While making the impact he has in the community whether it was clan ops or department ops. Let's start with some achievements Recruiting over 150 members Training over 130 members in clans Department Hall of Fame Department Head of the Year Devoted General OTM divisional 3 sperate times KSI Divisional Hall of Fame I first met him as KSI AceStrkr25 in 2019 as a member of Templar SL. He still had the drive to be officer but Personal life schedule was too hectic. But always willing to pick up and help with activity even as a member. He was one of the few members to reach out to me when I stepped away from my general seat, and give me an ear to vent to. When I came back to SL in 2021, I was surprised to find him still here under a new name asuma as a Co-Founder. Didn't surprise me to see him at that rank. But that name came out of left field. Since then he has been doing amazing things including rebuilding the Productions Department to new heights. Being the last member to ever hold the rank of Founder even when it was semi retired. And officially retired when he stepped away to focus on Productions. All while balancing being the head of Productions, pursuing a college degree, and having a family. Helping to rebuild a sqaud from the ground up in the midst of a dying Sovereign Legacy divison. This member has dedicated so much time to this community. To say that this member has not earned Outstanding Service with all his achievements, time, love, and dedication to this community is an injustice. I call upon these members to step up and help right a wrong long overdue. I can honestly say that @KSIxAsuma 77 has been a mentor to me. Since joining productions, he has taught me how to stream. No matter the time he's always available to give advice and help where needed. He gives honest feedback and where to improve in a way where even when you're in trouble it doesn't sound like it's the end of the world. He will take time away from his day to answer any questions and help you get tk where you want to be in the department.
