Reasoning why they deserve this - Gambit deserves this award because after all the time and effort he has put into this community he still treats everyone like family. He's always showing concern and care for the members and is always a shoulder to cry on. He has grown so much as a leader since I've been in KSI, and I couldn't be anymore thankful for everything he has done for me personally.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Chant deserves this because not only is he an amazing division leader but he has been able to answer every question I've had from SGT all the way up to Gen. He is always there if I need a quick pick me up or a reminder that what I'm doing is the best for my squad. He is always popping into chats and game nights to show activity and support and overall, he is an amazing leader.

Reasoning why they deserve this - She deserves this more than anyone I know. There are so many things I could put into this but at that point Ya'll would be reading a never-ending book. Momma has been there since day one for me. Showing me support and helping me with my built-up anger and how to work through it and suppress it. She has led me through multiple scenarios and questions to make sure my mind set was ready for my Gen position. She has gone above and beyond with helping me handle situations and sit ins to make sure they are handled accordingly and correctly. I couldn't thank her more.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Oni has severely stepped up to the plate when taking on the CPT position in Hydra. He has shown amazing leadership and skills while working every day in his personal life. After traveling and being on LOA for a short amount of time, he has been able to put light back into Hydra.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Zwei has overcame a lot of obstacles in his time here in KSI. While going back to school, working and attending his KSI duties it's shown that he can multitask. He has put forth the effort and time in getting to understand members and other officers by being there to listen and to give truthful feedback. He has grown so much in being vocal and showing that he has a voice and place in the Cerberus officer staff.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Although he was just previously promoted, Cal has done a tremendous amount of activity, whether it being in the discord chats or on Xbox he has shown that he also has his own voice in the community. He has shown positivity and has asked questions instead of assuming and doing. He definitely has amazing knowledge and patience when it comes to working with members and handling stressful circumstances.

Reasoning why they deserve this - She had come into KSI being very shy and non-talkative, within a few days to a week she is one of my most active members. Always showing up in game nights or party chats along with being active in the discord. With the amount of enthusiasm that she has there is no doubt in my mind that she will make an amazing SSGT her in a few weeks after all her requirements are done.

Reasoning why they deserve this - He has been a HUGE hit in the Destiny 2 game nights, overall, he has shown members how to succeed at the game by being patient with them (myself included). He's extremely active on Xbox and is getting more active in the discord.
