now added even more to his plate by adding alot of side projects from the board and has shown he wants to not only do his job but continue to keep taking on more challenges. Very active with our call of duty elite programs and many more but not going to bore you......
