During the drought of officers in Defiant a while ago he simply performed all the officer duties necessary each and every day and managed to basically win a grow by 20 by himself. Even though now he has a tighter schedule with a new job, he still manages to do what is needed of him every week and continues to teach myself on being a better officer. Moon has become a mentor to me and I strive to be able to handle officer work the way he has.
