He will go far with out a doubt if he stays on his path. Tinc has a good aura around him and can make anyone laugh and smile. Hes all around a great asset to his squad and is a major helper in moral and camraderie. This man will go far if he wishes easily. Hes been apart of mulitple Gen meetings as well as even sitting in on a couple private non official 7s meetings and usually has some good input. Hes a friendly good hearted guy who you can always find hanging out with his squadmates. Round 3.. Count me in! Before i dive right into this, id like to also provide links to the other two times this stand up man has been nominated and witnessed for by MULTIPLE high ranking officials of this community, but sadly not given this award. as you can see there is some nearly 30 witness statements here on those two alone. So if possible id like all those to be put into the discussion when it comes that time. As Rogue has not only excelled and exceeded since those statements but has done nothing but persevere time and time again. Now, I believe this award has something to do with strife, grief, stress where most would throw in the towel or walk away correct? We all know Rogue by now. The guy never quits ever. As far as hardships in KSI and especially real life this man has had a REALLY ROUGH past 2 years. loosing family members, selling his home, personal problems out the wazoo (its not my story to tell so forgive lack of detail) but lets say most if not anyone i know who would go through such traumas would ultimately put KSI on the back burner or leave. Instead this man laced his boots a little tighter kept his head down on his work and continued to be one of the hardest workers in the room day after day week after week month after month and now year after year. Rogue is a friend to all and a massive mentor to many. Hes always cheerful, always fun and always willing to help you and everyone else be and do better! Hes given countless hours of prime dedication to this community over and over again. Never looking for something in return not even recognition. This man is selfless. I know Rogue on a personal level some could say and this guy has gone through the god damn ringer (forgive my french) this past entire year yet stayed focused on KSI and his duties pertaining to it. And didnt make an excuse for anything. This guy goes above and beyond his rank every. single. day. and its more then evident if you do some sniffing around. Ive witnessed Rogue take new officer who doesnt know jack and make them a POWERHOUSE within weeks. Making them wanting to be the best they can be with out a force of hand. His mentoring skills are unmatched, Me and my entire 7s staff are seeds of his hard work and dedication. He goes above and beyond for this community everyday even when he should be focusing on his own life and issues. I respect this man like no other, and in my eyes has deserved this award for a long time. If you take one look at the accomplishments, the dedication, the time invested, and the progress made by this one individual youd be dead wrong to think otherwise. Ive never scene Rogue stay from a challenge even if he was atrock bottom. THIS GUY BLEEDS KSI. Its time for him to receive this award.

I’ve known DCrunk for sometime now. And I can witness to his remarkable outstanding service he’s provided KSI with. Dc was a stand up general in SL in which even though I wasn’t in his squad I knew of him as a dude who would help anyone at any time. As he grew and became a cofounder he soon was placed over my squad Templar. He was super hands on which some didn’t take well but he truly only meant the best and had the best intent in helping and mentoring making sure every officer knew their duties inside and out and made sure everyone was proficient in there duties as well. Dc was always down to help in anyway possible. He soon left SL a few months later to help out another Div. since then DC has never stopped. He is now Head of education on top of many other responsibilities he has. I’ve had the pleasure and honor of working with this guy many many times in my tenure of KSI. The guys accomplished many milestones in KSI and is ALWAYS looking for ways to improve things from the ground up. He’s always pushing for a better and brighter tomorrow for the community as a whole as well. He deserves OS3 with out a doubt.

I can witness to this easily. I remember not to long ago there was some chatter about this superstar new officer who was taking on responsibilities of much higher ranks because they wanted to do so and did so flawlessly. Athena is a recruiting BEAST, nearly all of prestige’s officers core are her recruits or her recruits recruits. She’s mentored and trained nearly all of them as well. Her game nights are a blast, and her workshops are Informative, fun, engaging and filled with energy. She is also an absolute rockstar at member retention. You can find her bouncing all over the place as soon as she logs on to check in on members and officers and even the 7s staff to see how everyone is doing. She’s a ball of light for her squad and this division. She ha ALWAYS reached higher and done more then her rank calls for. She wants to know everything and everyone and be the absolute best she can be for all of KSI. She is a massive force to be wreckon with here in SL and has consistently and passionately rose above her duties time and time again. I see great leadership skills and a bright future for her here if she stays on her current path. She deserves this award hands down in my eyes. Keep up the great work Athena! Then an old friend hit me up and said hey Uhm if you need help I’m here. So one thing led to another and in a Couple weeks we had 4 officers instead of 1. Recruits coming in, promotions. Being done and game nights rocking again. I thank dakeech for that. If there is work to be done he’s on it, if someone needs someone to talk to he’s there, he has great social skills and can often be the life of the party. He works hard on his tasks at hand and is dedicated to his cause like no other. He reminds me of my younger self quite a bit and I think with some time and effort he’ll really be an all star in the not so distant future. Now follow me back to a little over a year ago when not just any one but Grifful 7 nominated Mr Rogue here for Die Hard. Then to boot had another testimony from the legend and myth himself Skarz77. Both well written and full of facts of rogues character and demeanor. I will attach the link bellow for your viewing pleasures of the nomination from 2019 that was closed with “not at this time”. I would like to shed some light on things that have happened since that day that makes me believe if anytime now is the time for him to rightfully be awarded the Die Hard award. Since July of 2019 Rogue has become an outstanding Cofounder who utilized every skill he had nearly every minute and still does. He stands for the core principles of KSI every day. Since becoming co founder he’s been acting general of nearly every squad SL has to offer. As many can attest back in 2019 imperial was damn near shut down. But not on his watch. Rogue worked relentlessly rebuilding Imperial from the top to bottom. He even mentored and helped aid in KSI DC 7 success as a captain and General of Imperial. Helping aid in imperials squad split as well. None of which would have been possible with out Rogues grit and determination of never backing down and willingness to make everyone around him great. As most would have ran for the hills with Imperials old problems. Yet here it stands today. The next one hits home for me as back in Nov- Dec of 2019 Templar My home squad was hurting bad actually let’s be real it was a absolute disgrace and that’s still an understatement. The current Gen which was KSI leviMOFB who was the predecessor of KSI Itachii 7 was a complete waste case. He had no direction, no drive, and the worst part, no passion. We had fluff hoarded out the yang, a crumbling and weak uneducated bare bones officer core and members were dropping like flies. That’s when I was privileged to start working beside KSI Rogue 7. He taught any one willing to listen. He wasn’t like the rest he was different and in all the right ways. Rather than coming in and being a brute who was there to smash all the hopes of the few officers we did have he came in with respect, dignity, and honor. He worked tirelessly with me and a few others to rebuild Templar from the brink of its own destruction. Workshops took place every day, training took place every day, knowing your duties was a must. Rogue taught all of us that leaders don’t just come in a room and boss people around. They lay the block down that everyone builds there own success off of. If not for Rogues upmost professional manner, will to listen with the Intent to listen rather then respond who knows where Templar would be. I then my self took all I learned from Rogue and kept moving templar further into success after his time was up with us. I drove that squad to 120 plus with a stacked, and knowledgable officer core and barely if any fluff. All due to the tireless teachings of Rogue. The guy just doesn’t quit there. Another squad known as Vanguard was just about extinct and was about to be shut down. But Rogue being Rogue did what no 7 of SL wanted to do. And that was give it one more go. One last hoorah, basically saying well if I can’t even get it going after giving it everything I got then maybe it is time but at least let me TRY. He kept that squad going about 6 weeks longer then it should/would/could have before even rogue said yeah it’s not fixable. Vanguard was too far gone between lack of effective gens and leadership and a bozo officer core. He worked relentlessly And tirelessly day in and out trying to work with the officers they did have but most either left or stepped down as no one but Rogue was willing to take on that challenge. Eventually vanguard did shut down but Rogue made sure almost every active member was successfully transferred to A squad that would benefit them most. As we all can see Rogue is no stranger to going above and beyond his call of duty. He lives for challenges. Lastly I’d like to shed light on what transpired most recently and that was when Rogue had been demoted from Founder position. Now most would at that exact point in time throw in the towel and say F this it’s not worth it. I’ve scene it all too many of times. But Rogue!? Nah. Man buckled down, stayed true, and earned his way to DIV LEAD of SL. Which is no easy feat in it self. He worked harder, took constructive criticism which is hard for anyone if were being real, and stepped up his game like no other I’ve scene to this day. Rogue is a powerhouse on every category. The man doesn’t know what a day off is as even when he takes one he’s still working for SL. He’s never backed down even from the most challenging and crap situations. He’s ALWAYS there when you need someone to count on. And those are just some of the reasons why I whole heartedly believe KSI Rogue 7 is deserving of the Die Hard Award.

Is there such thing as a super hero? Like really I’m not asking this to be Silly or immature but really let that sink in for a minute. @KSI Swag 77 has been and will continue to be one of SL’s real life super heroes. He does not quit, does not falter and honestly is one of the major forces behind mine and so many others successes here in this division. I’m no long standing senior here but I do have a passion and commitment to this community that is not all that common and a lot of that is a mirrored lesson I learned from one of the best. This man cares, he’s passionate, and kind. But what else he is, is absolutely driven to make his division THE division to be. Somewhat as the gold standard of the community. He non step relentlessly strives for success. He takes the time to welcome every recruit, congratulate members on promotions and is beyond willing to lend a hand and often times he’ll notice your struggles before you do and he’ll help you work past them to succeed. The man does not know what content is. He’s never comfortable with how things are at the moment he’s ALWAYS pushing, and to some this may seem wrong like how can you always be pushing even when things are great, but let me assure you this man does it flawlessly. He listens to ideas from his peers evaluates those ideas and makes them reality for positive changes within SL. He’s revamped countless things from our operations channel on discord, which benefits members and officers, to the SL Standardized Recruiting Process. He works hand in hand with his 7s and knows every general and officer on a first name basis. Swag is what most want to be but they’ll never put in 1/4 of the work he has. His accomplishments are long and fruitful of many things. His awards show that. He’s gone above and beyond the call of his duty dozens and dozens of times, and I sincerely hope he’ll be recognized for such great attributes to this community. SL would not be what it is today if not for this driven, hard working man. Long live The Pickle King!

Any time I’d slip he was there to straighten me out. Not that it was needed routinely but we’ve all had some obstacles to get over in our time here and he was always there to push me to he better than I was the day before. But it’s not just me who can say this. I’m pretty sure nearly all of SL can say this. Rogue has been one of if not the most passionate dedicated leaders in this division since I can recall. Whether you needed help packing a lobby for a game night. Needed a legend to help co host for your workshop to help you build confidence and knowledge He’s been that guy more times than I can count. He’s helped every single member in some way some how. Buying games, buying Xbox live, contest prizes, Even being a shoulder to lean on for those in hard times. He also started the DTC and funds it with his Own money, on top of that even with many serious issues in his own life he still manages to be present and there for his people. To say Rogue is selfless is honestly belittling since he’s far beyond it in ways words cannot explain. He’s been the key to so many peoples success and enjoyment here through training, mentoring and dedication to the division. He never slips never fails and even when a huge obstacle is thrown in front of him last minute he doesn’t miss a beat. The guy goes beyond the norm every. single. day. This man should have his own award named after him if I’m speaking honestly. I’ve never to this day met someone who is so dedicated and passionate from top to bottom left to right as Rogue 7 is. He’s always on the ball and is honestly a huge reason I am where I am. He’s taught me, and my officers (well once mine now ksi new eras) how to be efficient, dedicated, passionate and selfless in soo many ways. He made the work fun and changed the direction of nearly every squad for the better. He’s been acting gen over two badly wounded squads more than once and both those squads excelled during his leadership. He is a rare breed of person and we are beyond lucky to have a man of his statue in this division. You can’t go a day without seeing Rogue somewhere, he’s literally everywhere In the division. Discord, game nights, workshops, chill out parties you name it he’s there. Those are some of the reasons I believe he is deserving of OS2.

Division Leader Gamertag KSI SWAG 77 (SL) Link to forums account - @KSI Swag 77 Reasoning why they deserve this - Here in the land of SL you’ll more than likely not find a single member through out the entire division that does not know Swag or have great things to say about him. Since he’s been in this division he’s made himself known on a daily basis but not in a bad way. This guy eats sleeps and breaths KSI. He’s active in every single squad chat, casual chats, constantly sparks conversation amongst strangers building friendships and bonds and attending game nights, practically he’s everywhere. He is there for every member and is consistently working with the 7s staff and Generals to find areas of weakness and make them stronger then ever. He’s an icon in this division and I personally think in KSI as a whole. He’s always challenging himself and others to be better than they were the day before and makes it fun at the same time. Hard times seem to never get this man down but rather spark ideas and resolve. Swag is one one of a kind in my book. He’s a rare find. The amount of energy he brings to the division week after week is mind boggling and I hope to be lucky enough to keep learning from him as time goes by. A major staple and icon in this division he is every bodies friend literally. He’s as diverse as can be and basically a universal socket to fit any loose nut of bolt. He blends with any and everyone. Whether you had a terrible day and needed someone to vent to or whether you were a struggling SSGT looking for advice and guidance in all the wrong corners he’s been that go to guy. I remember when my squad Templar had a massive down turn nearly forcing the squad to close and rogue volunteered him self to be our last hope. And as many know he succeeded flawlessly. He worked diligently, passionately and tirelessly with me and the other officers to not only revamp a dying, shot left to die squad but did it with the utmost passion, almost as if he lived for this kindve work. I know what it takes to revamp a dying squad as I was there watching it crumble and helped build it back up. He takes on challenges head first and never turns back saying ehh maybe I can’t do this. He loves this division like no other. He’s been my main mentor since I can remember and with all his passionate hard work that never slips a single day I think this man is beyond deserving Of an OTM award. He’s what most hope to achieve to be one day as I know I’m one of those many. No matter what day it is you’ll find him training, recruiting, promoting, doing game nights or workshops he’s always active in the squad to say the least. He’s really shown how capable he is this past month and a half. He does whatever is necessary to make sure the squad is running well and growing. I see a bright future for him within ksi as he sees no task to hard or daunting. He’s one of the most friendliest guys to boot. And I’m sure many can agree to that. That’s why I believe he’s deserving of this OTM.
