    I'm sorry to say that a topic such as this doesn't quite meet the standards for a "Hot Topic" per the AAP staff and myself. Though it is good that you are shouting out members who are doing well within the division, this thread is only used by leaders, and also holds only so much value for improvement with morale in a division.     Actually, worst isn't the one who goes through and awards everyone. That's kind of my job. Lol. Regardless, I don't see us putting in something like that for the shop at this time, or as a regular award due to some issues that it could bring up. Swell idea, though.
