Whether it’s just chilling in a party or doing work he’s always there to support his members. I’ve seen him give new members the ability to change their Gamertag to reflect KSI and make them feel at home with a family. He is the perfect example of a role model within this community and will do anything in his power to help LS succeed. This division has taken some hits but he is always there to encourage us to keep working hard and that he’s right there with us. His love for this community definitely shows.

I haven't seen a div leader jump from party to party to hang out with their members in a long time and Akame does this each day. His div has taken a lot of hits but his spirit hasn't been crushed by it but encourages his members to keep striving and to not give up. He is a leader to definitely look up to and I certainly do. He helps mentor the members and answer any questions that may go to him. He's such a laid back guy with a strong passion for this community and his division. I am proud to work with Swagg and share the same passion that he has for Trocity and the members. He will always inspire his officers to keep doing their best even when things look dark. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Kazeshini 7 (GEN/ Trocity LS) Link to forums account - @Kazeshini 7 Reasoning why the deserve this - Coming into this squad I could see the struggles that she has been dealing with. The squad was hurt from the attacks of a black listed community but she has strived to bring the squad to where it is now which is growing and succeeding. She is a great general and a respectable leader within this community. She will continue to work hard for her squad. Forum Staff (ADMIN/MODS/DEPARTMENT HEADS) Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Nebula 7 (marketing dep head) Link to forums account - @Nebula 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - I have quite enjoyed working with Nebula in marketing, he wants to make sure that we are doing our jobs as reps to get members involved with the other activities within KSI. Also figuring out why people don't like doing certain things. He always has a positive attitude and a ton of energy. An amazing Dep. head in my opinion. He has the determination and respect to become a great leader and I see great things coming from this member. He is definitely a remarkable person.

He always has an upbeat personality even when things get tough. I’m honored to know this guy and to have had the chance to work with him. She teamed up with me to help make a spread sheet for us officers to help keep track of our members and what’s going on. She is always ready to welcome new members into the family and tries her best to get recruits even though she works at night. It has been a great honor getting to know her and work with her as an officer. She is an amazing officer and can’t wait to see how far she goes. Watching this guy grow into his own officer and having the privilege to work with him. He’s always willing to learn and work even when we have a “vacation”. Invalid is an awesome guy to know and to have help teach about playing siege to members who want to try it out.

Good ole grandpa Gary, there is a lot to say about this man with how dedicated to KSI he is and dedicated to his members. When I first joined KSI back in the WI days he really helped me out with figuring out the KSI ways after coming from XGN. He does that with all the new members he comes across, he has such a family trait to him to make all members (new or old) feel like they’re part of a big happy family. He will go out of his way to try and game with all the members to this day and I’ve known a lot of directors in my time of gaming communities to which hardly any of them still game with the lower ranking members. Keep being you grandpa Gary, an awesome man I’ve known for years.

Since day one that he has been in KSI, he has gone above and beyond to help out. He games with all the members (new and old), strives to help make cruelty great again, and works with the other officers to get everything done. He takes the extra mile and plus some to help all members, whether it be community related or even personal. He is definitely a role model to all members (even me). I know he will continue to help make DM into a greater Div with all of his knowledge and how much he cares about it.

KSI Kratos18 Cruelty DM I am also questioning why the separation of 7 staff and squads during events like spring break, spirit week, etc.. I feel like it promotes a segregation of the members within the community because 7 staff or not we are all equal members as well as a family. I believe it is time for a change that way there is equality for all members of KSI to be able to have a team of whoever they please versus what it is now.

I can vouch for the member assistance award for this awesome guy. When I was first in KSI, Grandpa Gary was the guy that was always there to help his members. He helped me get more motivated within the community. He’s the best guy to go to with any questions.

I witness this award due to the fact the littlest things will trigger him to no end, causing him to hide offline and avoid all people till the saltiness dies down

How eccentric she is about everything she does brings motivation within the leaders. She does so much for KSI and you see the passion that she has. She is certainly a leader to look up and talk to no matter what. KSI Joe 7 has been a role model to all members within DM and cruelty. Since I’ve been in KSI he has been nothing but a great and amazing guy, striving to keep his family interactive and growing each time. He is a great motivational speaker and speaks from lots of experience. I’m glad to have him as a general because as a returning member he is helping me relearn the ways of KSI while giving me some great constructive criticism. Thank you for all that you do Joe.
