Somehow, both times I've transferred it's turned out to be the best decision I've ever made. I never knew it beforehand and was extremely hesitant both times. But to those of you offered a business transfer or a new opportunity, take it. For real, TAKE IT! KSI Leadership is a weird and wild place, where politics can often get in the way of the best ideas or prevent people from even thinking of the best options for the future. But it's important to know who you are, and never compromise yourself or change how you operate just to get a promotion or move up. Just actively strive to be the best you can possibly can be at your position. Even if it takes you months upon months of staying the same rank. Don't change for those above you. Be yourself, and be awesome!
