Outside of his duties as CEO, he's also filling the role of Director of Demonic Mayhem. I always see him involved with not just the officers staff, but the members as well. It's refreshing to see someone in his position still giving it their all, and showing everyone from new recruits all the way up what KSI is all about. Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Joe 7 DM/Sinister Link to forums account - @KSI Joe 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Joe continues to be a force to be reckoned with. I've never seen the man tire of putting forth his best effort. When times get tough, he doubles down, and finds another gear. He makes his presence known to each and every member, and is always there to lend a helping hand. His multitude of awards and nominations can attest to that. Co-Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI DntAsk 7 DM Venom/Wrath Link to forums account - @KSI DntAsk 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - This lady won't even let sickness stop her. Her 50% is better than most people's 100%. Pam has found herself being Co-Fo and acting Gen a couple of times now, but never lets it dampen her desire to help others succeed and grow. Don't believe me? Look at her other awards. There's a reason she continues to be nominated. SSGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI CaRnaGe DM/Venom Link to forums account - @KSI CaRnaGe 9055 Reasoning why they deserve this - This man consistently strives to be better, learn, and help others. He's always looking to help however he can. His desire to grow and learn more is contagious, as well as his welcoming demeanor and personality. I expect to see great things in his future. SGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Aether DM/Wrath Link to forums account - @God of Snacks Reasoning why they deserve this - As adamant as he is about not being an officer, he's the one person that many of us agree would be perfect for the role. He makes it a point to get to know new members and make them feel welcome. If someone needs help, he's there. If they have a question, he makes sure they get the information they need. He's one of the most reliable members you could ask for, and proves it day in and day out. Forum Staff (ADMIN/MODS/DEPARTMENT HEADS) Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI DC 7 Head of Education Link to forums account - @KSI DC 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - I'm sure it gets said pretty often, but the guy knows his stuff. He's always in the workshops and classrooms, and ready to help however he possibly can. He gives you every bit of the information you need, and presents it in a way that anyone can absorb and retain it with ease. Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) KSI IZZY 7 DM/Wrath Link to forums account - @KSI Izzy 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Since coming back to KSI, he's been awesome to get to know and hang around. With his recent step up to SSGT, he's proving that he has what it takes to help those around him grow and succeed. He's always engaging with members in squad, as well as the rest of the division. He thinks outside of the box when it comes to keeping members engaged. Looking forward to seeing his rise in KSI again.

Category: Division Leader Gamertag: KSI Joe 7 Forums Account Link @KSI Joe 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Joe has been a powerhouse this year, and part of the glue that binds DM together. This year has certainly been one for the record books with the amount of ups and downs, and twists and turns. Joe never allowed that to get the best of him, at least not in front of any of us. He's taken his position as Division Leader and ran with it. The ship very well could've sank this year, and DM wouldn't exist, but Joe took the helm and guided us in the right direction. Morale has increased tenfold, recruits are coming in left and right, member retention has been fantastic, and for the first time in a good long while there's transparency between the squads, members and officers alike. The man is a miracle worker, and deserves a KSI sainthood if you ask me lol. I'm kidding, Joe...kinda. Seriously though, Joe is phenomenal at anything he does, and being a Division Leader is no exception. She certainly has the patience of one lol. Pam is another part of the glue that binds DM together. She is on top of everything. Her attention to detail, ability to retain members, actively listen to what's going on, and be there as a mentor to everyone in DM is really second to none. It's like she and Joe are cut from the same cloth, and DM won the jackpot of awesomeness with both of them. Category: General Gamertag: KSI Lilith 7 Forums Account Link @KSI Lilith 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Lilith is a true pleasure to work with. She's always happy to be around members, and her attention to everything related to a squad is pretty amazing to witness. She has everything down to a T, and things just go smooth. As general, she was very effective at retaining members, bringing in fresh recruits, and staying on top of daily tasks such as promotions. When her squad basically doubled overnight, she didn't let it shake her. She's always calm, cool, and collected. That being said, her promotion to DM's newest Co-Founder made all the sense in the world. Category: Captain Gamertag: KSI T StackG Forums Account Link @KSI T StackG Reasons they deserve this award: This man right here is sus. I'm kidding! Stack is an absolute beast. Just check the stat chats lol. Recruiting, promoting, member retention, being there as a friend and mentor...there's nothing he can't do, and he doesn't allow room for complacency. If you're messing up, he'll be the first one to tell you, but he'll also guide you on how to fix it. He's a firm believer that we grow stronger together, and will never leave a person behind if he can help it. He may be tough, but he's also fair, and that makes for a great leader.

Co-Founder KSI DntAsk 7 (Co-Founder - DM/Sinister and Wrath) - @KSI DntAsk 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Well she's a legend for a reason, but I'll add one more to go along with the multitude that many of you already know. She's the nicest person I've encountered, and has always been there for any and everything a member has needed. If there's something that she isn't familiar with, she finds it out and quick. She always makes sure everyone is having fun, checks up on people to see how they're doing, and genuinely cares about each and every member. If it wasn't for her, I may have left KSI altogether when life got a bit crazy for me. She was always there to talk, listen to my rants about IRL stuff, helped me up when I needed it the most, and guided me in the right direction. She continues to do so to this day, even when she's been sick and under the weather. I can't think of a better example of a leader leading from the front than that. General KSI Lilith (GEN - DM/Wrath) - @KSI Lilith Reasoning why they deserve this - Her squad doubled overnight, and I haven't witnessed it affect her in the slightest. She's on top of each and every issue that arises, without hesitation, and I have to say it's pretty awe inspiring to witness it. She defines what a good general should be, and I'm happy to be a part of her staff and squad. I'm looking forward to seeing that 7 behind her name at some point. Captain KSI T StackG (CPT - DM/Wrath) - @KSI T StackG Reasoning why they deserve this - Every once in a while, and I mean rarely, I encounter someone that catches me off guard for the better. Stack is one of those people. As a Captain, he's honestly second to none. When he and Lilith work together (which is always), things get accomplished. He has the hearts and minds of this squad, and carries them with the best interests. The entertainment is endless if you ever have the pleasure of being in a party with him lol. If or when the opportunity presents itself, he's going to be one hell of a General, and I look forward to seeing just how high he can climb.

Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Joe 7, Co-Founder, Demonic Mayhem, Venom/Cruelty Link to forums account - @KSI Joe 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - What can I say about Joe that hasn't been said, and isn't already known...the man is a powerhouse, and a huge part of the foundation that holds DM together. He's always there for each and every member, whether it be help in a game, a knowledge source for all things KSI, or just someone to talk to about IRL things. He's never made anyone feel less than or not important, and rank truly is just a responsibility in his eyes. He was an integral part of my rise through the ranks, and continues to be a great friend and mentor to this day. If anyone has ever wanted to know what KSI stands for, this man is the physical embodiment. He's the real MVP in my book!
