He is the prime example of persevering through the hard times and coming out the other side even stronger = Strength. This guy right here keeps his cool, is very level-headed and doesn’t let rank/title interfere with his dialogue with you. He treats you as an equal member of this team. He has kept momentum through it all and has been a symbol of Strength that KSI stands for. I appreciate both his guidance and down-to-earth attitude. She has become an example for others to look up to. She joined marketing and has been on point letting everyone in SL know what is happening and also taking part in almost every event. He has been reaching out to members, even getting them engaged on the spur of the moment. Every event reaching party max and then some. He has mastered recruiting and is knocking out promotions as well. He is actively engaging with members both on Xbox as well as on Discord. He is knocking out workshops and is always ready to learn more. He is proving to be a great officer for the members in Imperial and a great example for his fellow officers.
