He literally trained like everyone in aap. He trained me and I'm the former cohead of the department. He is former senior staff He's been on the staff for over 3 years as well.. He has a keen eye and always catches mistakes that are made on people's topics and if people verify something incorrectly. He verifies topics on the daily and is one of the most active members we have. He is by far the GOAT of AAP. He had also earned AAP Staff Department of the Month, which proves the leadership knows how good he was.

I would def say that KSI Kanao 7 is worthy of OS 1. I would actually argue that she deserves OS 2. She technically is eligible for OS LVL 3 with her rank in News and the time she has spent in KSI. She is a phenomenal friend, member, officer, and Department Head. Clan Ops- First of all everyone knows who KSI Kanao 7 is in her division and in a few others as well since she has been in KSI. She has been an officer for quite a while, and this isn't the first time either. She has always done a phenomenal job at training, doing member retention, and hosting game nights/workshops. She is one of the hardest workers that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is an amazing member and officer. She attends almost every event and is always there for any members that need someone to talk to, play with, etc. She has proven herself as a Captain. Department Ops- Kanao has also done an amazing job in department ops. She was literally one of the only news members doing anything when I was senior staff, and when I left, she earned the senior staff position. She then became Co-Head and finally she became Department Head. She almost single handedly revived the News Department. She worked her butt off until she was able to find a cohesive unit that worked well together. She has done an amazing job at getting news relevant in KSI again by marketing and taking members opinions into consideration. News is not a department that everyone is willing/wanting to join, yet she was able to make it appealing and is getting members interested in helping get the news team back to its former glory. CDC- Kanao is in both LC and the Education team. First of all she was on the information team, but things did not work out to well. She would have rather led classes rather than writing/editing, so I gave her a chance and hired her as an assistant to which she has done a miraculous job. I actually trusted her to run her first 101 class (with supervision even though it was not needed), and she absolutely killed it. Her class went smooth and the members that took part in the class loved her and her teaching style. She also is a main voice in the LC seeing as she is not afraid to speak her mind and is always trying to bring new ideas that can help benefit the community in not only clan ops, but in department ops and CDC as well. For these reasons I believe that @KSI Kanao 7deserves not only OS1 but OS 2 as well.

I have known @KSI Uppish 7 since the September 2019 and have had the pleasure of working with him in so many different areas of the community. I distinctly remember meeting him when I went to congratulate him on an OTM win and I found out he didn't win. A few weeks later I was working with him in HSI, then renamed History Department. Shortly after I worked with him in AAP, and once HD closed down in News. I thought that would be the end of Uppish's and my career together, but then we both joined LC, and I transferred CS after it was created. Uppish earned OS 2 and was even accepted for OS 3, but he declined OS 3 and said he didn't deserve it based on the criteria and wanted to earn it through Clan Ops, which shows he doesn't take the easy way, and wants to prove his worth. Uppish had a lot of problems in this community, but he has always overcome, and he has worked his way to becoming a voice in all areas he is involved with. He is never afraid to speak his mind especially when he is defending his friends. Another great quality about Uppish is that he is pro-member 100%. I have a few supporting factors in this. The first factor is that he literally sat a general for 14 months watching people get promoted to Co-Founder after a month or two over him due to favoritism. He decided to work hard and continue growing and being there for his members instead of focusing his energy into complaining. His squad Hellborn was one of the strongest squads alive at the time and its member retention was second to none under his leadership. He became senior AAP staff and helped train me in multiple facets of the area. He also trained me in HSI. He backed me at every turn of the way when I would present ideas to save History Department from going under, but unfortunately it did. He was then faced with a choice. He could either join the news team and help lead the department that collapsed, or he could bow out and do something else. He chose to help news. He then worked his way up to News Department Head where he did an amazing job. Ultimately, he ended up leaving News once he knew it was fine without him so that he could focus on leading clan ops since he had finally earned the co-founder spot that he was once denied. He helped create CS when Elysium SL (Doom) and Hellborn DM (Rebellion) were taken from their respective divisions and merged to form CS. He was an original co-founder that proved that he could handle the pressure. He worked his butt off and eventually helped the division grow from two squads to four. He has never shyed away from being there for everyone that needs help and he now runs the division as its division leader. He is there for every member that needs help and is always doing what he can to help anyone that comes to him needing something. He holds everyone accountable and does everything he can to make sure that things get done properly in all aspects of the community that he is involved with. He is also a prominent voice in the LC. He was one of the first people on the LC selected upon its creation, and he is always speaking his mind and voicing the concerns of the members in our community. Uppish is clearly deserving of OS3 for everything that he has done for KSI/contributed to the community. He earned it once and declined it, and now I feel like it is time that he finally earns/accepts it. Here is the link for OS2.
