He's done an outstanding job directing the leadership, while still giving us the space to make our own decisions. He's constantly has the betterment of the community in mind and is never afraid to make a tough decision in order to help achieve that. Over the past month, he has come up with many new ideas and ways to shape the division for success. All of our 7s staff contribute to the team we are today, but we wouldn't be as successful, without Swag's leadership. It seems like literally every second that I see swag on xbox, he is trying to contribute to this community in some way. I can't say that about many other people. Even though, he is somewhat new to the officer core, I see great things to come. Always helping other members get engaged with the community. He hosts extremely successful events. Just like our officers, he is always willing to help someone in need. Over the past month, he has been shining extremely brightly in all of the categories.

Since KSI Swag 77 transferred into SL, he has consistently been going above and beyond. Every single day I see him always going full throttle putting love and motivation, into this community. He has done an outstanding job, since earning the rank of Division Leader. He has brought vast amounts of knowledge into our division and share this, with the majority of our leadership and we've seen vast improvements. He always interacting with all five squads in SL, trying to help wherever he can. Swag doesn't just "do his job as Division Leader" he is always trying to push to himself to be the best Division Leader out there. Therefore while leading by example, he pushes us all to be the best we all can be.

Since the day I've met KSI DC 7, he has been going above and behind for this community. Always trying to improve the community in some way. He did a phenomenal job as General of Imperial and has now earned the rank of Co-Founder. He has taken on this role, with great strength. Since this promotion he has branched out even more, when it comes to going above and beyond. He is now consistently doing all of these things, on a much larger scale. Even when it comes to Depart Operations. I'm very proud of the changes I've seen in him, since achieving OS lvl1.
