Very rarely do I ever trust someone, but I knew from the first conversation I had with Merc that he was someone I could trust with my life. In my entire almost 20 years of online gaming, I've never met someone that I felt so confident about trust my entire life with. Merc is basically the mini me. He treats every situation fairly, and never hesitates to ask for advice. If it weren't for him, Wrath never would have survived the transition from DM to CS. Even as a LT, he acted like a CPT ready to be GEN from day one. I'll let the rest of y'all attest to how great he really is.

While I can't speak on King's past, I'll definitely testify based on my experience with him. King came into DM as acting Director after the disbanding of Cruelty and Havoc, Hellborn leaving to help form a new division, and leadership within the division being stretched pretty thin. One thing I can say about him is he was always fair, and viewed nearly any situation as a teachable moment. Towards the tail end of DM's existence, tempers were flaring amongst leadership, mainly due to trying to get two squads prepared for a split. When I took over as General for Wrath, I was the only officer. My co-founder and Div Lead were almost non-existent, as they were also acting gens of the aforementioned squads being prepared for a split. I had an 80 member squad as a staff of one, and had to hit the ground running trying to find potential officers. King was in my chats every day checking up on me, the squad, welcoming new members, and offering to help in any way that he could. Not only as an acting director, but also as the CEO. He wasn't obligated to do any of that, but he did. Fast forward a couple of week...I now have a foundation for an officer staff, with SSGTs trained up, one going to LT, handling all of the training and promotions, throwing in new recruits when possible, and holding the squad together the best I could. Somehow I found myself in trouble, and I'm called into a meeting for not asking permission to promote SSGTs and LTs. King came in, grabbed hold of the party, and handled it diplomatically. He pointed out the err of my ways, the err of their's, and made it clear that things needed to change. While he acknowledged that I had every right to be angry and irritated, and mostly did the right thing, he gave me solid advice on what I needed to do, and how I could get there. That moment really changed my perspective on senior leadership, because truth be told, I was really irritated with mine at the time. If it weren't for that meeting and our talk, Wrath may have collapsed with the rest of DM. While this may not serve as the best example of a witness statement for Die Hard, I believe it really speaks to the character of KSI xKing77, and how much he truly cares about this community. The man has my eternal respect and gratitude, and deserves nothing but the best.

Since i've known DC, he's been all in with everything he does. Since he took over as Head of Education, i've watched how everything he's revamped affects those going through the workshops and classes. I have to say, it's definitely been for the better. When I first came into KSI, there wasn't much of an emphasis on workshops, or at least with previous leadership. Now, not only is it highly encouraged, but it's super useful information to obtain. It's helped me as a leader, those around me, and the future leaders within KSI. With everything DC has going on, he always seems to find the time to be involved and helping those in need. The man is an educator that cares, and while he may not tell you what you want to hear, he will always tell you what you need to hear, and make sure that it sinks in. He's always popping into workshops and leadership courses whenever he's able, playing devil's advocate, and really makes you think about the information being given. He inspires people to think, and it's contagious in a way that makes those involved not only want to lead by his example, but become better leaders by addressing any situation with an open mind, and draw from that process of critical thinking. Beyond what he does in education, he also serves as a phenomenal officer in CS. He'll drop whatever he's doing to bring in a new recruit, knock out a promotion, train those that need training...i'm not sure when he actually gets to sit down and chill lol. When DM was on the brink of closure (and eventually did), DC was the first to ask how he could help, and that spoke volumes to me regarding his commitment to KSI. He made sure that the officer staff had what we needed with training, so we could succeed in the transfer to a new division. Without his help, it very easily could've been a total collapse, but Wrath made it through, and came out stronger as a result. Yippee Ki Yay!

I don't think there's a part of KSI that this guy hasn't left his mark on in some way, shape, or form. Uppy really proved himself this month. From a demanding work schedule, to crunching for college finals, none of it stopped him from giving KSI his best. I've heard the guy damn near fall asleep on the mic at one point, but he still made sure the squad, squad leaders, and division had what it needed. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI MercX, Wrath/CS Link to forums account - @KSI MercX Reasoning why they deserve this - Officer Doofy here has really hit the ground running with his added responsibilities, and continues to wow. He certainly has all the makings of an excellent General some day, and I'm sure he'll fly even higher if he keeps on the current path. He really has a knack for analyzing situations from all sides to work toward a resolution. Those abilities were put to the test this month, and he nailed down his "why" as an officer. I'm excited to see how far he'll go throughout his KSI career. SSGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Panda81, Wrath/CS Link to forums account - @KSI Panda81 Reasoning why they deserve this - Panda had a little bit of a setback this month, but certainly nothing to be ashamed of. She's really taken on the extra training with a great mindset, and It's been great to watch her flourish. She achieves any goal she sets her sight on, and I look forward to seeing how high she'll climb during her time here in KSI.

I met Uppish last year when he was GEN of Hellborn. You could pop into a party anytime with him, and instantly feel welcomed. He's never made anyone feel like they didn't belong. Always level headed, and manages to keep his composure, even through the most trying circumstances. Upon first glance at his accomplishments within KSI I told myself, "Good lord! This man is involved in damn near every department!" So I guess you could say that Capped Out award speaks for itself. Even with everything he was/still is apart of, he's always managed to look out for his members, squad, and division first. I can't speak on his accomplishments in Department and Web Ops, but I can tell you when it comes to Clan Ops, the man is an absolute powerhouse! I may not miss his lengthy questions in GENs meetings back in the DM days (it was seriously like Johnny Do-Gooder up front asking about homework right before the bell rang to dismiss class), but the questions he asked always served a purpose for clarity for the benefit of all. He also managed to keep his squad together, help create a new division, and continues to thrive as a Co-Founder. It's an absolute pleasure working with him, and watch him continue to succeed at anything he puts his mind to. When I think about KSI success stories, Uppish is the first person that comes to mind. There really is no keeping this man down. We went through a lot together in DM (he more than I), and I'm proud of where his is today. To go from a damn near divisional collapse, to growing and thriving in a new one is a feat to behold. Did I mention he helped lead a brand new division to win Sprink Break WHILE integrating an entire squad transfer from another division? Yeah, he's that guy. Anyway, notable achievements and awards include: Outstanding Service (lvl 1) Divisional Hall of Fame General of the Year Captain of the Month (Divisional and KSI wide) Capped Out People Magnet and many many others.

The guy wears many hats, but is always there when you need something, and will even come hang out to have some laughs when you don't. He's really helped open my eyes to the way that things are supposed to operate in KSI. Director Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Shadow007, Director Link to forums account - @KSI Shadow007 Reasoning why they deserve this - Shadow really hit the ground running during the mass exodus of members, and eventual closure of DM. Overnight he became acting Div Lead, Co-Fo, and Gen of 2 squads while being responsible for 3. I really commend his efforts to keep everything together, and it was a pleasure working with him. While most would buckle under pressure, Shadow is the type of person to double down, come up with a plan, and try every avenue to make things work. I've watched the guy grow quite a bit during my time in KSI, and he exemplifies everything that a Co-Fo should be. He grows more and more every day, and continues to serve as part of the backbone of Wrath. Even during the transfer, he's bringing in solid recruits. I see Merc doing many great things here in KSI. Once he learned the proper procedures, it was off to the races, and he hasn't looked back. Before the words are even out of my mouth about something needing done, he's already on it. Stack continues to prove what a great leader he is, day in and day out.
