It's an absolute game changer, he's put in so much work with going out and getting recruits or if it on member retention he also down to help anyone who needs it. He also makes sure the game nights are active and popping in to party and checking on members. He makes sure to get everyone active in the party or game night. Getting through all his workshops that are needed to even become one. He’s always popping into parties checking on the members and helping any officer with any activities They need help. He’s always read up and extending his knowledge as well and Will take any workshop even if you’re already took it before he will just sit And learn and further extend his knowledge and always down to learn something new.
