She has earned her Jack Of All Trades and was a force in Leadership 101. Siren is very knowledgeable not only in KSI based knowledge but also in where to find answers. She is one of the most humble people I know and often puts herself far outside her comfort zone to help members and her fellow officers. She joined the News Dept a few months ago where she also flourishes and her ideas are often well met. Siren is quick to accomplish any task asked of her and goes above and beyond to be helpful as a Capt. The most important thing here in KSI is member retention and She also excels at this remembering pertinent individual details about each and every member. If a member was recently sick or otherwise not doing well Siren is the first to ask if they're okay or if there's anything she can do to help. She has also personally funded a few games for individuals who might not have been able to play along and helped with Gold memberships, Twitch Subs and headset purchases. She never asks for praise or a return but I'd like for her to know how much this community truly appreciates such a kind, giving and inspiring person such as herself. Siren attends every gamenight she is able and lends a fun atmosphere to the group. She has also spent a ton of hours with me personally recruiting and has brought in some solid members. Siren deserves this award as much as anyone I know who has it, for all of these reasons and more to come.

Fadez is a good dude offering help and advice anytime hes called upon. Having had the chance to work with him in the News Department was a great experience and his work and knowledge across a plethora of different departments helped a lot when it came to covering events or gathering info for an article. Fadez embodies Knowledge Strength and Integrity in all that he does and members and departments are able to benefit from his kind approachable manner and vast knowledge within KSI . He is a mentor to many in many ways and yet he is still very humble and approachable. Fadez is a trend setter and an idea factory coming up with many ideas and finding ways to implement them here for the betterment of Dept. Ops. Just a few reasons why he deserves this award.

She naturally makes people feel comfortable coming to her with any issue any time of day. She is diligent in her work as well, never slacking and often putting aside real life needs to benefit KSI in some way. She commands respect but never through fear, people genuinely strive to do well and meet expectations and even better themselves in her presence. She embodies everything a good leader should be. She takes on extra work often if it will benefit her members or staff, even volunteering to proctor KSI educational classes. She joined productions team and earned member of the month in her department the first month she was there for volunteering to do way more than what was asked of her. She also has earned Gen OTM and CPT OTM respectively through her hard work and dedication. Her members love her and her officers respect and follow her lead. Trixie is a sponge when it comes to KSI related knowledge as well and was a huge part of her squad splitting and in the success of both squads thereafter. She is someone that ANYONE can feel comfortable asking advice or for help and more often than not thoroughly examines an issue in order to find the best possible solution or compromise. Trixie is a pro recruiter as well often times bringing in more than 10 recruits a month for her Division. She cares about the success of the Div as a whole as well often immersing herself into programs designed to help Divs succeed such as the PO departments new educational tools.She is a powehouse of a Gen and WHEN, not if, she becomes a CoFo she will continue to do amazing things for the ongoing success of DM.

KSIxROMEO 7 @KSIxROMEO 7 Outstanding Service LVL 2 Romeo Romeo, where art thou,, answer = everywhere. Literally. The mans Gen of two squads while performing all his duties as Div Lead. Romeo was an integral part of helping Discord split and Wrath being born. He never failed to take the time training both new Gens over each squad and is ALWAYS available to answer questions and help out in any way necessary. Heres the really cool thing though, not only is the man approachable, direct, honest, trustworthy and an excellent mentor, He also is awesome at maintaining the integrity of each roll he performs. Ive spoken with Romeo in each capacity he fulfills. Sometimes he gives me advice as a Div lead, sometimes as my Co-Fo, Sometimes as my Gen. Even just shooting the proverbial Poop member to member is awesome and a good time. Romeo will be at work and on that xbox app just building up members and making time for the community. He is a solid man and a huge asset to DM and an integral part to DMs success. DM would likely not be where it is at today if not for his unwavering sense of duty and Knowledge Strength and Integrity. He is the embodiment of KSI.

General KSI Trixie @Trixie DM Discord Trixie deserves this award because even as a new General she is extremely diligent and dedicated at the position. She is constantly making time for our members and striving to learn. She is the farthest thing from stagnant or placative in all of her endeavors and seeks to grow her squad in both knowledge and members. Retention of her members is important to her as well and she is very giving in both her time and approach-ability. She may be new to the position but she already excels and will always excel in any position here in KSI as she moves on up.

Hi , I'm a Jets fan ,,,, that's right i said it aloud . Why you may ask ,,, because I'm an internet warrior and all the soda cans and chips you just threw at your screen after hearing such an audacious claim written in plain text ,,, cant hurt me ! Its a long arduous journey being a Jets fan , we don't get to start with hope at the beginning of any given season , however we remain stoic strong and steadfast that somewhere out there is an omniscient being that hears our desolate cries and pleas every halftime when we are playing our Division rivals the Patriots . Gang Green they call our fan base ,, irony to say the least . The rotting appendage of the AFC East yet we drag our deflated dreams onto the field every game and hope year after year for some good draft picks . We are a resilient fan base taking all our pride in a few completions a game and a good run or two a year . Small in stature and yet mighty in sheer Grit and determination we stand proud in the face of humility ! Whats it like to be a fan of your favorite NFL team ? Excited for the new season ? One simple award called " Stepping up " ,,, awarded monthly to one member/officer of each division for showing vast improvements across all levels of KSI. Rewarding our members for being great is easy , but sometimes it can be difficult to see beyond a cloudy past or a rough beginning . I believe rewarding improvement can only serve to strengthen KSI as a whole .

Co-Founder KSI DRAGONS 7 @Dragons 7 DM Reason they deserve this award: Dragons and myself didn't always see eye to eye in some areas. This does not change the fact that the man works tirelessly for KSI and is someone we all feel we can approach with any issue at any time . I often see him up working in the wee hours of the night making sure everything is running smoothly. Ive also seen Dragons works first hand to alleviate tensions and disagreements no matter how minor or major the disagreement. Good sense of humor and solid work ethic go a long way ! Dragons is someone Id want on board in most any situaton that could arise in KSI. General KSI AWOL @KSI AWOL DM DISCORD Reason they deserve this award: Awol is a man of vision , for his members , his squad , his division and KSI at large . More importantly , He is a man of action ! Ive never seen ( and doubt I ever will see ) this man back down from a situation that needs a good hard look or some questioning or even some good ol fashioned hard work . He has an innate ability to see the logic in any situation he is faced with. Furthermore he works tirelessly for KSI , anytime a member needs ANYTHING , Awol will drop what he is doing and not only help the person in question , but he will stay and see the problem through to fruition all with a pleasant demeanor and the patience of a Saint. Awol personally takes the time to see that his team is educated and given resources to accomplish any task all while maintaining the humility to seek help if he himself does not readily know the answer. Polite , infectious , courteous , kind , hardworking and unflappable , Trixie is the type of officer that gets things done . She is an amazing asset to this team when it comes to recruiting and promoting new members , Her natural charisma makes newcomers feel welcome even if it is past her bedtime and she has to work in the morning lol . In the week long LOA of our General ( KSI AWOL ) Trixie was an absolute force in helping send recruiting messages ( over 150 messages ) and helping our squad bring in 10 recruits in one week ! Her game nights are always run in an orderly fashion and she always has a great turnout , even reaching out to other squads for joint game nights !
