Reasoning why they deserve this -Where do we start? He is always there and available when needed. No matter what silly question I have come to him with, he is there and at the ready. He has so much to do but he is ever present with our division, helping answer questions as soon as he can, joking around making people feel welcome and party of the family, or being encouraging to member to encourage growth of the division in general. He has been a great force to help us think of new great ways of making KSI great. He has sat there and stayed strong through months of obstacles that the division has gone through and is still one of the first to let us know we have worked hard and done great things.

Reasoning why they deserve this - since he came to ES he has been a force to recognize. Whether its hopping in parties to let people know he is always there as a friend and just to hang out making him one of the most approachable leaders I have met to date, or just being there to help shape thing up things to make his new home a great place to be. He is always there encouraging members, helping them find the way to their why, and pushing them to the bright futures. Not only the bright times, he has stood there and struggled with each squad through their trials and tribulations they have seen and doesn't loose faith in people from a singular failure.

Reasoning why they deserve this - As a co-founder I know him to be there for everyone, helping, doing, and stretching himself thin in order to obtain success. I may not be a member of his division but hearing all the wonderful things said about this man lets me know he is not only a beloved member but a co founder who loves his division. He being a performance officer is what brought us together, but you can always see him striving to give people all the help and support they need. He breaks down barriers between squads and divisions welcoming any KSI member into his parties as well as joining and being friendly and hospitable to both new and old members regardless of his own personal stress levels and strife. Even though he is not my co founder, being a New General over my squad, I have even had moments to come to him for advice when I was stumped and needed help and he was there for me even though I was in a whole other division.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Hatter has been my General in now two Divisions, and I find it funny that a General who won the General of the year, never once won this. She is on constantly for her members, whether its in the car over her Bluetooth to make sure things run smoothly and communication is always open, or in the store while she picks out the snacks for her children. You may say that family comes first and while that in itself is true, Hatter treats EVERY KSI member as family and lets them know if they ever need her or just an ear if they are struggling, her party is always open and her couch is super comfy. She pushes hard for people to be active, pulls them out of their solace and gets them hyped about each and every thing that comes across the KSI schedule. She helps members daily to push for new heights, whether it is on the competitive level, helping them sort out what their place is in KSI, or even ignighting new friendships among members.

Reasoning why they deserve this - HE isnt afraid to push through. A singular sentence but anyone knowing that a leader who stays through trials and struggles and still pushed through the drama and stuff to keep the atmosphere fun and a pleasant one at that. When he needs information, he isnt afraid of asking anyone he knows he can approach people for knowledge or to think tank a solution. He is one person that I could say is the backbone of his squad for sure.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This member is there for anyone and everyone. From the moment he joined KSI he has thirsted for knowledge and pushed to help others find it as well. He is constantly there in our discord helping people and keeping the chatter going along with activity. He is willing to help people through games that he has beaten and probably is tired of running through the same things over and over, doing all with a laugh and smile on his face. As his Gen, he never once gives an excuse as to why things arent done, as he never misses a deadline and is always gun-ho to push to do more to help out both the squad and division. I can not wait to see what comes from this member and know that he is a beacon of what KSI stands for.
