Reasoning why they deserve this - Slick is just always there for you, whether you know you need it or not. Several times i've reached out for advice on handling situations, and his knowledge as well as approach to the situations were personalized in a manner that made everything make sense. This past month he's really helped me navigate so tough calls, and reinforced that I had the knowledge to begin with, but maybe couldn't see it clearly at first. His ability to break things down in a manner that allows you to apply your style of leadership to it is a skill that can't be taught, and why I value his guidance. Top notch, Slick!

Reasoning why they deserve this - Koda went above and beyond the duties of your run of the mill captain this past month, and jumped at the opportunity to help a squad in need. He transferred from his home squad, to now his new home, and really turned things around for them. Training is through the roof, promotions are on time, recruiting is consistent, and the member retention with game nights is absolutely stellar! Consistent 25+ member game nights is out freaking standing! SO no matter where he goes, he shines through like the rock star he is!
