Hes always asking questions and looking for ways to better himself and DM. He got a lot going on with his News obligations but he still makes sure to make time for our members as well. He works closely with his General to ensure the she has all the tools she needs to succeed and it shows. Cant wait to see what this guy is capable of in the future. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Shocker (General- DM/Cruelty) Link to forums account - @KSI Shocker Reasoning why the deserve this - Shocker has really proven his worth since he has become a General for Cruelty. Even with his hectic schedule IRL and his Military duties, he makes sure that his members are well taken care of. Hes always available to game, help out, or just talk the night away if that is what is needed of him. It's been nothing short of inspiring to watch him work here. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI refined (General- DM/Sinister) Link to forums account - @KSI refined Reasoning why they deserve this - refined is one of the hardest working and determined people I've met in my KSI career. He is always pushing himself to do and be better so that everyone in his squad is happy and taken care of. Always the 1st to jump on promotions or cover a Gamenight if needed. He has been a HUGE help in training the new officers as they have come into the fold and so much more. It's going to be a great show to watch him work as he takes on his new chapter as General of Sinister. Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - Scorpion0017 (CPL- DM/Sinister) Link to forums account - @Scorpion0017 Reasoning why they deserve this - Scorpion is one of those members that everyone wants to be around. Hes one you really wish was an Officer because you know how great he would be at it, but your just glad hes here and is happy. Hes easy going, always helping people out in game, and is just fun to be around. I'm really glad that I've had the opportunity to get to know him during our time here in KSI and can consider him a good friend. But like I said before, I'd say everyone feels that way. Lol Scorpion is a great guy and an awesome member.

Whenever we need advice, support, knowledge, or even just help covering a Gamenight, Grunt is there. I've personally looked up to this man for a long time. He has been a mentor to not only myself but countless others. He has taken his role as a director to a hole new level with the amount of effort he puts in. I've seen quite a few come through and assist but nothing on the level of Gruntier. No matter where this man goes or what position or title he holds, he will take it to new height. It has been a wonderful experience every step of the way. When she decides to take something, she dives in head first and comes out dirtier then all the others, and you best believe, that Poop got handled. She doesnt know just how major of a role she has played in the success of this division and continues to be. Even when she is completely overwhelmed with her work and IRL she still pushes through and gets the job done. She has been a mentor to many, friend to even more. She goes out of her way to make sure everyone has what they need and are happy. Still, with her limited time as a general, I dont think I've ever seen someone have such a HUGE impact on not only the squad, but the whole division. Its doesnt matter who you are or what your position, she will make time for you. Sit with you for hours just listening to all you have to say for no other reason than she truly cares about every single member of KSI. Everyone in her squad looks to her as a guiding light and mentor. Everyone loves and respects her deeply. She played a HUGE role in the growth and split of Venom into Sinister. Recruiting, hosting gamenights, spending time with the members. And making everyone feel welcome. Pam truly embodies what it means to be a leader in KSI. Category: Captain Gamertag: KSI Joe 7 Forums Account Link / @: @KSI Joe 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Well I'm pretty sure EVERYONE in KSI either personally knows, or knows of KSI Joe 7. He has up and down the ranks of KSI a few times now, but no matter his position hes has always shown and treated every member with respect and kindness. He is truly a recruiting monster, (he wont like reading that part lol) but it's true, and every single person the Joe has introduced into to KSI has had a 1st class welcome. He makes sure everyone meets as many people as they can. When he was a Captain in Venom this was no different and he even helped bring about and became the 1st General of Sinister. Even to this day he goes out of his way to make sure everyone is taken care of. Working his butt off to make it up the ranks. During his training, he absorbed everything like a new sponge. As a LT he really stood out from others in his position mainly due to his drive to do great. He has always gone above and beyond at every position hes held. As a LT he was eager to learn as much as he possibly could. As he recruited til he couldnt anymore. Lol he jumped on the promotion list and made sure to introduce the new members to other squad mates. Its was so refreshing to see someone coming up with such an attitude about KSI. He cares about each and every one of his members and trys to be there for all as well. He does all this while also being active duty in our Navy. He is a true inspiration for many members and officers alike.

She is always ready to do promotions and help with recruiting, and keeping the members active. Jumping in and hosting gamenights, and so much more. The members love and respect her. Everyone wants to hang out with Siren because she is always bringing life to every party. I truly look forward to seeing what she brings to the table in the future. This is one to watch. She is going to make a difference in many peoples live while she is here.

So.. you hear a lot of people say KSI is like a family to them. Well with Pam, it's not "like" a family. It IS family. Because no matter what, she always gonna be there for you. She will move mountains, cross raging rivers, and jump that largest of seas to get to you and make sure everything is ok. And if it's not, then she isn't leaving your side til it is. There are not enough characters in the forums itself to list individually the things the amazing person has done for the people of DM and KSI. Need a couple bucks to change your GT? shes got you. Need to bend someones ear for hours on end? Shes for you. Need help running a mission in a game? Shes got you. Just need a small confidence boost because everything seems to be going the exact opposite direction you planned? Shes got you. No matter how big, small, or sideways your issue. Pam is there. And she always will be. I was the one that recruited DontAsk, and you try to teach the new members as much as possible so that they have everything they need, but with her, I have learned SO MUCH more than I could have ever hoped to have taught her. She makes us better people. Not just gamers. There is not a more Outstanding person, or more deserving person on xbox much less this community. OS1 is nowhere near enough what this woman deserves. There is not 1 single person in this community that could say a negative thing about KSIDntAskImAwfl. That in and of itself, speaks bounds as to what kind of person she is and we should all be trying to be.

Trixie has taken to being a General quicker than almost anyone I've seen so far. She is always looking for ways to help her members in any way she can, and she does it on a level most couldnt. Whether that be talking to members when they need an ear, or even helping someone with xbox gold til they can get back on their feet. Trixie always willing to host Gamenights. Meetings, workshops, or anything asked of her. She is an inspiration to see as work. So many people here in DM respect and look to her for guidance. She is a tremendous leader and I cant wait to see what she still has to bring to the table in the future. She more than deserves this award.

Working the the officer staff to make sure nobody falls through the cracks and keeps members as active as possible. Even as the stress of a squad split was plawas on her this past week you would never know it. Her, along with the rest of the officers have done a fantastic job moving people over to the new squad in an effortless manner. He has worked very hard to make it to where he is, and I look forward to seeing where he goes from here.
