1. She had the bright idea of doing a division split from LS to SH and since no one knew what the hell we were doing she did a great job and pulled it off. 2. Spirt week well she did that twice! 3. Lead she changed our entire education to streamline to what we needed. 4. She married me and puts up with me so not sure that was a bright idea but yeah she did that too. 5. She puts up with an all male board right (luci you half way count lol) now and does a great job of keeping us all in line ish during meetings 6. Hell half the rewards were currently using in the aap were her idea which this whole thread is odd how she does NOT have this. I am confused. 7. She put luci in timeout a few times and that was the 1st time that ever worked 8. I am just typing stuff now to see if your actually still reading this 9. I think this is bordeline spam now but not sure so I might want to stop. 10. She is awesome! O yeah and tonight we had 6000 members on Access Denied go team! If I get banned from aap for a bit for this post it was so worth it lol

You clowns! There are only 3 senior director in KSI and he is one of them! I mean I saw this and was like ummm wtf how does he not already have this but hey it happens . Which IMO shows we are doing the same things we have always done by ensuring our members are getting awards and forgetting the ones running the whole thing lol. WOOPS. So lets see anyone that knows me would know there is no way in hell I would have let someone become a director let alone a senior director if they did not go WAY above and beyond what I feel it takes to run things in KSI. His recent actions with helping with spirt week show not only does he get the clan ops aspects but KSI as a whole. The productions stuff he does is great. Ensuring we actually have videos and steaming being done! Ummm he is a senior Ummmm he shaved his head for spirt week! Ummm do we really need me to go on lol. He is doing a great job and like jess posted Most Standing should be concidered for this member.

2. To see which division brought the most support!! -- A poll will open up in this thread, and members must vote for the division that they are representing! The division with the MOST points will get the first set of points to kick off SPIRIT WEEK 2013!!! I can concur with all the above statements. I honestly thought he already had this award and am kinda surprised I missed this. Jiggy has been a pillar in this community for this time and has done a a great job not only present day but back when he was a director has done so many things above and beyond his job description in clan ops but in his other ventures in KSI in other spots.

Doc by far is one of the best applicants I have ever seen for this award. I know the AAP want to know things he has done that go well and above what normal members have to do to earn this. 1. He has had a rough year with serving with the military and trying to balance KSI and has done so like a pro. Most that do the military thing kind of just go away for a bit (no offense to them of course they got things going on and we understand) Doc has still been there for not only his division for cofo jobs but has kept their facebook active and their sections on the forums active. 2. Doc uses all tools we have via forums and xbox to communicate with not only his members but all members in KSI. He is one of the best examples of using your tools that KSI and xbox has given you to keep members informed on the going ons in KSI be it weekend warfare, changes in policy and procedures or just random shout outs to people doing a good job. He adds his own color to his messages and not the same bland messages that even I find myself sending out and when I see messages from Doc regarding stuff I want to read it I want to see what he put because he puts that little bit extra into them to make it where you want to see or hear it. 3. During GL7's reign as GLB1 on mw3 doc was a crucial part of us getting to level 50 and being able to rank in the top 10 in the world on a weekly basis getting our names out there into the xbox gaming world in a positive way. His gameplay etiquette and lobby chats during games even if we are not doing well has always been something to look up to because he holds our standards and what KSI is all about to that level where it should be. 4. Lastly since i could keep writing and i know your like chaos stop typing Doc is one of the 7's that I can honestly say I have NEVER had an issue with his choices and his ability to deal with the politics that come with becoming a 7 in KSI. He takes alot that the military has trained him to do in leading people and shows how that can be used in KSI and does a GREAT job at it making it where his members are knowledgeable and are having fun which is exactly what I need and want to see from the 7's in clan ops.

I can vouch for this one . Smokes been a master at this for sometime and will be able to do great things with his new place in SH because he is 100% about quality and not bulk and has the best interests of KSI and how we want to grow and build!

With the amount of issues this one has caused me and my upper leadership in clan ops he has to be crazy to keep pushing me to wanting me to do my job. Ask any director we have and they can vouch not many keep pushing my buttons unless they have some serious mental issues. And yes by me saying do my job those that know when I jump into a party and it gets quite because chaos just got here that is EXACTLY what I am talking about when I say do my job.

Senior Director: KSIxAPOCALYPSE7 Through out the last year I have watched my little apoc develope into the leader I knew he could be. He runs KSI clan ops and his other duties in KSI without any worries from the Board worrying that he does not have our best intrests and plans for KSI as a whole in mind. Apoc strives his leaders to go that next step to ensure they know what is they are suppose to do and have the knowledge to get their job done. Director: KSI iLLuSii0N 7 Illusion has taken the director spot to a another level where he goes out of his way to make sure not only his divisions but all divisions are doing their jobs properly and within the scope of what KSI wants from them. Illusion puts ALOT into KSI that most do not see because he is very emotional about what he does and always wants to do the best that he can with what he has control over. Div Leader KSI IRONCOWBOY7 HE HE HE he is going to be shocked on this one because well me and cowboy have clashed ALOT in the last year and that is because he is so like me and how I use to run my division its scary. Issue with that is he is an alpha male and so am I so we are don't like to move on our views lol. Cowboy has brought back in my mind one of the best divisions in KSI idea and mind set. He reminds me of the LS,SH and DL powerhouse's back when I use to run a division. Co Div Leader KSI Lazar 7 This man has the most awkward approaches on things in KSI and WOW Lazar its been an roller coaster ride on things he does. He is the most caring person about KSI that I have ever met. He truly cares about every member in his divisions and takes a intrest in not only their KSI lives but treats his members as part of the family. He has shown he repeatedly that the values of caring about his members should come first! Founder KSI Bubblez 7 What can I say bad about this leader. I mean she had defied all odds against here because lets be honest females in KSI have a tendancy of washing out prior to even get to 7's and she has been helping run one of the best divisions in KSI for some time now. She takes the time to ensure she knows exactly what needs to be done and gets the job done. She trains her members to the letter on what KSI expects our leaders to be doing and acting and is a perfect example of what 7's should be striving to do and achive. Great job bubblez keep doing the great work you been doing and make us proud! Co Founder KSI Toonami 7 Yes I am voting for this guy . I know some of the leaders have had issues with his leadership questions and attitude but NEVER has he had ill will for KSI and is always trying to better himself. Toonami while I disagree with him ALOT he is learning how to be a 7 in KSI and is doing it. He is the perfect example of what I been telling leaders for years. I would rather have a cofo do something then do nothing because at least in Toonami's case here yes has made some mistakes but is learning from them and developing as a leader in KSI. General KSI Thor 7 This man has great attitude for KSI and I could go in detail on the amount of good things I have seen but I am going to make it simple. AS A GENERAL I had him running one of my COD elite squads for COD elite because he was that squared away and I did not have any issue allowing him to run one. Those that know me and how I run my programs know that I only had seniors and directors running them so you do the math I allowed a General to run one because I had that much faith in his leadership and ability to get the job done. Captain KSI McClaytone WOW want can I say about clay here for those that have not met him you need to. He has been asked repeatedly to step up into leadership positions in his squads in KSI and has always known and told people due to his real life medical and real life issues he can't be a general and will need to train his replacement just in case. He had done that REPEATEDLY! This man has shown to me that rank while it is important having fun and being proud to be a member of KSI is what is really important over and over again. When I am out and about and find a new join to join KSI clay is one of the first people I use as my go to guy to get them in because I know he is going to take care of them and get the job done CORRECTLY! I don't say this lightly but if Clays medical issues did not prevent him from going higher in the ranks he would be a founder or higher by now and I have no doubt in my mind that is division would be being run the way I like seeing divisions run. Clay regardless of how these nominations work out thank you for EVERYTHING you do for us here in KSI! Forum Staff RAGS! I mean come on I don't claim many here in KSI as my mentor because well I am conceded and think I know everything but I have lost count how many times when I need guidance and help with stuff I go to rags. He is one of the behind the scenes guys that alot do not realize just how important he is in running the day to day operations of KSI. Rags we mess with you alot but know its because we love you in a totally no homo kind of way of course Member of the year KSI DoCNeSS 7 This one here can do it all. Doc is one of our proud military members that would be ALOT farther in his KSI path but real life and his devotion to serving our country is his priority and as a former Vet I respect that 100%. Even when doing training and away from his division he is never really away be it on facebook keeping things going or even on the forums he has shown how much he is dedicated to KSI and I thank you DOC for your service as well as your time you spend here in KSI because I know its hard balancing family,military and KSI is and you have been doing a great job at it. Recruiter of the Year: KSI Lazar 7 What can I say I have NEVER had to put someone on vacation from recruiting but this guy. I mean the amount of recruits he just was stumbling on playing BO was just amazing and we had to slow him down. I sent him on halo just to allow the squads leadership to catch up to the influx of new joins he had coming in. Sadly I get this message "chaos I know you said to slow down and go play halo but I got like 10 guys here that want to join and I don't have a halo squad in my division so what do I do with them". So yeah he is that good we put him in time out and the recruits just keep coming. Number count who the hell knows its ALOT! I mean DL has split now for the 4th time and is leading the pack in divisions in that have split and this man right here is a LARGE factor in that!

I can vouch for these awards! Lazar in his time here in KSI has been nothing short of amazing! Lazar has always gone above and beyond what his job titles have stated he had to do. He is the only General I have ever had actually tell them to stop recruiting and then had to send him to another game (halo) just because I felt his squad was growing to quickly lol. Then I get a message a few hours later saying while on halo he found more people that wanted to join and DL didn't even have halo. So Lazar is all about KSI and always has been. Lazar also has shown he is one of those type of leaders that has no issue asking for guidance and is very humble when it comes to what he has actually done here in KSI. Lets keep in mind guys DL now is mostly BO's yes BO that game that should not be working out well but has not only had 1 squad succesfull but ALOT of squads in a game that most divisions had given up on months ago. So like I said way above and beyond the call because where some leaders would have just moved on and called it a day Lazar pushes through the rough issues and had the best interest of KSI and his division in mind at all time. So not sure which you wanted me to witness for since I am still use to people going from one to the other for the OS stuff but if you all feel he is qualified I can vouch for all.

I would like to vouch for outstanding but not just for his efforts here in clan ops in what he has done (which I am 100% in agreement with) but all the other things he has done to help KSI that were in no way his job at all. I mean look at all the programs he is apart of AAP,Judges,Marketing and yet he still finds time to do his clan ops role and is able to manage the balancing act of staying sane all at the same time. So I would like to be a witness for outstanding on all the other things he does for KSI that helps this thing run the way it does. Great work man!

You guys really should pm me when you want me to witness these things YES 100% can vouch for these awards based on even knowing the names people named off a few were missing that were invloved in the decline of LS from being a power house to the "low days" which at the time Double J could only do what he could do to hold it together. Under new management LS has become one of the largest divisions again and is the oldest Division in KSI so the pride I have for my old home division is 100% because of the efforts of Double J taking the time to go and pretty much do every job from founder and up when he was only a cofo at the time. He has since then matured into a division leader that not only can run a division but is always looking to better his guys by NOT letting it fall down back into what it was. Now not sure if he has to have each outstanding first before the next but if he can have them all I vouch for all of them if needed.

O sorry guys trying not to poke my head in all threads and apparently you needed me in this one YES he has been here over a year sorry my bad!

Some how missed this thread sorry I can vouch for outstanding for this member because he is one of the main reasons why his division is where it is today. I have seen alot of great incidents where he goes above and beyond what his rank required him to do and have even had to have him slow down a bit because he does want to go that extra step. If the aap needs me to make one of my large posts regarding these actions please let me know just didn't want to make another "chaos" post

Just to clarify on this one for the most outstanding which rank are you putting as this one. IMO you should look at Cofo because that is where I got to work with lazar on a regular basis and I have to agree the guys a monster when it comes to recruiting and going above and beyond what he is suppose to be doing. Hell I know me and apoc had to send him to halo one weekend because his squads were growing so fast we honestly had no idea what to do with the overflow of members joining based on the want and desire to join KSI because of Lazar. Not only did he go to halo but then sends me a message "hey chaos I got like 7 guys that want to join" I was like "wtf man we sent you on halo to slow down recruiting and DL doesn't even have a halo squad lol" So I know most need a rank for most outstanding not only has he been doing a great job in KSI keep in mind here he is a HUGE factor in why DL is one of the largest divisions in KSI and most of their squads are BO. Yes you read that right not halo not Mw3 BUT BLACK OPS. So not only has he gone above and beyond as a leader in KSI he is showing up others on a game that alot of divisions have given up on.

I can vouch for this one. Everytime I have ever heard his name its been nothing but good things. I mean even reading back through what was posted here in regards to the member I can honestly say I have heard ALOT of generals talk the talk but actually going out there and helping other squads that are not even their own squad and in no way in their job responsibility is GREAT!
