KSI Slick 7

Well well well… bout damn time. Kidding but not kidding. I stand here before the to make my statement why this man deserves his OS2 with out a shadow of a doubt. First and foremost our brother in arms KSI Hefner 7 is in the UK. While this may not mean much to most it does to me. He is 6 hours ahead of KSI time which is Eastern standard time. Meaning when it’s 7pm prime time for us it’s 1am for him. He’s made countless changes to his personal life to benefit the members and officers below him. He’s sacrificed time with loved ones, being tired at his job and other things to make sure his assignments are done right and on time. I watched Hefner 7 enter KSI into a squad that was majorly struggling. He soon became the life of that squad even with a general who was consistently holding him back on shining while they were too busy playing footsie with their favorites. Hefner 7 eventually became tired of it and took a short break. While I myself thought I had personally failed him by not moving quicker in some instances to get him where he deserved he soon proved my thoughts wrong. I thought that would be the last we saw of him in the rank until he came back. When this man came back he did so with the upmost Integrity. Came back with deep Knowledge of how things work and how things should operate and lead by example to those around him. Lastly he came back with Strength. He refused to fail, refused to fall and refused to be slept on. This man led the charge on his own destiny. Wanting to have that 7 in his name he worked his butt off with his fellow officers. Eventually taking the reins as Gen, he did well. He turned the squad into a full functioning and active squad eventually handing the reigns over to one of his fellow and knowledgable captains. As a CoFo and 7 of Clan Operations this man has never steered away from a challenge. If their was an issue anywhere he was the first to volunteer to go over and help fix it and still has that same mentality months later. Hefner 7 was one of the guys I truly missed when he took a break even though we didn’t have many back and fourths I can recall him always asking valuable questions, paying attention and being attentive in important talks and always having the members best interest at heart. Since his return I’ve watched this man overcome so many challenges and adversity especially with his time zone difference. It’s been an honor watching him grow and prosper fully filling his roles as a CoFounder of Clan Operations and I look forward to what his path has in store for him down the road. Thank you @KSI HEFNER 7 for all you have done and all you continuously give to this community. You have been a privilege to work with and it’s been my honor to watch you prosper and get the recognition you so rightfully deserved. Keep on keeping on brother 🤘🏻🫡

Let’s take a trip down memory lane to a Squad called Samurai. I watched you sculpt yourself into quite a fine officer with little to no help from those around you. Your dedication to your squad and members, your attention to detail on nearly everything, your undying love to make your squad better was never and I mean never diminished. Samurai didn’t deserve Hefner in all honesty. But that never stopped you from aiming for the stars. You kept your axe sharp and your book open to learn and grind daily. You pushed around obstacles and refused to be second tier. While that book eventually closed a new book was written. And written by you it was. You came back with a vengeance. So much so that you claimed your stake as general of your new squad in quite exceptional timing. All while doing so with a 5hr time difference. You continue to impress me weekly with your ideas and dedication to keep Fallen moving forward and to keep your officers evolving and moving forward. You’ve done a spectacular job as general and I am whole heartedly excited to see where else you can go in KSI. You’ve never once been afraid of giving it your all and I thank you for that. I got to chime in on this one, and I think my word may hold some weight here so let me spit some facts really quick. I've been watching / working with Wild for quite some time now. Basically since she was a Captain is when she stood out to me. This lady is a superhero here in the community. The amount of burnt bridges I've seen her rebuild for people is endless. The amount of moral and emotional support she offers even when things in her own world are not the greatest are limitless. She is there night or day for EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF KSI and I really mean every single one. Many have claimed to be that person over the years but in my 4+ yrs. of leadership I've never seen someone quite like her actually here for the members like she is. Me myself and I never really let my personal life into the community but during some recent seriously bad times in my real life she was there offering support and a shoulder to lean on without even really knowing everything. Basically, once I took my first LOA ever recently she knew something was wrong and sprinted to be there. But its not just me or a couple dozen Shes done this for she does it for anyone here. She is a superstar, detail orientated trainer, mentor, friend, leader and colleague to many. She has never steered away from even the biggest challenges such as her entire 7s staff leaving at once and half her division following suit. She stayed and made a legendary come back making sure the division and squads thrived with just her being the single voice as a newly promoted co founder. That doesn't take just guts or bronze that takes sincere dedication and strategy and even though she was a new 7 she kept her head up and her members first priority. Since then she has only grown her self and others all around her. As a Co-Founder she was not only helping her own div but other divs and squads. There practically wasn't a single soul in our community who didn't know her and have good things to say. Her parties were always 16/16, her discord meetings or hangouts were always 40 plus. That doesn't happen from just being a 7 usually its polar opposite ha-ha. She changed the stigma 7s have around them and with grace she did so. She is known as Mama around these parts and its for good reason. Shell kick you in the buttocks if your making silly mistakes but also care for you like her own when needed. I've watched her accomplish so much where dozens fell short or couldn't be bothered to make the time or effort in so many areas. She supports everyone and is always trying to help out new officers and even seasoned ones. Honestly speaking the world needs more Wld's and so does our community. Miss Wld thank you for being you. Thank you for your dedication, service and belief in what KSI can be and above all else thank you for being an amazing leader anyone can come to with anything. I truly hope people are taking notes from this fearless leader and friend to many because people like her are very rare and that's an understatement. Here’s my pick of the litter this month. But does so gracefully without stepping on toes or being too nosey. He’s earned respect from all avenues of the community and I don’t think there is really too many members who haven’t met this guy and have a goofy memory they can recall about him. The dude does so much even as cheif of staff from welcome messages of new members, recruit clubs, workshops, mentoring, if it falls into clan ops he’s there every single time. He’s also someone I highly respect due to as KSI is ever changing so is his mind. While many may shrug this off I can say with all certainty that right there matters and plays a massive role in one’s success. Director Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Uppish 7 Link to forums account - @KSI Uppish 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Uppish since becoming a director has constantly come fourth asking for “the smoke” haha basically wanting all the work as much as I could dish out. He’s done quite well I have to say. He was and still is acting Div lead of WD, has aided in many ways and kept the ship clean and the village growing. While also being acting director over CS and aiding them in multiple avenues. While also doing other things around the community. Vanquish WD even split while under him. He’s also started to tame some of his weaknesses as a leader and has grown and matured to some degree which is alot for him. As being a Director over CS multiple times and now as a Sr I can attest to all above plus some. Nez has always been welcoming to literally everyone, busts his back when it’s needed and makes sure everyone is included in anything he hosts. He’s fun, engaging, charismatic and one helluva officer. I’ve never really scene the guy do bad like ever. He’s on daily, grinding daily, and seems to always want to do more. He’s 100 percent earned OS1 in my eyes and I’m sure many others. I truthfully will enjoy watching this guy level up and bring what he does to higher levels over time and perfect his craft.

Nobe is def worthy of the SL HOF. Dude was everywhere everyday and not in a disorganized way. Was he the greatest of all time? No but who the heck is lol. He as an officer rocked the show and he’s doing the same now in WD. Dudes a beast at recruiting, member retention, game nights and workshops and let me tell you he don’t just run some run of the mill type Poop, dudes got that old school to him. As a Director of Clan Ops I can solidly vouch for the above statements. Kat has done outstanding from crushing goals and keeping moral high while also growing her squad as well, but also keeps the members number one and happy as well. She leads her squad with grace and grit. Truly has been a wonder watching her step in and make the squad her own. She’s done a very good job at not only maintaining but boosting and growing in so many areas. Keep reaching for the stars with all you do Kat and you’ll stay winning!

Now this NOM is no easy one. This award means much more than a vast majority of other awards at least regarding to Clan Ops. And I'd be delighted to drop a witness account. Shatner is all around impressive, and I don't mean that lightly. Find one person in his div who doesn't know him and what he stands for go ahead ill wait......... you wont. This man is often the hardest worker in the room and also is one of the most respected. His previous awards showcase and prove exactly what I'm talking about here. Multiple ranks of the month ect. He sleeps on nothing and is always chugging along the CS valleys looking for people to help, train, mentor, aid and assist. Hes a great teacher to his students and an excellent and strong willed leader for his members. When i first came over Cs as their director he was one of the first welcoming me in and eager to talk about the good the bad and of course the ugly. But he goes about things even when they look pretty grim with a positive and upright attitude and view. This man is not one to fall down and give up, he's the type of guy you can knock down over and over and he'll be right behind the next door you open waiting for more. Hes a beast he really is. One thing i truly admire about his leadership and perspective is he's not afraid to give you that raw not so pretty talk and just lay all the cards out on the table. Hes a honest and blunt type of guy and most times that's the type of guy you need. Shatner in my eyes is over deserving of OS2 and its been an honor and privilege to get to know him and work along side him and his division. This guy can be stern when needed I know first hand but he's genuinely a pretty selfless guy. He's devoted countless and I literally mean countless hours of overtime for months if not years in his KSI career. He's helped me hundreds times and I've witnessed him first handedly be the mentors to many great leaders within this community. He's a testament to what being a great leader is all about. Leading by example, with patience, believing in others, giving and taking accountability, respect, dignity, strength, and confidence. He's been and will continue to be a great icon in this community for god knows how long. This man eats sleeps and breaths KSI. He is friends with everyone, never really heard or scene a bad action from the guy, granted I've only been here 2 years and some change but still the guys always up beat, motivated, and hungry to take Clan Operations to new heights and is always willing to listen and hear out his director team and let them make calls on their own whether it be for learning purposes or he truly sees what they see. all in all Swag is a bang up guy who you can always count on for knowledge or direction or a good ol knee slapper joke lol. He's always focused on not only the short terms goals for each squad of his Div but also months out as well. He's always planning and scheming something new and exiting. I've watched him work his keester off a lot this year even when not being over CS as their Director. He reminds me a lot of my self as a div lead honestly with his endless planning and executions of said plans, but in reality he makes no decisions with out continuously putting the members sake first. He's had to make some tough calls this year with demotions, fluff's, squad directions and the divisions direction and he didn't stall or quit once not even hesitate. He moves with a laid back chill vibe but he'll whip you into ship shape if you cross him or take advantage of his kind laid back vibe. Working with Uppish has been a great ride so far and I genuinely cannot wait to see where he takes CS in the near future! Often sugar coating everything all the time leads to falsehoods and messy mishaps. If he sees something not being done or someone struggling he's the first to jump into action and get it all sorted. He works hand in hand with his Div Lead excelling in most challenges and struggles and never has excuses. Its been a honor getting to work and know him and see what he's about. I'm more than confident and in full belief he will make an outstanding Div Leader some day if he stays on the path he has been on. He's got grit, determination, drive, and ambition as far as the eye can see. It took me no time at all to meet this fella as he was first at the door knocking saying yo I'm Merc nice to meet ya type of deal. He's genuine and cares about his entire squad deeply. When he smells an issue brewing he's first on scene to stop the broil over. He's big in the proactive and preventative maintenance department which I love to see from todays Generals. He's built a pretty rock solid officer core and it truly shows with his squads activity and ACTIVE member base. Over all the guy just shines in multiple areas and I cant wait to see where he pushes himself next! But in his Clan Ops factors the guy is awesome. Constantly working to be better, make his officers better and make his squad over all better and more active. I honestly dont think there is a person in his squad who does not know him quite well. Hes always inviting others to his party and party hopping as well. He plays loads of games as well which helps him be more fluent with the members as well. He's an avid history buff on KSI and its history and is always seeking to learn more and more. Sleepy no doubt will make a great General sooner than later and from the hours ive spent with him in parties to imply put it the guy has it, that 1 of 1 personality thats just personable on all levels, doesnt matter what your gamer friend "type" is you cant help but like the guy. I know or a fact this guy can go and do whatever he puts his mind to and id bet on that.
