Definitely can say she's a quick learner when it comes to running to applications. Constantly asking questions and taking advice from upper leadership looking to further her experience in the area so she can be the best Join Mod she possibly can.

Dropping Vote To Witness Web Ops very own diamond Jewels works her butt off to make sure that the area functions flawlessly everyday as it should now you can say that's her job and you'd be correct in that however Jewels goes above and beyond in her quote unquote job title as I explained in her nomination statement for the Web Ops Hall of Fame Something I like to do is check in with the Join/Rejoin Mods to see how they're doing and to see if upper leadership is contacting them and there is one common factor there and it's Jewels if I could take a quote from one of the Join Mods it'd be this "Jewels always checks on me to see if I need help she truly makes me feel like I belong here and not just here to do apps" to me that's something that you don't see to often these days it's dedication and drive like that you wanna see for any potential leader in this community now I'm not saying she does this because it's her job I genuinely feel she cares about the staff below her and only wants the best for them so in closing Jewels is many things such as a friend a teacher ect but most of all she's a leader

KSI DarkAngeI 7 @KSI DarkAngeI 7 OS Level 1 for KSI DarkAngeI 7 In all honesty I'm surprised Dark doesn't have this award nonetheless I'm gonna explain to you why she deserves this award. Dark has been around the community for a very long time. Done many great things in Clan Ops from climbing the ranks in DR to ultimately being a key factor in the split of DR to make CD. Transferring over to DW climbing the ranks there becoming a General of Samurai DW she transferred over to ES in 2019 and this is where her Clan Ops road ends however during her time in Clan Ops she achieved many things impacted many individuals along the way but although she had a great history in Clan Ops I feel dark has left a great impact in Web Ops she became a part of this area in 2020 in Web Ops she has done many things from climbing the ranks of Join Mod to Senior Moderator but during this time she has shown time and time again why she deserves her current position I recall one instance where she exemplified her leadership when GSM (Game Section Mod) was a thing we had a staff member who was special needs and the section they were in charge of was Apex Legends and DarkAngel would always be the first to step up to assist him with his section it didn't matter how long it took she would work with him and wouldn't stop working until that member was 100% satisfied with the section these days Dark is in charge of the staff members below her and she runs a tight ship there but from what she has told me her main goal is to ensure everyone below her is having a great time and they know what they should know so to say she hasn't left her mark on Web Ops is a understatement Now let's talk about the accomplishments she's achieved here Hall of Fame, Web Ops Hall of Fame, Division Creator, Forums Staff OTY, Double Trouble, Forums Staff OTM, Squad Splitter, Committed, Dedicated, Devoted so you can see she's done great things here in this community but it's up to guys and girls to decide whether or not she deserves OS1 or quite possibly OS Level 2

Dropping my vote to witness Star is a leader in this community who has a drive and ambition that is matched by few she's involved in a few areas of the community Clan Ops and Web Ops being the main ones I can't really speak on the Clan Ops side of things for her but when it comes to Web Ops I can say this from the day she joined Web Ops the Web Ops Leadership at that time seen something in her which was greatness and as the days and months have went by she's lived up to wait hold up she's exceeded what we seen in her but when you look at the time and effort she puts into her duties as Moderator she is definitely defining the definition of this award she's one of the most approachable if not most approachable out of all of us she ensures that everyone below her is doing their jobs correctly and having fun in Web Ops by hosting game nights whether they're official or not she's constantly interacting with Web Ops members and Clan Ops members she even has her a set of KSI kids everytime she comes into the room the mood and atmosphere changes in a better way to me its not even about the rank she holds that qualifies her for this award its the work she puts in that speaks for itself

Jewels joined Web Ops around November of last year. And during that time she's put in the work to make herself a household name. She's a major if not key factor in the running of the day to day operations of the area. She always has her "list" of things that are going on and these are daily things so it is safe to say she keeps up with everything. Aside from doing her daily duties she's a person who likes to organize and host events which is the Web Ops Game Nights. which is something that is exclusive to Web Ops because it gives the members a sense of belonging to the area and not just a sense of them being here to run applications which has always been a plan of mine which with the help of Jewels and the Mods it's became a reality. Now as far as doing her job she does it exceptionally well whenever issues with applicants arises she doesn't tell the Join Mod where they've messed up she let's them find their mistake and WILL TEACH THEM how to fix it which is what we're supposed to be doing here. She has even called me out on mistakes ive made while running apps. There has been a great amount of Senior Join Mods in this area. But Jewels is the first ever Nominee for DHoF at this rank as its usually been the Mods and higher but in my opinion she has set herself apart from past Senior Join Mods and she embodies what her name is and that is a Jewel but most of all she is the clear definition of mentor, a friend, but most of all a leader!
