KSI Kakashii 77 @Kakashii 77 OS Lvl 2 Reasoning: The first time I really started talking to Kakashii was when I started playing DayZ. For those of you who do not know it is a very hard game to learn however he showed a lot of patience and helping me to learn the game and understand how to play it. After that he became my seven and even though this man worked if I messaged him he usually wasn’t long before responding. Even while dealing with hard times at work if I sent him a message he was messaging me back as soon as he was able to. Kakashi is a very outstanding leader he inspires people behind him he’s very kind and understanding and he always strives to help people become the best that they can. While in SL you’ve received countless squads helping the generals to become sevens in helping the captains to become General‘s helping them to learn and giving advice when he could. The way he gives advice is a way that all should strive to do so because it never came off as pushy and it never came off as a demand it was always truly advice and him doing his best to help you or he would guide you to the way that might help you to succeed. Kakashi has been at seven multiple times he’s also worked up through the ranks of KSI multiple times earning him the spot he is in now he’s very liked and respected among the members of KSI and I believe for this reason he deserves this award

Gamertag: KSI DC 7 forums: @KSI DC 7 award: OS3 Evidence: when I first met DC I knew him as Dcrunk still have in my phone as such he came into imperial with a fire lit under him to do the best they he could. When I stepped down he stepped up and became the general of the squad helping it to achieve its second squad split. He is one of those leaders who is only a text away if you need help. He rebuilt in officer core from the ground up during the Christmas break getting the squad back on track. Then he became a 7 and even though he wasn’t always over the squad he was still available for advice at any hour. When it came time that I took over imperial he was always someone I went to for advice to see if I was doing what I needed to the best they I could. When another division was in trouble he left the home he made in SL in order to go over there to help achieving even more and helping them get back on track. He deserves this award for his outstanding service to KSI

He has given KSI its standardized recruiting process and promotion process that is used all through KSI. He also bridged the divide between the divisions by creating and implementing the KSI Community server where we have now all been connected to each other like never before! He then on SL made communication through all ranks better by starting state of the division once a month laying out everything for people to see and talk or give ideas. Not to mention he created his own workshop to help more members in KSI. He is extremely active in AAP and a booming voice so I’ve been told in the LC. For all these reason KSI Rogue 7 deserves to be division leader of the year Co-Founder KSI DC 7 @KSI DC 7 DC was always there for the members. He helped me me when I was a captain and I had issues with the general of Imperial at the time. After the general position opened up he trained me to become general. He was always there to guide me and answer any questions that I had. He also helped other squads other other Imperial too. He helped Prestige get back on track with recruiting and training. He helped Vanguard (before it had to be shut down due to a lack of officers) after the general was on LOA then was eventually demoted. He also helped guide Elysium when they first entered SL and helped them grow from 30 something members to 70+ while training their officer staff of the SL ways. He then made the tough decision to leave his comfort zone as he transferred to WD when they lost all their 7s staff. DC has done a lot for this community. He has also won awards like the 7s spotlight and CoFo of the year this year.

Gamertag: KSI Rouge 7 Link to Forums Account: @KSI Rogue 7 Award-/-Achievement: Die Hard Reason-/-Evidence: Testimony for KSI Rogues diehard nomination When I first joined KSI in May of 2019 KSI Rogue was in the process of turning Imperial around and getting it back on the right track after the GDU poaching that had happened all though I wasn’t hear when it happened I did hear about it after and he hit the recruiting road hard to replace those members. He as a 7 has also had to step up in 2019 being the acting gen for both Prestige and Templar at the same time. In both of these squads he had to deal with squads that were in high stress and had hidden fluff that was making numbers look better and the officer cores were diminished and had very little training. In 2020 he had to help over come through poaching by NZL and losing his friends that decided to go to NLZ not being able to play with them anymore. The most recent and possibly the most detrimental to him was the unjust demotion that he had but after being reviewed was over turned when backed with statements from members highlighting everything Rogue has done for this community. All of these things he has done while struggling with depression, anxiety, insomnia, a torn shoulder and constant pain from it, his wife cheating on him and then filling for divorce this was the only time he took a brief LOA and then came back again jumping right back into work. He also at the time had lost his job and still worked tirelessly for KSI. In dealing with all of this I believe that he most definitely deserves this award

KSI Rogue 7 @KSI Rogue 7 OS LVL 2 Evidence: For those of you who don’t know this man he is probably one of the best mentors I have ever had. He is the one that recruited me. Ever since my recruitment he has always been there for me but not just me so many others. For me I draw off my own experience with Rogue. He was my Gen he took me under his wing and trained me. He taught me how to recruit then later once he promoted me to his officer core he taught me to promote. He was always there for me going out of his way. Any time I had a question he was there but even more then that is when I simply needed someone and didn’t feel I could turn to anyone else. One night when I was having a horrible night even though I was on LOA he jumped online at 2 in the morning just to help me through it. Any time I needed to vent or needed advice he was the one that was there. As a Gen he was able to successfully split a sOnce he transferred after being promoted to a 7 and moved out of my squad if my current 7 wasn’t online he was there for me to help guide me. As a a Gen he slit one squad and prepared another for a split, he was the acting gen of prestige for 6 weeks, and was acting gen for two squads at the same time. For these reason I believe he deserves OS level 2

Co-Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - @KSI Rogue 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Any one can look at a security and stats channel to see what someone is doing in the squad but sometimes they do so much more behind the scenes that no one sees. This is this member he has always been the guy to jump in parties at any ungodly hour to help members and talk to them. He also even though he doesn’t have to to help motivate people to recruit by reaching into his own pocket offering a cash reward for the person with the most recruits. Rogue just like many others has been a mentor for me for so long he watched me grow but at the same time I watch him grow from a Gen to a 7 he inspired me to become an officer not once but twice I worked my way up through the ranks thanks to him and his guidance. He successfully split one squad and got another squad ready for its split. As a 7 he has over saw many squads and recently is coming back to his home squad of imperial I believe because of who he is and how he’s helped so many members like myself behind the scenes he deserves this award

Many of you don’t see what he does behind the scenes because he gives so many recruits to other people so that they can learn to recruit he also always looking out for as many squads as he can and even if people aren’t in his squad he helps as many people as he can. He can be a hard ass but it’s in a loving way to better the squad he built a squad till he could squad split and then he was finally moved to co founder. He has taken back over the squad temporarily to get it moving back in the right direction and it is already prospering again. He devotes so much time to this community and deserves this award

Name: KSI DC 7 Link to Forums Account: @KSI DC 7 Award-/-Achievement: OS2 Reason-/-Evidence When I first met DC 7 or as I always new him DCRUNK he was transferring into our squad and they tried to say it was a mock thing but I knew he was coming over they didn’t have us fooled. Right from the start he hit the ground running in our squad recruiting and helping with training. When I wasn’t able to set up to be a Gen he did and in December he had to navigate imperial through a rough patch. We lost one of our officers who took a lot of members with him. Thanks to DC 7 he pulled us back up to the point we were able to actually send members and officers to other squads to help them rebuild. Behind the scenes what most didn’t see was the time and money he put into imperial he was paying for people to change their name I’d they wanted to and couldn’t afford to do it. He also help build the squad before leaving to the point we were able to do a squad split And even though he has moved on to being a 7 he still helps our squad with recruiting and he is always in our chat checking on us. For all these reasons I believe he deserves OS2

Most recently he was acting Gen of two squads on top of his 7 staff duties. He has oversaw the now continuing prosperity of two squads. He cares about this community and it’s members so much. No matter what he gives it his all. Any time a member needs help he is there. He has been there for me through so much even out side of games he has helped me through personal struggles. He goes so far as to get new games just to be able play with new members. I feel that just for what he did with the two squads he deserves this award and with especially everything else he has done. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI DCRUNK(General- SL/ Imperial) Link to forums account - @KSI DCRUNK Reasoning why the deserve this - I have not know CRUNK for as long as I have known others but from the short time I have known him he has shown me what a hard working man he is. When I stepped down for school when I was being groomed for the Gen position he stepped up and took over imperial. He did so much for me making sure that I wasn’t fluffed from KSI just because I had to focus on school. When our squad in December went through a crisis of losing multiple officers and members he held us together. He brought us back from a skeleton crew of an officer core to a once again thriving squad. He continues growing the squad bringing us closer to another squad split under his leadership. For these reasons he deserves this award. Anytime I needed to talk he was there to help. He plays with so many members and makes them feel welcome. He steps up everyday to help with training and motivating members to do their best. For the good of the community even during disputes with other members he’s found ways to bury the hatchet. As a captain I have watch him grow taking on the every challenge while it is preparing him to be a general one day. For these reasons I believe he deserves this award

We kept playing together and both had the same playing style so we kept in touch. Since then we played together and he’s actually the one who recruited me into KSI. I heard stories about what imperial was like before him and I heard how he turned imperial around. He was able to turn the squad around enough it was able to split into two successful squads and then able to again increase the squad enough to get the squad splitter award. This is all well and good but rogue actually cares about his members more than just gaming. There of been multiple occasions where I’ve called rogue at some ungodly hour and he was there for me because I needed somebody he was able to talk to me and helped me in ways other people couldn’t because he did care. Rogue is invested so much time into this community and truly deserves to be general of the year.

Gamer tag- KSI DCRUNK Forums link - @KSI DCRUNK Award - Outstanding Service Level 1 i haven’t known him long but in the time I have I’ve seen what an exceptional and well rounded officer he is. He is very skilled with recruiting and with promotion being able to get them done in a quick and timely pace as well as having them accurate. He also is great at giving people a chance to learn that includes letting others recruit someone he knows so they can learn to better recruit. This man deserves Outstanding Service Level 1.

He doesn’t just care about his own division but also helps other divisions as best he can. Skarze has been an amazing leader and person. He’s great to game with and an amazing person to talk to. He has been an amazing in his help when I’ve needed to know how to do something I KSI and who to talk to. He asks the hard questions and expects answers but that is how things get done.

Gamertag - KSI RogueLSG88 Forums - @KSI RogueLSG88 Award - OS Level 1 Reasoning - Rogue has been the reason that most people have joined imperial and he was the reason that imperial got big enough that we were able to split in such a short amount of time after I joined. His love for KSI led him to do amazing recruiting to help grow the squad he cares about his memories on more than just a gaming level he’s jumped into parties with me whenever I was in a very bad place at 1:30 in the morning she was online with me and helping me through it.

KSI RogueLSG88 I consider as a mentor because he brought me in to KSI and that even though he’s the general he didn’t just forget about me anytime I have a question anytime I don’t feel comfortable about something I always know I can go right to him and he will help me up. He sat with me and my first promotion and give me some pointers after in a Way that it didn’t sound like I messed up in that it was just in the area I could grow in. The other reason I consider them a mentor is because even on issues outside of KSI he’s been there is somebody I could talk to and ask for help or advice whenever needed. For these reasons I consider him a great mentor to me and he will help a lot of other people in the future just like me
