With all he has done, @Scarface 77 doesn't only deserve OS3 FINALLY, but he also deserves Most Outstanding. He has gone above and beyond the expectation to create a better KSI. From workshops to CT 201 to his Clan Ops success. He is a locomotive of knowledge and know-how. Reward this man finally for his incredible achievements and not just because of his amazing accolades in the past but for what he also does for this community every day still.

Awards for the Additional Workshops that are available. They wouldn't be required for Jack of All Trade, but they would be supplemental awards which would be great to have and also it would also give more incentive for officers across the community to host more than just the same 4-5 workshops all the time. @KSI Starset 7

So much can be said about @KSI HIPPARU. When she first got here, Prestige SL was in a bad time. With only her General and herself as officers, she went above and beyond as an SSGT. She learned as much as she could, absorbed all the knowledge around her and become a powerhouse officer. From recruiting to training there is very little that she doesn't know how to do now. She overcame the hardship of a poached squad and made it successful. Recently she was promoted to General of that squad and now is leading her team each and every day. She has a strong will and if need be will do what is necessary to build and grow her squad. Looking at the bigger picture, if she continues to go in the direction she is going and continues to learn and grow and then relay that information to her officers and squad, I guarantee you that we may be seeing her become a 7 one day soon. When it comes to hard work and determination, KSI HIPPARU checks those boxes! Outstanding for sure.

First, as a General in Imperial i redesigned the Recruiting and Promoting Procedures to become faster and more efficient. Updated and created a standard to which officers would post that recruitment or promotion in the respective channel. I also designed a standard for how the Promotions List was to be set up and the weekly schedule format. I also set up the standard for posting not only the Chain of Command with updated officer lists in the squad announcements section, but also an alphabetized Officer list for Recruiting purposes to aide in the recruitment process for officers and SGTs alike. As a CoFounder, I wrote up all these procedures and with KSI Swag 77 and KSI Grifful 7's approval, they were released as SL's new Standardized Recruiting Process and Standardized Promoting Process. This new process has effectively and efficiently been utilized and is now the set standard for Clan Ops in SL. Here are some screenshots of the posting formats, officer lists, promotions list etc. Implementation of the Chain of Command and Alphabetized Officer List Utilization of the Promotions List format in SL Game and Workshop Formats Secondly, I created the DTC or the Divisional Tournament Council in SL and has been attended by members from across the community and beyond. The DTC is a prize tournament and competition based council created to bring a more competitive edge to the division and community, to drive traffic to the forums, to boost recruiting in respective squads and to create interconnected relationships among fellow KSI members and non-members. I also make sure that events are NEVER planned on Weekend Warfare times and we don't host events during Annual Events dates so we can bring activity to those events. Spearheaded and coordinated by me, I use my own money as prizes for winners of the tournaments about twice a month. I created a Discord Server for our DTC based discussions. The council consists of myself as a coordinator and then 1-3 members per squad (usually 2 members that hold the rank of SGT or higher per squad) to act as representatives for their squad to deliver tournament announcements, receive tournament ideas and desires from the members and then discuss and bring together game type and game mode ideas to the table for voting amongst the Community. DTC meetings are hosted twice per month. One in the beginning of the month to determine tournament ideas. The ideas are then posted in a poll, the community votes, then signups begin and first tournament is hosted around mid month. Second monthly meeting of the DTC, takes place a day or so after the first event and goes over the success of the tournament and then collaborating ideas for the end of the month tournament etc. First event that I hosted with the DTC brought 60 participants for a MW 2v2 Gunfight, 2nd event brought 33 participants for a R6 3v3 Secure. The DTC has been successful in delivering what what asked for in this division and across the community.
