On multiple occasions I have had to deal with issues that just drove me to gratuitous amounts of stress. I'm just going to list them off below. -Having to deal with a division merge that could have been prevented months before then. -There was a point where someone had changed their name to something almost the exact same as mine, then tried to gain entrance to another division using not only that tag, but several others as well. -I had told off a Co-Founder and another member of higher ranking to do their Hucking duties in a division meeting, then ranted for about a half-hour, because they didn't know how, or was too lazy to do things with their squads. -People just dropping off of the face of the earth for no apparent reason, from the ranks of SGT to Co-Founder, especially when I need them most. -I've been the only leadership in Shadow Haven for the last couple of months, and have been trying to support everyone by myself. -Apoc and Raggy try to soul break me on a nightly basis, and I cry in a corner before bed every night. -I have literally broken a controller over someone saying something completely ignorant about KSI in a party, while they were in my squad. -Also, Luci drives me up the wall on a daily basis. Thank you, KSI. I am now mentally unstable. <3

Senior Leader (SENIOR DIRECTOR through CEO) Gamertag - KSI QueenJess 7 Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/39-gemma/ Reasoning why they deserve this - How do I even begin with this? This woman contributes so much on a daily basis to KSI, it's insane! If there were a KSI no life award, this Senior would have it! She is always in and out of parties, dealing with situations across all divisions of KSI. As well as performing her duties as the CKO (Chief Knowledge Officer) on the Board of Directors. From getting new leaders trained, and other duties as a senior, she does a lot! To top it all off, she handles these issues with such finesse, you would think that she was born to be a leader in this community. I don't see this leader letting up any time soon, as she has such a large role in the community! Bravo to her for what she has done, and I hope to see the awesome work ethic continue from her! I find it amazing how much time he puts into his divisions, and KSI as a whole. For example, with his involvement in the live streams. He offers up Hoodies and games if we reach a certain amount of members watching the stream! He is incredibly easy to talk to about KSI and actual life issues, and he is very knowledgeable about both! He cares about not only the members in his divisions, but also those all throughout KSI. This guy has enough involvement in the community, that we have a filter on the website named after him out of respect. This man is leading a division with such fervor and professionalism, it makes me look and say, "Wow, that's where I want to be, I want to emulate that". He is constantly thinking of way to improve the quality of Forced Induction, whether it be through officer meetings with Divisional Leadership, or tournaments within the division to instill fun and activity! I can see this leader being a senior director some day, or even going above and beyond to attain a spot on the BoD.

Ahh, this takes me back to the days of the Super Nintendo. An amazing game all around for its time, and even now, it's a masterpiece. Super Metroid is on my list for favorite games, and will probably never leave that place. Going back to it is always a blast, and the music is phenomenal all around. With this being said, the "Red Brinstar" theme is something that sticks in the mind of the player. It is a slow, dark melody that lets you know how far down beneath the planets surface you are, but seems calm enough to let you know that there is much more to come. This theme was also altered for Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, as it is used for the Torvus Depths.
