Name: KSI Dropshot 7 Link to Forums Account: @Mr. DropShot Award-/-Achievement: Outstanding Service lvl. 2 Reason-/-Evidence: I am surprised that KSI Dropshot 7 does not have his OS2 already with all he does for the good of KSI. Personally I witnessed him going above and beyond just in the last Turkey Bowl. With all the stuff DM went through during that time we were excited to be a real part of KSI as a whole. It might sound weird but our members wanted to be heard and show that DM was still breathing. The challenge poll was their answer. As many of our members got on to vote they found themselves not able to get on forums due to an email issue. Dropshot, no matter what time of day or night was there to save us. All I had to do was shoot him a message and within 5 minutes the member was taken care of and voting. I started feeling guilty for the amount of messages I was sending but Dropshot always made it seem like it was absolutely no big deal. He definitely went above and beyond to help DM during a tough tough time.

KSI Kakashii 77 @Kakashii 77 OS Lvl 2 (if not lvl 3 as well) Reasoning: KSI Kakashii 77 definitely deserves this award. He took over LCC when the position needed to be filled unexpectedly and at a very crucial time for KSI. He was there for the whole turning point to finally get KSI on board with Hydra which was not an easy task. He stayed professional throughout and never let his own opinions influence the commentary or debate about the peace talks. Then to add to the mass confusion he also was taking notes and monitoring the chats during the meeting times. Honestly, I have no clue how he even accomplished that with all the "friendly" debating that took place. I truly believe that without KSI Kakashii 77's professionalism it would have been an even uglier and longer process. He definitely went above and beyond to bring KSI into a lot more stable and better place.

KSI accomplished a milestone in the peace talks with Hydra and He was there to deal with all the positives and negatives of talks between the BoD, LC members, and Hydra. I believe he was a true example of professionalism as he conducted LC meetings with this extremely hard and controversial subject. He stayed on task and kept to the subject at hand. He also has conducted interviews for new LC members at 3 am in order to get to every applicant. Im not sure how he accomplished running the meetings, monitoring the chat during meetings and taking notes but he did that for a few months. And to do all of that on top of the sensitive material handled in the meetings is really unbelievable to me as just a note taker. He is always available to answer any questions or needs I have and honestly I am very excited to be able to nominate him for OTY considering he was an intricate part of helping get the peace talks started, and continuing in a positive direction. He is always available day or night and he has already experienced full force the curse of DM, no sleep lol. He is active in all the chats, from encouraging the officers to meeting and greeting members. He is trying new game types in order to be active in gamenight's and individual parties. The total upheaval of our division didn't scare him one bit. He rolled up his sleeves and began working right beside the leaders in DM to repair and heal the remaining squads. He helped us from our first 7's meeting by setting new goals to learning basics over again.. King has shined as an example of what this community is all about, family and team work. He will never ever realize the amount of members he has a positive influence on. He has grown in many ways this year. He has come into his own about standing up for himself and others. He has definitely been in the trenches for KSI in trying to maintain a safe and fun gaming community for all the members in DM. Even as a div lead he is out there recruiting and then spending hours getting the new recruit connected and involved. His work ethic is such that at one point this year he wore three hats, div lead, acting cofo, and acting General all at the same time. He gets tired but is always ready to jump in and help in any situation. He remains professional and always sees things from his point of view but also from the other members point of view. He never uses his rank for power or self benefit. He always sees it as more ways to help others. DM would never have made it this year without him. As a general she never allowed anyone to sway her from her duties. She always took the time to keep close eye on details and never shied away from her squad becoming the best it could be. He first stepped up to be an officer to help his General out but that quickly turned to also wanting to help each member have their best KSI experience. He took on every promotion, every recruitment and every gamenight with a smile and never complained. He reached out to all the members and many times I've seen him in chat telling someone that he didn't have a game but would get it in order to play with them. He is everyday putting positive qoutes in the chats and trying to get hype going with questions and/or polls. He is truly going to prove to be a young powerhouse in this division. He has gone above and beyond to help out any member however young or old, good gamer or bad. He is very aware of every individual and "gets a feeling" when they need a personal message or talk. He lives the code of KSI on a daily basis minute by minute and no matter what happens or the problems that come up he is positive, patient and up beat through all of them. He is willing to help in any way possible and is even willing to get "the stink eye from his wife for being on too late taking care of others. We love you Ocean. He has the patience that most all us leaders would love to have. He can be in a party and even though he cruises through gaming he always slows down and picks members up and teaches them or carries them. Even if its hours in a raid. I have never heard him speak a negative word about anyone and he always gos with the flow and just continues on to the end no matter what challenge in RL he may be dealing with. He supports the newest recruit to the oldest leader. Rank means nothing to him because he is friendly and that's everyone equal.

Co-Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Joe 7 CoFo/DM/Cruelty and Venom Link to forums account - @KSI Joe 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - This man is a Die Hard. He takes a beating and always makes it to the final round. His one flaw is not seeing just how tremendously incredible he really really is. DM for the last few months unfortunately has had an incredible work load for 2 of its cofo's, Joe being one of them, and he never missed a beat. He never dodged the punches. (And he never slept). Whether its recruiting, promotions, dealing with an unbelievable amount of fluff, or taking time from all THAT to play and integrate new members into there squads and DM he did it without flinching. He will never understand how much he helps me personally. Whether it be helping with a list of fluff to words of encouragement he is always there for me. And the one most important and biggest reason I am still a cofo is he is always, ALWAYS, reminding me that all and everything we do is for the members.
